While the hotel is ok, there are far better choices on Sentosa Island.

The hotel is generally a nice place for a short break. However, the bathtub drainer was stuck and as such could not be utilised even after a staff had fixed it earlier. Refrain from using the phone even for local calls as charges are rather high. It's the first time I have stayed in a hotel that imposed a charge for local calls made.

The stay wasn't up to par or worth what we paid for. We had booked a king bed 3 months ahead for a special romantic night out. We ended up with two single beds joined together with a thin sheet above the beds. The bathroom facilities were old with stains near the toilet. The infinity pool was nice though all the views blocked by tall trees. While none […] of those were real deal breakers, what did peeve us was the staff weren't very apologetic about us being given the wrong room. It was not like we made a last minute booking. We booked 3 months ahead to get the wrong room, and no apology, not even an offer to give us a lift to the cable car station to go back to the mainland after our trip. I think the lack of service recovery is what broke the trip. I would be very hesistant to recommend this to anyone. Devamı

It is an excellent experience to spend 3 nights at this hotel. The location is quite good and only need less than 10mins walk to Luge - the most game my son like the most. As well it is very closed to the Monorail station - Imbiah which can let you take the metro to any place you want.

The Amara Sanctuary Resort is extremely accessible, located at the heart of Sentosa and about 7 mins walking distance from the Imbiah station. The resort is a stone's throw from the famed Universal Studios and Palawan beach, yet manages to remain an island of quiet and tranquil. The service at Amara is one of the best and we were treated like royalty. […] A visit to Singapore must include stay here. What i can say is i totally enjoyed my stay there.

I stayed here for about 2 days...the hotel is very clean and the rooms are spacious..very private too. The staff are very friendly and there is a bus stop not far from the hotel location that takes you to the various parks within Sentosa. There are many other hotels in Sentosa as well...I got a decent rate on this one so I went with it

Unlike the other hotels in Sentosa, this hotel is a real sanctuary as it is tucked away from the hustle and bustle of tourist activities. Yet it is close enough to walk to Palawan beach and the amphitheatre where there are lots of activities for our young kids. All the staff were friendly and attentive. I've booked the Amara Sanctuary for my wife's birthday over the weekend and the staff have been most accommodating. The room is clean, and shuttle buses are offered daily till 10pm. A 10 minutes walk will bring you into Resorts World Sentosa and there are not lack of activities there. I have stayed in many different hotels in and around Singapore....This has been the worst of the lot..On arrival staff could not understand a simple request that I had made.When I got into the room, I was shocked at the condition of the room,Dirty carpets,dust in corners,stains on the sofa and glass.The bath taps were not working!!When we opened our […] bed at night, there was a HUGE stain on the bed sheet!I called the manager to my room and all he could say was sorry and if we wanted to move to another room...so 11:30 at night we packed up and moved to another room.It was a bit better but I would not recommend staying at the Amara. I have stayed at the Sentosa Resort & Spa on a few accassions, there is no comparison between the two hotels........Besides wasting my money, I think more importantly I want that night of my life back! Great hotel for a mid-week staycation. Did need to be moved rooms with some construction noise outside first room, but they did so without any hassle. Very helpful staff - no request was too hard. Clean, modern rooms. BIG bed. Missing ipod/music doc. Roomservice food was average but breakfast rooomservice was great.

The room was very nice and large. The only bad part was that there was no wifi in the rooms, only cable internet. Though there was free wifi in the lobby, which came in handy when I got in an hour before check-in. The concierge was very friendly although they weren't able to give me a room when I got there. The Amara Sanctuary Resort in Sentosa with its ambience, layout and the room furnishings and amenities offer a true sanctuary to weary souls escaping from the hustle and bustle of the city. I felt rejuvenated and completely recharged just after one day stay. Will definitely come back again and try the Mongolian Spa the next time.

