This hotel is right in the middle of the action, but tucked back so I had never noticed it before! it's very cute and comfortable. Our room had a little patio covered with knotted vines. Aveda toiletries and super soft Restoration Hardware fluffy towels. We loved everything about it! Staff was very friendly as well.

We were not expecting that this hotel would be so nice given its modest 3 star rating. The wine & cheese and the breakfast were very good and the room made us feel at home.

The staff, facilities and location were all wonderful, we will be back.

First time to Sausalito, the Gables Inn was perfect and exactly what I was looking for! Then bed was so comfortable!!!

The hotel was very charming, set in the heart of downtown Sausalito. The rooms were large, clean, relaxing and comfortable. We cannot wait to return!

I loved the Gables Inn. Upon arrival we were upgraded to a room with a view. The room was large and the bed was comfortable. It was very classy. We were invited to wine and cheese in the evening and because of the location we walked everywhere in Sausalito. The view of the city from our room was not exceptional but we could still see the city lights. […] The bathtub was big enough for two and was a jacuzzi tub. Very disappointed in the fact that the window faced a wall in beautiful Sausalito! If I had another room with a real view I would have been very happy!

Great place to get away from the noise of San Francisco and yet be able to visit the windy city by ferry or taxi. The staff are great and knowledgeable of interesting places to visit. Caught the ferry at sunset and had a great view also of Alcatraz. The only thing missing was there was not decaf. coffee at this hotel, but Starbucks is just down the […] street. Just book it!!! The hotel is outstanding. Staff is great. Breakfast superb. Parking a little tight so rent a compact!! Overall awesome B&B. Highly recomend.

Spent a single night at the Gables Inn. Very nice hotel with high quality amenities (furniture and furnishings, bathroom). Good value for the price through hotels.com. Small room but efficient use of space. Hostess at the reception desk was not the friendliest, but not a major issue for our short stay. Continental breakfast was fine, but not exceptional. […] Off-street parking lot is a nice bonus (though whether they charge you for it or not seems up to staff discretion). Devamı

We spent two nights and The Gables Inn and absolutely loved it! It is literally one block from the bay and all the shops in Sausalito. The inn was very clean and cozy. The wine and cheese in the evenings is a nice touch, along with fresh flowers on the tables every day. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. Room was comfortable and clean. Room had windows but no view. Suggest they inform clients of that in advance. Hotel was otherwise cozy and quaint Parking difficult ; too confined. Breakfast was above average. Rates on the high side for this economy.
