Satisfied overall, but Internet was terrible and non-existent in our room. The front desk person I spoke to about this said he had complained to top management many times but they only listen to guest comments and suggested we complain to them when we do our ratings. They really neeed to get this fixed, as we were staying there six days and we wanted […] to use it to plan our daily visits. We couldn't even check the weather w/o asking the front desk all the time. A good three star hotel but not of 4 star standard. Good room but uncomfortable mattress. Even though it was clean, there was a large mildew stain covering several of the bathroom tiles. Will stay again because the price was cheap.

The hotel is in a very nice neighborhood but they don't speak English in this community. It is a little way from downtown but an easy train ride. The last train is 10:30 so you have to be careful not to miss it. They were having problems with the internet while we were there so we had to use the computer at the front desk and the connection dropped […] off many times. The hotel was good. It is a little far from Central London and the train station is about a 15 minute walk. The hotel says the walk to the train station is 10 minutes, but I am a little bit of a slow walker so it took me about 15 minutes. But once on the train, central London is about 4 stops so it is pretty quick. The staff at the hotel is very friendly […] and all of them speak English (or at least enough to communicate). The room is also very clean and nice, the bed is comfortable. I think my only problem was when I would be returning to the hotel from central London late at night, it would take longer for the train to come because the trains were stopping before reaching the stop. So one night I was waiting for over 40 minutes for the train. However, if you are ok with the location, the hotel is very good. Devamı

The hotel and service was nice. Really afordable and close to the train station. If you come from the airport you can take the train from Terminal 2 to san hose despi about 20 min ride(you'll change it after 3 station and then you ride it for 3 more). The hotel is about 10 min walking from that station( go straight ahead from the station until the end […] of the road and then turn right on the street the hotel is on... you'll find it). The hotel is about 20 min from downtown Barcelona and the train runs until close to midnight. Hope this helps! Devamı

If you want stay 25 minutes away from Barcelona in a very quite neighborhood, stay there. You will need to take the Metro to Barcelona. About 4 or 5 stops. The front desk were friendly and very helpful. Everyone at the front desk speaks English good. They gave us an outstanding map of the city and the metro system and also a guide book for day trips […] to visit certain areas of Barcelona on your own. The hotel smelled very bad. It seemed they had a water leak on the carpet on the third floor and it smelled. Also about 3 am in the morning there was a burning smell coming into our room. There was no fire, and asked about it the next morning. They had said another quest said the same thing the night before. I would not stay there again, although the neighborhood was safe and quiet. It was just too far from the hub of Barcelona. The price was right for 1 night, and it was 10 minutes to the airport. Devamı

Excellant hotel (though a couple of repair problems: our minifridge wasn't very cold & a light was out but both were fixed when I asked about them). It is about 8 miles from Barcelona city center but the Renfe Rodalies train has a stop about 10 blocks from the hotel (fifteen minute walk or less) which takes you right into town. At the train stop there […] is an attendant during busines hours if you have any questions or can't figure out the ticket machine. There is a bus takes you straight from the airport to the Calle Major stop which is close to the hotel. The neighborhood was quiet and very nice with plenty of stores and restaraunts. Its probably the only hotel in the neighborhood so you get to feel what normal life in Barcelona is like. The minibar was handy because we could keep food that we bought from the local grocery stores there & you can get an ice bucket from the bar. We didn't try the restaraunt but it looked nice & clean. We loved this hotel and would stay there again. There is plenty of information about the public transportation network there available online. Devamı

The hotel is very comfortable and clean. It is located 15 min walking from San Juan Despi station. We liked the stay and would stop there again.

ho soggiornato recentemente, si tratta di una buona struttura, le camere sono ampie pulite, c'e un bar ristorante,però la posizione è molto periferica hotel quasi nascosto e difficile da trovare anche per i taxisti. Lo sconsiglio per l'ubicazione, va bene al massimo per una notte.