We stayed here for 1 night during a 3 week holiday visiting family in Singapore. We wanted to stay on Sentosa so we could enjoy some of the many attractions, both during the day, and into the evening too. This hotel is well placed, being close to the Merlion and therefore main attractions at Resorts World (Universal Studios, casino etc), as well as […] being a short walk away form Palawan and Siloso beaches. The room was great value and very comfortable, and we found the hotel staff helpful and welcoming. There is also a nice pool with views towards the sea, the Merlion, and back over to Singapore. This hotel is brilliantly located for Sentosa. On a side note however, having spent a lot of time in Singapore, I can't imagine Sentosa would be a good base to see the main sights on Singapore itself. But it depends what you're after! Devamı

The hotel rooms was in tip-top condition. The service staffs were polite and helpful. The surrounding environment was quiet and relaxing. A place where i would consider returning again. Location can be tricky for some, nevertheless it is a outstanding stay.

A very nice middle class hotel in a quiet place with easy access to the most activities on Sentosa Island.

Good Location to visit universal studio Friendly staff, Cleanliness overall is appreciable More directions/boards in hotel and Holding Singapore Map/information would be welcome. Close to Best Experience!

Over prized, over crovded and over rated. This hotel can not be rated more than 3 stars. Runned down. Please consider staying at any other hotel at Sentosa.

Would recommend this hotel if you want to be near the shops and restaurants at Resort World Sentosa, which is just a short walk away. The hotel staff is courteous without being overly friendly. Hotel ambience is pretty comfortable as it is not so crowded with people, and there is a nice lemon grass fragrance once u step into the lobby. Room is clean […] and nicely furnished. We had a great stay at this hotel. The rate was reasonable for the level of luxury and comfort, especially as t is on Sentosa. A visit to the swimming pool is a must! It is on the roof, with spectacular views. There is a busstop just outside, so easy access to the attractions, beaches, etc. Close enough to walk to the casino.

Amara provides shuttle bus connecting the hotel and vivo city, the frequency is quite high, can hop on the shuttle bus and take u to the hotel in a few minutes after shopping . It is located near universal studio as well, very convenient.

Уютное место, прекрасный сервис, чистота, близость от пляжа и развлечений Сентозы. Очень понравился бассейн на крыше. Отель вполне соответствует заявленной категории, рекомендуем!

Vi var på Amara i en natt på vei hjem fra 5 uker i NZ. Vi kom forholdsvis sent, men ble tatt godt imot. Området var fredlig og rolig samtidig som det hadde en følelse av luksus noe vi trengte etter 5 uker i bobil. Vi angret på at vi ikke hadde bestillt flere netter i Sinapore på vei hjem og spesielt på Amara. Hele anlegget ga en følelse av ro og tilfredshet. […] Området var grønt og vellholdt og personalet var meget behjelpelige. Vi fikk også satt inn en ekstraseng til vår 5 åring så han slapp å ligge i vår seng, dette uten ekstra kostnader. Maten var spennende og servicen her var bra. Bare husk at det er ikke vanlig å bestille flaster med vin og de er ikke særlig gode på dette heller. Vi fikk servert iskald rødvin og det var det eneste negative på hele turen. Vi fikk sen utsjekking og eget rom til å skifte på og dusje før vi drog til flyplasse. Vi kommer absolutt tilbake hit for ett lengere opphold. Devamı

泊まった部屋が１階だったのですが、毎日、孔雀が遊びにきてくれました。雄の孔雀に、雌の孔雀が２匹、１匹の雌にはひなが１匹。朝、カーテンを開けると、雄がきれいな羽を全開に広げていました。それを取り囲む雌たち。とても感動的な光景でした！！ また、ビーチが直ぐそば。とてもすいているビーチでこれも満足！！ ＵＳＳ等のアミューズメントへのアクセスも良好！！

If I could be aware earlier that shuttle bus is working, I reservated more days. It was very nice considering the costs.

The hotel was nice overall. The service was very friendly, rooms clean and spacious and the location was great; only 2 minutes walk from the beaches and a short cab ride away from the downtown area.

