I arrived at the hotel at 4:00 pm and checked into my room. The front desk clerk was not very friendly. As I crossed the lobby to the elevator I noticed that there were towels on the carpet, which was filthy, and everything smelled of mildew. Got up to my room and I was appalled. It smelled so bad in there that I called the front lobby as soon as I […] entered. It was dark and dingy and I wouldn't even sit on the bed or couch. I immediately asked if I could cancel my reservation because there was not way I was going to stay there. The front desk person said I would be charged for the night because it was now 4:15pm. I argued with them for a bit because I shouldn't have to pay for a room that was not habitable and I had literally just checked in. Needless to say I ended up leaving, checked into another hotel and ended up losing one night fee to this disgusting hotel. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy! Devamı

The room was nasty!!!!!!!!!!! The staff was not helpful towards our needs. There was mold on the shower curtain, and the floor tiles were falling apart. The walls were dirty, and carpet needed to be cleaned.

This was a nice facility. It was is a good neighborhood, easy access from the freeway, and very comfortable room. The smoke detector was making a beeping sound signaling it needed a battery replacement. My husband noticed the employee (young man) simply removing the battery and attaching it back to the ceiling. Hotel is longterm and was functional and pretty quiet after I moved rooms. I had some gamers up stairs that were loud at first.

The room was very clean and there was a kitchen. It was an extremely hot day and I was looking for a cool quiet place to sleep. The AC was great and quiet!! I would recommend this hotel. The guy at the front desk was very nice!

A good central location for our visit. Nothing fancy, but clean and safe. Room had a kitchenette, which was great for entertaining in the room.

The floor was dirty and stained. My first floor room looked out on to an alley that had smelly trash cans and homeless people. I did not feel safe even with the other residents who lived at the hotel. I was disgusted with the whole experience. The "business center" was a computer by the door. The pool was a hot tub filled with cold water. Yucky!

I only stayed for one night and the service was satisfactory. But the best part of the hotel is that it is right next to the freeway, a target and several other conveniently placed stores. The surrounding neighborhood looks nice and inviting and is very quiet.
