I was worried about the location of the hotel, but once I arrived I was extremily happy with the security, staff, and location. I will be referring this hotel to other people who will be visiting the US consult in Cuidad Juarez, Mexico.

Overall very satisfied with hotel. The breakfast area is too small for the size of the hotel. Overly crowded unable to sit down and have breakfast. Hotel kind of noisy too much noise to early in the morning.

The only problem was the shuttle, we called office to be picked up and 30 min. latter still were not so called office and reminded them to be picked up the said they will send shuttle but 30 latter still were waiting. Then we called we called office the third time about being picked up but we were then told we couldn't be picked up by then it was dark […] and we could have taken a taxie. Devamı

Nice Hotel, Friendly staff, transportation available limited hours and they do not exchange currency at the hotel. Little choice for restaurants within walking distance.

The hotel is situated within walking distance to the consulate, the clinic and surrounding eateries, grocery stores and easy to get to from the border (Zaragoza). We liked that it was gated and their free shuttle service was great. Just add your name to the list the day before, and they will drop you off and even pick you up when you call back...they […] took us to the Juarez airport too. I believe that they face the need to offer food service, the scope of our buffet BUDGET, even as the general area that the city is good is no less dangerous. The area of computing is limited, in terms of equipment

excelente atencion con algunos "plus" como el servicio a la embajada y sus instalaciones excelentes, pero lo que mas me llamo la atencion es que tienen a personas trabajando con capcidades diferentes lo que hace aun mas grato el hospedarse en una empresa que tiene este tipo de responsabilidad social, muchas felicidades !!!!!

excelente hotel, desde el servicio, las habitaciones muy amplias, el internet con muy buena señal, y todo muy bien nos agrado mucho estar ahi

"mantenimiento deficiente"
Cuando llegamos al hotel, el bano del cuarto no servia y tuvimos que esperar medio dia para que lo arreglaran. Es increible que un hotel asi pase eso.'La vez anterior tambien que nos hospedamos, se fue la luz en la ciudad, y no tenian luces de emergencia o una planta de emergencia.
