Chicago havaalanından otelin bedava shuttle'ı ile otele ulaştım. 15 dakika kadar mesafede zaten. Katılacagım toplantı o bölgede olduğu için şehrin merkezinde kalmak istemedim. Odam çok geniş, pırıl pırıldı. Aynı şekilde çok geniş banyosu, banyosunda ayrı ayrı hem duş, hem de küvet vardı. Tek sorun, kahve makinesi bozuktu. Değiştirmelerini istediğimde ellerinde başka makine olmadığını söylediler, ama ne zaman istersem bir termos kahve veya çay için sıcak su getireceklerini bildirdiler. Ayrıca otelin giriş katındaki Starbuckstan da kahvemi bedava alabileceğimi söylediler. Oteldeki concierge Sırp, restoranı ve Starbucksı işletenler Faslı bir karı-kocaydı. Bütün personel gayet cana yakın ve ilgiliydi. Ayrıca Business Roomdaki bilgisayarları oda anahtarınızla ücret ödemeden kullanabiliyorsunuz. Bir sonraki seyahatimde aynı oteli keyifle tercih ederim.

"Great !"
The staff was great, the room was great ! The bed is real firm, so if you like that great if not it is okay. I don't like a real firm bed but it was fine and I slept on it three nights.

Although the bed was firm, I hope you were were rested, productive and felt like you were at home at our Residence Inn Lake Forest Mettawa. Clean, great service and great surroundings

Easy check in and check out. Great breakfast variety. Had a room right off the elevator on the 5th floor and was initially reluctant due to expected elevator traffic noise and housekeeping supply room across the hall, but once in the room, did not hear a thing. "Residence Inn in Mettawa IL - Best Hotel Ever!"
Loved this hotel! We've stayed in many hotels over the years and the only one I've liked better than this one was the Disney resort. The hotel was very clean. Breakfast was free and there was a big variety...hot food, cold food, etc. It was the best free breakfast I've ever had. Pool area was nice. Not too big, but big enough for the kids to get in […] an enjoy. Our room was very functional. We had a full kitchen and a king bed plus a pull out couch. Plenty of room and loved having a full size fridge and microwave in the room. Staff was very helpful. We went down a few times because we were in need of more blankets, etc and they were always friendly and helpful. Housekeeping was friendly and did an excellent job. We were close to dining and shopping and only about 40 minutes away from downtown Chicago. Was nice to be near the city, but not right downtown. Very easy to find. Would highly recommend. We stayed for four nights and this was a great hotel to be in for that many days. Will definitely stay here again in the future whenever we are in the area. Devamı

The front Counter was very helpful, helped me and my date find a good place to eat. Also the room was amazing, best hotel room iv ever stayed in. everything was really nice, i would go there again and again, its also nice seeing peoples dogs in the hallways.
"Better than Homewood or Staybridge"
I've stayed at both the Homewood and Staybridge Suites in the same general vicinity, and I'd say this hotel is the best of the 3. The hotel is new, rooms are large, and the kitchen is large as well. I'd recommend this hotel over the other 2 when it comes to hotels with kitchens.

"Georgous Hotel, wonderful decor, great hotel for the money"
The only thing we had was a spot of blood on the top bed sheet that was dried and not ours, we told front desk and they gave us a $50 off for a two night stay at another Residence Inn Marriott. Very nice staff, very clean except for the blood on sheet.
