Perfect location,wonderful staff,clean,comfortable,small,charming hotel

I found the staff here very helpful and friendly...one of the nicest I came across in so many hotels i stayed elsewhere. The location of this hotel is great...right smack in the middle of old town city and lots of resturants along the street. My only dissapointment would be that while it has the stated facilities, it is not as just not as Grand and […] Premier as one would expect of a typical 5 star hotel , but to be fair to the hotel, I read that the '5 star standard' in Istanbul varies from elsewhere. I would give it 3.5 - 4 stars with great location and very helpful staff so if you consider this as a 3.5 - 4 star hotel when booking, then you won't be dissapointed. Devamı

Wonderful hotel w/in walking distance (5 minutes) to Blue Mosque, Ayasofya, Basilica Cistern, etc. Lots of nice restaurants and bars next door to hotel. Staff was amazing and the complimentary use of spa and Turkish bath was a huge bonus. Breakfast buffet was abundant and delicious with traditional tomato, cucumber, cheese, and olive breakfast, as […] well as fresh and dried fruits, honeycomb, preserves, assorted Turkish breads, and yogurt. Rooms were well decorated with hardwood floors, comfortable bedding, and inlayed furniture. Also easy access to the Trolleys to explore other parts of this wonderful city. great hotel, tiny and had a really smal elevator but otherwise was just great. lots of local charactor, and right in the middle of their local history.. taxi drivers had a hard time to find it , we ended up being the tour guide many times..the taxi trips cost us more than it should because of the convulted way they said they had to get there.

I would recommend this hotel to the most discriminating of clients. It was extremely clean. The room was lovely and very well appointed. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. The included breakfast was vast and diverse in its offering. The location was ideal for those visiting the Blue Mosque, the Hagia Sophia and the Topkapi Palace. Good room very friendly staff. Located in the midst of all restaurant eating is no problem thoughhotel can not boast of great dinins, You can have even exclusive Turkish Hamam and Sauna as there are only a 15 rooms. Good place to stay as major attractions are trly in walking reach

First I want to say that the exercise room and Turkish Bath here were very good at this hotel. And all the staff were exceptional and did their job very, very well. Also, their morning breakfast is excellent and has a great assortment of fresh fruits, breads, sauces, spreads, cereals, teas, dried fruits, and eggs. Their breakfast was among the best […] we had in Istanbul at a hotel! However, my problems with this hotel are with their value for money. I also stayed at 3 other hotels in Istanbul during my stay (we came and went from Istanbul a few times to visit other parts of Turkey), and Best Western Premier Regency Suites Hotel-Spa is definitely not worth the money I spent. First, the room has one small TV, and it is in the other room, so it is not viewable very clearly from the bed. Second, we paid lots of money, yet our room window faced a wall and window from another building about 1 meter away. I really wanted a much better view. I stayed in hotels (Acra Hotel, for example) in the same area that had better rooms and felt more roomy for half the price! Third, the shower and the accompanying shower curtain (a glass wall) were not comfortable. Again, I stayed at other places in this area with better in-room shower facilities. This property is located convenient to everything you might choose in the Old City of Istanbul. Have children? Perfect. Have a need to be in the Old City to get the feel in all ways? Perfect. Are there people on the streets until 2:00AM? Yes. Garbage trucks and cars coming by all the time? Yes. Push a button get all of your spa needs met.... Bonus! I liked it.... On my way back through from Cairo, I booked again for one night instead of staying out at the airport. Worth it. Stay away, stay away, stay away from the street food. Want a snack and a beer or glass of wine? Perfect. Want a great meal? Forget about it. Ask at the desk and they will send you somewhere great. Very comfortable hotel, staff very friendly and allowed a very early check-in after our long overnight flight on TK. Reception staff great. The breakfast was also very good, but the coffee was very weak. This is a great hotel. The staff are extremely nice and friendly. If you want to explore Istanbul its the best location. Lots of restaurants when you step outside the hotel. We did not use the fitness and spa facilities and honestly I don't think they even need one since you can spend more time exploring the city.

From the photos and "Hotel-Spa" billing we were expecting a grander hotel, but this is definitely a small boutique hotel on a street bustling with bars, restaurants and other hotels. The room was very spacious and clean, the breakfast was good and the staff very friendly and helpful. the hotel is well located at 2 minutes from Sofia Mosque, onky 25 minutes by taxi and 30 TL from the airport . People are very friendly and useful. the accomodation is excellent.

Bad experience. Room is 2 meters far from the buiding behind. Very expensive. Same standard hotels in the same street are 50% cheaper. not even kleenex in the room. Service is average. Breakfast is poor and staff is not helpful. I regret my choice.