駅まで徒歩５分程度で移動できて便利。 それに電動自転車などのレンタルもあり、島内移動は困りません。 ただ、市内で繁盛に活動するには不便。 サービスや笑顔などは、トップクラスの対応でした。 しかし建物にややシミなどくたびれた感じがあります。 日本語は通じなかったので最低限の英語力は欲しいところです。 長く滞在するなら、こちらで２泊程度あとは市内で泊まるのが賢明と思います。 島内で遊ぶにはとても便利なホテルと思います。 ただ島内はレストランかコンビニか、みたいな感じで２択みたいな感じなので食事は豪華か質素かみたいになると思います。 モノレールで島から市内へ渡ったところまででればVIVOシティーなるショッピングモールがあるのでそこまで出ればなんでもあります。 エクスチェンジもそちらの方がレ […] ートが良いです。 島内はカジノがあるのでレートが激悪なので、市内で両替しておく方が良いですよ。 Devamı

처음 들어간 방이 먼지가 많고 벌레가 나와서 바로 방변경 요청을 하였고 바로 변경되었으나 다시 들어간 방에는 가운이 없었습니다. 양쪽 방 모두 소파에는 앉기 싫을 정도의 얼룩이 있었습니다. 침대상태는 좋았습니다. 트윈베드를 원했는데 더블사이즈 정도의 트윈베드 두개가 나란히 붙어있었고 이불과 베게도 푹신했습니다. 4층 옥상에 있는 수영장을 많이 기대했는데 바다가 보이긴하나 바다에 큰 화물선(?)들이 떠다녀서 그리 예쁘단 느낌은 못받았습니다. 아침식사는 무난한 편이었고 빵이 굉장히 맛있었습니다. 호텔 서비스는 아주 상냥하고 훌륭한 편이었습니다. 호텔은 조용하고!! 아늑합니다. 호텔내에서의 이동은 무료 카트를 이용할 수 있습니다. […] 아, 늦게 체크인을 해서일까요? 벨보이가 방까지 캐리어를 옮겨주지 않았습니다. 그러나 거의 모든 문이 자동이라 큰 불편함은 없었습니다. 호텔 정문 바로앞에 버스 정류장이있어서 이동이 편리합니다. 약 15분정도 걸어나가면 머라이어상과 편의점이 있고, 유니버셜스튜디오와도 가깝습니다. 센토사 섬의 바다에는 큰 배들이 있어서 뷰가 그리 아름답다는 느낌이 없었기에 바닷가에 위치한 호텔보다 조용하고 이동이 편리한 아마라 센츄어리에 투숙한 것이 좋았다고 생각합니다. 아동용 풀과 그 옆에 위치한다고 들은 풀은 이용해보지 못했습니다. 리조트 내에서 공작 부부가 새끼 2마리를 데리고 자유롭게 노다는 것이 인상적입니다. 料金や快適さという意味では文句はありません。お部屋やプールなども非常に心地よくて満足でした。ただ、リゾートという割にはコインランドリーなどがないし、湿気が多いので洗濯物が乾かず、非常に苦労しました。また、フロントやコンシェルジュのスタッフが少なくちょっと待たされるのが気になりました。 仕事で行ったのですが、毎日プールで泳いでいました。プライベートホテルの趣で総合的には良かったです。

在SENTOSA的RESORT中，這相對是廉宜的，但環境不錯，步行到SENTOSA捷運也只不過5-6分鐘路程，而且RESORT外紅藍黃三巴士線都經過，到島上各處觀光也十分方便。 我住在1樓，早上打開窗簾看到孔雀在露台欄杆上，很有特色！ 還有SKY POOL ，可邊游泳邊看海，而且房間很舒適，是值得一選的RESORT！

2010年8月に４泊で滞在しました。ホテルのスタッフの人はみんないい人ですが、日本語ができる人が誰もいないので英語できないと結構苦労します。 部屋は綺麗で良に匂いがします。また、4階のスカイプールは、景色も良く綺麗で良いです。 立地は、海は徒歩でパラワンビーチに５分ででれます。またパラワンビーチにはセブンイレブンがあるので買い出しにも困りませんでした。 レストランは、日本料理の串カツ「しーぼん」はとてもおいしいです。朝食はバイキングはありますが、一人２５シンガポールドルと高額です。 また、機会があったら泊ってみたいと思います。

酒店環境舒適, 在這裡住了幾天真很有渡假的感覺, 在酒店步行5分鐘可到palawan beach, 酒店職員亦親切友禮, 酒店亦會安排shuttle bus往返酒店至vivo city. 美中不足只可說位置不太方便.

Courtyard suite is very nice, I've been staying in the suite for 3 days. I changed to Premier room on my 4th day trip, it made me disappointed and spoiled my trip. The Janitor was helpful but the staff in front desk was rude and impolite.
