The time I spent in Casablanca was fantastic! 5 evenings a week hotel provided attractions eg disco, or flamenco show. Hotel staff very nice and professional. There wasn't big range of food choice in the restaurant but it was lovely and prices were quite low compared to the high quality of these meals. Hotel was very clean and well kept. Had a very pleasant relaxing break in a one bedroom appt which was spacious and well equiped. I could not fault the facilities at the resort or the staff and would recommend it. We were very favourably impressed with this apartment block. It's not very new, but very well-maintained, and well-designed too. Staff are very attentive and friendly, and the apartments are well appointed if not spacious. Some noise leakage from other apartments but we didn't have great issues with this. The location is ideal, very central but easily […] accessible. We hired a car from Tenerife South airport and drove up, parking in the underground garage is very reasonably priced if awkward with all the pillars. There is a small fee for wifi connection and occasional dropouts, but in general it worked well for us. The catering is cheap and good - although it's a 'chips with everything' setup. Les avantages d'un hôtel classique avec une équipe formidable (conseils, résolutions petits problèmes en qq minutes,...) et un vrai appartement (grande chambre, salon, cuisine-bar très bien équipée, sdb, balcon), le tout bien situé. Un super bon plan bien situé à Puerto de la Cruz et sur Tenerife plus généralement.

Käynti oli miellyttävä, erityisesti vastaanoton palvelualttius ja ystävällisyys sekä sujuvat muutokset ja lisäpalvelut sujuivat mallikkaasti.

Great rooms, good location. Large pool and lots of activities. Very helpfull staff. Restaurant was average. The only disadvantage: blindes in the room werent blocking the sun completely so we were waking up about 8 am every day - not suitable if you like to sleep in. Also walls are pretty thin, you can hear your neighbors.

Hotelli on varsin hyvällä paikalla, vaikkei rantakadun varrella olekaan. Huoneiden sisutus on (mielestäni) vanhan tyylistä, mutta kaikki toimi eikä ollut edes kovin kulunutta. Huoneisto oli valoisa. Sänkyjen patjat olivat hyvät ja ikiaikaisten huopa-lakana-settien sijaan oli pussilakanat! Huoneessa oli hyvät keittiövarusteet ja riittävästi säilytystilaa […] pitkääkin oleskelua varten. 2 kunnollista makuuhuonetta tekee myös elämästä mukavamman kun ei tarvitse taitella varavuoteita kasaan tai väistellä niitä. Uimassa ei käyty kun satoi nuo päivät, jotka olimme saaren pohjoisreunassa. Ei ole siis tietoa siitä, onko lämmitetty allas. Devamı

El apartamento estaba muy limpio, con todos los utensilios y aparatos electrónicos impecables. El personal siempre está a tu servicio resolviendo todas tus necesidades. Está muy bien situado, a tan sólo 5 minutos andando encuentras un centro comercial con un "Mercadona" (aunque si no estás en forma - como yo -, recomiendo no hacer mucha compra, porque […] la cuesta para llegar al apartamento...es un pelín agotadora!), y a otros 5 minutos, encuentras la playa, los Lagos Martiánez, el bullicio con tiendas, restaurantes, etc...El único inconveniente a mencionar, es que el apartamento acumula mucha calor y no tiene aire acondicionado (aunque en la habitación sí había un ventilador, que para salir del paso, algo ayudaba...) y que la conexión a internet (wifi) ha sido de pago, aunque debo decir que por un módico precio de cinco euros por una semana. Si volvemos a tenerife, SIN DUDA SERÁ NUESTRA OPCIÓN DE ALOJAMIENTO. Devamı

Hôtel idéalement situé dans la ville, spacieux, propreté irréprochable. Personnel très cordial, disponible. Nous y reviendrons très volontiers.