This was our third visit to Istanbul, and this time we decided to stay in the old town section rather than at the Hilton or Intercontinental in 'new Istanbul.' This hotel was delightful and close to the things we wanted to see, Hagia Sophia and Blue Mosque, Grand Bazaar, etc. Lots of restaurants in the area. Good service and good staff, but it is NOT a spa hotel. The turkish bath was good although the massage was unprofessional. The sport facility and bath area is very small and primitive. Good clean comfortable room, spacious, in a very central area, close to the main tourist sites with plenty of restaurants and cafes to chose from. Staff were very courteous and helpful, even let us use their reception desk PC to checkin online for our flights and print off boarding passes for free. Plenty of fruit and usual buffet breakfast food, all […] very fresh and tasty. Room faced out onto the street which was good to look out onto. It did get a bit noisy at night (not much traffic, just loud people) but it was easy to block out the noise by closing the windows and putting on the aircon. This hotel is very clean (recently renovated), with a very convenient location near the primary tourist attractions. On a relatively quiet street with many restaurant options. There is a very friendly and helpful staff with with a great spa service in the lower level. Want excellent water pressure in the shower, got it. Want an excellent breakfast buffet, […] got it. Plenty of room in our Delux Double for family of five. Walking distance to all oldtown sights. Very helpful staff. Good breakfast to start your day.

The hotel was excellent but on our stay the one thing that was the best was the other guests. This hotel attracts some really nice, talkative and friendly guests (probably a function of the staff being so friendly and helpful). This hotel's location is excellent. It is a very short walk to Istanbul's four most famous attractions. (Ayasofia, Blue […] Mosque, Topaki Palace and the ferry terminal for the Bosporous tours.) My first impression on arriving outside this hotel was: "They used a cunning photographer." This was because the hotel, described as 'boutique', nestles amid an array of restaurants, hostels, and a whole gamut of enterprises in a street best described as "quaint". On entering the premesis however, the friendliness and attentiveness of the staff was […] quite breathtaking. They simply could not do enough to ensure your stay was comfortable in the hotel, and enjoyable when away. An example of their attention to detail came when, after dinner on the rooftop terrace, I was presented with a birthday cake. The receptionist had noted from my passport that it was my birthday, and had arranged this surprise! Das Hotel war sehr gut aber die Mitarbeiter sprachen nich gut English und manchmal nicht so nett.

Останавливались на сутки пролетом из Загреба - специально побродить по любимому Стамбулу. Для семьи 2+2 номер - некоторая проблемма. Этот отлично подошел. Из косяков - обещанного вайфая не было и спутник с вечера не показывал. Так как мы были на 1 ночь, то добиваться не стали - не очень то и надо было. Утром освободили номер, оставили вещи в помещении […] для багажа (фри) и ушли гулять до вечера. Вечером успели сходить всей семьей в хамам, посидели в сауне (при гостинице, до 12 дня это было бы для нас бесплатно) сделали приличный массаж (это в любом случае за плату) . Когда на улице +30 и 100% влажность, хамам - это суппер. Точнее, после него. Перед хамамом сделали заказ в гостинничном ресторане "на через час". Подали во время, еда была прекрасной. У них есть услуга "трансфер в аэропорт". Спросил - ресепционист сказал, вызовем такси - будет очень быстро (уважаю, не стал втюхивать, хотя дороже процентов на 30всего). Такси было действительно моментально. Совет - откажитесь от "вэлкамдринка". Эта халява не стоит времени, на нее потраченного. Devamı

Værelse mget lille og med skråvægge. Meget støjednde A/C anlæg. Morgenmadsbuffet skuffende. Business center bestod af en bærbar pc på et kaffebord lige ved siden af receptionen. På trods af annoncerede satelit kanaler var det kun muligt at se én engelsk sproget kanal. Det annoncerede betalings-TV fandtes ikke.

Excelente hotel com otima localização, serviço de primeira linha e pessoal de atendimento altamente profissional.

Nice hotel, room was big and well equiped. The only disappointment is gutter views from the window and "wooden-loocking" (but plastic in fact) decor panels along the wall. And one point more! Breakfast was the best among other hotels (many) in Stambul I ever visited! True.

Veldıg bra hotell - rett ved hovedattraksjoner (Blue mosce - grand bazar tec) og ı et stılle og deılıg strök ed masse gode restaturanter. Nar du bestıller rom - be om rom ut mot hovedgaten og höyt opp.....rom 501 er det beste med egen terrasse...!

cet hôtel ne mérite pas ses étoiles la chambre donne sur un immeuble délabré , on ne peut pas ouvrir les rideaux tellement c'est proche un employé parle vaguement français , un autre parle anglais , les autres parlent un anglais incompréhensible le petit déjeuner est insuffisant pour cette catégorie , même pas un vrai jus d'orange le restaurant est […] cher par rapport aux autres dans la même rue il n'y a pas de bain bouillonnant la climatisation ne marche pas ( 28° quand il est demandé 19°!!!! il y avait une odeur bizarre dans la salle de bains que l'extracteur atténuait à peine flop !!!! seul point positif , les chambres sont silencieuses Devamı
