unfortunately for me i had to work 13hrs overtime until midnight on a friday night in Pittsburg, CA. Upon checking in i saw 2-3 police cars outside the hotel. I checked in and everything seemed OK (clerks were nice, no problems). But the elevator door opened to the 3rd floor and the entire floor was filled with marijuana smoke. I swear i was getting […] a contact high, it REEKED. So i get to my room and shortly after hear people running back and forth in the hallway, yelling and having a good old time. Finally it died down around 1:30AM but i was able to ignore it by turning up the TV and leaving the fan on. I suppose other people had already complained since the police were there, i figured i had only witnessed the aftermath and it had been much worse before i arrived (due to the massively smoked out hotboxed hallway). Nice hotel, so-so neighborhood, bad night for me i suppose. I'll probably go there again but only because there are no other hotels around the area. Devamı

We needed to stay in the area. The Hotel was clean convenient and the hospitality was great. I slept great and the bed was comfortable. The area isn't that good but once your inside the Hotel, you feel safe. The breakfast choices were surprising. It had everything you would want. I would stay again and refer my friends. The hotel was clean, breakfast was satisfying but the only issue I have is that there was no refrigerator or microwave. It is noted on Hotels.com that there was suppose to be a microwave but after speaking with the front desk I was informed that they don't. I also asked about a refrigerator and was informed that they did not have one avaiable. We reserved rooms for our daughters and their husbands over Christmas. They spoke very highly of the hotel. They said it was very attractive, comfortable, and the staff was friendly. It was close to our Christmas get together in Concord but more affordable coupled with the fact it was a lovely hotel. Would definitely use again.

The front desk staff was not friendly-not a one smile when I checked in. The maids and cooks were very friendly. The road is under construction, so it is hard to get to.

I like that the hotel is located near a freeway exit. The room was ready when we arrived to check-in. Although I know the hotel is approximately 2 years old, everything was very clean and up to date. We usually stay at this hotel when visiting my mother. This hotel has served us well as it is always clean, comfortable and the staff are always very helpful and friendly. The only negative for us is that it is located right next to an industrial site so its locale is not exactly glamorous.

City under lots of construction but the location is easy to get to and it very clean and new. The staff is helpful and the breakfast/lobby is great for the price. The hotel has security and has sufficent security/doors for late night incoming. SAFE :-) I would recommend and stay again.

The front desk, breakfast, and maintenance staff was very helpful.

Shopping is along side HWY 4, Restaurants,Burlington Coat Factory, Rooms are large. This is a new hotel. Jack in the Box and chevron station next door. Breakfast is served in the lobby at 6am to 9am. Staff is excellent.

This is a brand new hotel, Plasma TV in the room, granite counter tops, Suite has a sink refrigerator and microwave. The room was huge. Breakfast served in the lobby in the morning from 6am to 9am. clean, cozy and did i say clean?

I can always count on comfort and cleanliness when sending my guests to Hampton Inn's. Regardless to the location and what's going on in the area, the grounds, facility and staff are always very welcoming.

The room was great I was very impressed. Very clean very comfortable bed and upscale establishment. The gum was adequate and breakfast is always a plus. There's not much to choose from in Antioch but I would defiantly return.

Was in town for a family reunion and stayed at this hotel for one week. Hotel was most convenient for our needs. It was very clean and comfortable and the breakfast was good. Only complaint is that it is very close to Highway 4 and also a very well traveled road so there is some noise traffic if you have a room on that side of the hotel. There was a lot of road construction on Hwy 4, yet the room was still reasonably quiet. The complimentary breakfast was much more than I expected and well serviced. There are fast food and coffee spots within a short walking distance. I will book here again for next year's annual event.

THE HOTEL ITSELF IS VERY NICE AND WELL MAINTAINED. THERE WAS ROAD CONSTRUCTION AT THE EXIT FOR THE HOTEL WHICH MADE IT A LITLLE CONFUSING AS GUEST ENTER OR LEAVE. THE INCLUDED FREE BRAFAST BUFFET WAS VERY GOOD. THE EMPLOYEE WORKING THIS STATION WAS VERY PLEASENT AND HELPFUL. THERE WAS A NICE ASSORTMENT OF ITEMS TO CHOOSE. THIS MADE THE PRICE OF THE […] ROOM SEEM A GREAT VALUE. THE ONE DRAW BACK NO IN-ROOM REFRIGERATOR/MICROWAVE. USUALLY THIS IS STANDARD IN MOST ESTABLISHMENTS OF THIS CALIBER. ALSO THE COFFEE MAKER AND ICE BUCKET WERE IN THE BATHROOM. MY STANDARD KING ROOM HAD A SHOWER ONLY. HAMPTON SHOULD INVEST IN SOME INEXPENSIVE GLASSWARE vs PAPER CUPS. My husband and I stayed at the hotel for one night. We often travel and have stayed at several different hotels. The location is right next to the highway so there isnt much atmosphere near the hotel. That is our ONLY complaint. Our room was huge, the bed was beyond comfortable, the staff was awesome, and the breakfast was actually good! yes, good! […] We found ourselves lounging in ourbed, watching movies, and just relaxing. Hotel was fine. It was clean and felt comfortable. No food other than Jack in the Box within walking distance. I picked this on the fly when traveling for work because of the price compared to others in the "area." It is my fault for not looking into how far it was from the bay area and traffic was HORRIBLE to get there during rush hour. I like the hotel overall and would recommend a stay but there are a few things to be aware of. If you are staying on a Saturday night, ask for a higher floor, preferably the 4th because on Sundays they have a church service on 1st floor and any rooms above the event rooms are exposed to high levels of music early in the morning. We were on the 2nd floor […] and were awaken very early Sunday. The walls are a little thin. We have stayed there several times and every weekday we have stayed has been quiet but the weekends have not. A great place to stay if you are attending a concert at Sleep Train or can stay during the week. Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The hotel is kept clean and the rooms are nice. One of the nicer Hamptons in the area if not the nicest. It is under 2 years old so the accommodations are modern. All Hamptons offer breakfast but this breakfast was not very good in my opinion. It seems they are using cheap batter so even the consistency of the waffles is not very good. The fruit appears to be frozen or canned and not very good and the eggs might be powdered. Stick to the bacon, Canadian bacon, cereal and yogurt. Some times the juices appear to be a little watered down but the offering of all day good coffee and tea are a plus. The afternoon cookies at check in were tasty. I would recommend this place definitely during the week if you need to go nearby but on the weekends stay on a higher floor (3rd at least) and if you are picky about your breakfast you might have to go elsewhere to eat. The cars in the Jack n the Box drive through next door will have loud music sometimes so try to stay on the other side if you are a light or early sleeper. Devamı
