There were shirtless men loitering the area and hanging over the balconies. Carpet was sticky and a used wash cloth that did not belong to the hotel was in the shower on the first day of arrival. Rotted hole in the bathroom wall. Cleaning did not speak any english, therefore could not communicate my needs clearly. Although, they were friendly and tried […] their best to accomodate. The front desk employees were not very friendly. The One lady was actually very rude. My key didn't open my hotel door and I told her about it and she seemed very annoyed. The hotel is near train tracks and airport so it's very noisy. I would only stay here if it's an emergency.

We enjoyed our stay & would definitely stay here again.

i enjoyed my stay very much , was well rested for my next day , service was wonderful.

I needed Wifi as I was in town on a business trip. The signal was too weak/not working to pick up on my laptop so I had to spend my evenings at a Burger King a few miles south on Hwy 90 using their wifi connection to do my work. I voiced my concern to the owner/front desk man but he simply said that "it worked fine for him". Looking at the network names, […] his personal wifi for his rooms (pretty sure the Indian owners live there) had great signals while the guest were giving low power connections. It was a dingy place all in all, I don't consider myself a picky person but the service just sucked and I would not recommend staying here to anyone. Very rough people staying here, very busy. For once I was not at all comfortable settling in. I wasn't certain about the safety which might have been my own observations of the others staying on that night at the hotel. I found hair on the sink handle and on the floor of the bathroom which raised questions about what all had been cleaned or changed before my arrival. checked in and found that TV didn't work...from that point nothing but the runaround, maintenance came and said nothing he could do and blamed the cable company. Then to my horror, I found on the opposite side of the bed, an empty container of sex lubricant...OMG serious this was suppose to be a clean room what else did they miss, maybe they just made […] the bed and nothing cleaned...I thank God I didn't lay or touch any thing...DO NOT STAY HERE! The people that worked at the hotel were very nice and helpful. For a moderate price the service and accommodations were nice.

I found fecal matter in the sheets! Very small most likely from a rodent or snake or something little. It was even smeared at one point. I was shocked. I slept in my own blankets on top. I should have changed rooms. The lamp inside the room was broken in a way where I could be electrocuted or could cause an electrical fire. The couch was worn. There […] was overal grime to the room. If your looking for a decent place to stay for a low price, this hotel is a viable option. The first room I was supposed to stay had some sort of white stuff stained on the carpet as I entered and the bathroom had a unusual bad smell to it. I was able to switch to another room, and I did not have any issues with this room. Both of these suites were […] a bit old and the T.V.s could definitely use an update. The staff was friendly, but I requested extra towels from the lobby in the morning and she told me that I could not have them. Great location for jumping off to see St. Martinsville (Evangeline Oak) and Avery Island (Tabasco). Good directions given, as well, for Prejean's for a typical Cajun meal with live cajun music nightly.

My stay at the days inn Was good I was there for 4 days they had a fresh breakfast every morning it was good I can not comPlain

The room was clean and the staff was polite. However half the stations on the TV didn't come in and others were mislabeled so it was difficult to figure out what you were watching. Both of the soda machines on the outside portion of the property were out of order as was the juice machine at breakfast. The remaining vending machines in the lobby area […] did not dispense the correct beverage so I got a coke when I wanted a root beer and a powerade when I tried for water. Also there was an airshow that weekend and I happened to leave the hotel at the same time it let out so even though I was five minutes away from my destination, it took me more than half an hour to get there. I wish I would have known the air show was in town and I would have not stayed at the airport. I'm not sure it its Hotels.com or the Days Inn that should have made that knowledge available at the time of booking. Devamı

Had a rough few days at work so I just needed to get out and relax. I had the King's Suite with the Jacuzzi Spa and all of my tensions just drifted away. It was a very pleasant and pleasing experience. I look forward to going back and spending more relaxing evenings in the future. And don't let the location of this Motel turn you away since it is by […] the Airport, No flights leave out of Lafayette after 10PM so it is very quiet and peaceful all night long. Devamı

Everything you need without many frills...breakfast was good, beds were comfy and clean, bath was very clean, and staff very friendly. Pleasant stay for all involved =)

Clean rooms, easy access to interstate. Had a very comfortable.

They were very rude .we stayed only for the first night .and I asked for a refund ,they didn't give me one .do not book with them

Do NOT stay here! The rooms stink and the bathroom smells like they have a horrible sewage problem.

Quiet considering as close to the airport as it is. We didnt make the breakfast so I cant speak about that. Room was nice size, bed was soft and couch a little worn looking but really nice and big for the price.

horrible experience. i stay in lafayette/new iberia once per week and by far this has been my worse experience. old rooms, they want an imprint of your credit card on a blank receipt and then demand you sign it. room stunk, train and highway noise is unbearable. days inn in new iberia is super..this one is not!

Hotel was All I expected it to be. Rooms very clean. Staff were friendly. Would stay there again. Hotel in excellent location to Airport. No air traffic in Lafayette, LA after 10PM and until 6AM. So don't worry about hearing jets overhead all night long. It just isn't going to happen.

I had stayed there before and the renovations are obvious. The rooms aren't as clean as they should be and the furniture is worn.

Before I booked with Hotels.com I called the Days Inn to make sure they could give me a ride to the airport. I was told "oh yes sir we can give you a ride to the local airport." When I checked in and told them what time I needed a ride to the airport. They said that they would not be able to give me a ride and that I would have to take a taxi. The taxi […] was a third of the price of the hotel room.... So I could have stayed somewhere nicer that had shuttle service and ended up paying the same price overall. Devamı

This hotel is on the way to where I take out helicopter flights for working out on the Gulf of Mexico. Last time I stayed here, it was ok. It is cheap so I was not expecting much. This trip I asked to change from King to two queens (which was the same price on Hotels.com. They said they could not do that for me without charging me more. The Lobby of the hotel was very clean and smelled very fresh. The attendant at the counter on the night of check in was very nice and polite. The room was clean and neat.

Hotel room was nice, more like a suite. A refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and iron and ironing board. A love seat, coffee table, nice television. A desk with all aminities. Rather old property. A/C did not cool properly. Room not cleaned well. WiFi never would connect due to extremely low signal. No one delivers food in this area. Noise unbearable. Property located right next to airfield...literally! Aircraft coming over all night. I booked this hotel for four days. It is overpriced, this room should have gone for $30. It was kinda smelly, but was clean. The cleaning staff knocked on my door everyday @ 0800, very distrubing. One morning they knocked on the door and when i didn't answer they politley opened my door and attempted to come in. Thank God i had the top lock on the door […] and they couldn't enter the room.
