I was impressed with the hotel in every way except for one issue. The smoke alarm was located right above the bed and had a flashing light every few seconds. I am a back sleeper so this bothered me at times but my husband was not bothered by it at all. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Nice, clean, no frills room. Hotel appears new. Mattresses were somewhat uncomfortable. Staff very nice and responsive. Would recommend for those needing to stay a night or two. Breakfast buffet was well done. Will stay here again each time we visit the area. Overall very nice.

Even tho it was close to a freeway, we thought our room was very quiet. Breakfast was very nice and the people working in the hotel were very nice.

Requested for 4 toothbrush before arrival and said it was fine just pick it up at the front desk when I sigh in. They only had two. Family of four. Arrival at 1:30am. Just need a place to sleep. Woke up and requested 2 extra towel. and was told they did not have anymore clean until housekeeping come. Tolit dis not flush to well. Drainage in tub was […] stuck. when taking a shower had to wait an extra 10 min. Before next person because water would not go in drain. Wake up call was on time. Because we arrival so late waa kind enough to give us a later check out time til 2pm. That was nice... But onoy stayed til 11am. Luckily Walmart was next door so we were able to perchase what was needed.. toothbrush and towels. Was on the rode when b ing hotel. So did not pack toothbrush and towels. So bring your own when booking. Breakfast was not to our taste. Coffee was good. Overall. This hotel. Which my family have been to lots. Never experience a hotel not having the things we needed. Not so friendly staff at night. But when I spoke to the woman previously about what I needed she was on point to say that we have it all no problem. Just when we arrive Jus ask someone there and they will accomidate US with it. But they dis not... Devamı

did not have one good night sleep.......i was on 2nd floor and it sounded like construction on the 3rd floor......i spoke with another guest who was staying on my floor and she checked out early due to the all night noise on 3rd floor..........i am not one to complain but it was not a good experience.....

There was a lady who works the breakfast buffet every morning that is the hardest working, most attentive, warm and welcoming person I've ever seen. Nothing went empty, everything was spotless, and she helped everyone. The entire hotel was nice, but she really stood out.

The front desk attendent was overwhelemed and rude, huffuing and puffing. The indoor pool was small,overcrowded, salty and not warm , made me wonder when they last cleaned it since it was salty, usually you can smell the chorline for indoor hotel pools, and this one you could not. there wasnt any towels in the pool area, the phone was not working in […] the pool area, so I had to come out and try to get the attendants attention, she was busy with a customer but I kept trying to get her attention from the hallway so I wouldnt drip water on the tile floor, i yelled out several times "excuse me", she continued to ignore me. Finally got her attention and she was flustererd and huffing and puffing she would get to it when she can. A few mins later she came into the pool area and slammed the towels down without saying a word. Besides that I wouldnt go there again. I would opt for a hotel with an outdoor pool if thats what to expect from an indoor one. The rooms were very clean, comfortable beds, spacious bathrooms, nice flat screen tv. I have to say normally i love Holiday Inn Express Hotels. This one did not live up to my expectations. Especially not for the amount of money we spent and still had to drive 25 minutes to get to Magic springs. We could have stayed at a nicer hotel in Little Rock for a cheaper price and better places to eat. Also we had to change rooms because our first […] room had an odd looking bug and hair all over the floor. People at desk got us new room but didn't seem happy to do it. Then the walls in both rooms were worn. If you get hotel for a good price it was not bad.Just not worth paying alot. Breakfast was good though. Devamı

Everything was all in order! Breakfast was great. My only disappointment was the walls are thin. we could hear walking above us (3rd floor) at each step.....

The hotel was nice and clean but everytime we asked for face towels,they couldnt provide us with any. Only gave us medium and bath towels which that was what we had to wash our faces with before we went to Walmart and bought our own face towels.

I recently stayed here with my husband and two three year olds. Very family friendly. My boys enjoyed the indoor pool. Breakfast was great, a lot to choose from. Beds were not too uncomfortable. Walmart and a couple of fast food places on the same room. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family.

My husband didn't like part of the breakfast...but there are other options to pick from, which he did the next morning. Everyone was very nice and helpful.

Couldn't find any available hotels in Hot Springs for the Arkansas Derby. This was the closest and I am glad we stayed here. Nice area, close enough to the racetrack etc. The breakfast buffet was good and the lady that stocks, cleans up and cooks the food does an outstanding job! If you need a place to eat try Dons Pizza cellar and the Blue Monkey.

The front desk upon check-in was clean and appealing. The room was a great size with working air, nice large bathroom and baby coffee maker. The room had both soft and firm pillows labeled on both sides of the bed. The rate was good for the room and the convenience to the events we were attending in the area. At first glance seems really clean & nice. But once you look closer there was nasty wash rags. Headboards of the beds have not been wiped down in months, if you bend over & look in the air conditioner vents there was tons of MOLD in the air conditioner. Breakfast was horrible. Housekeeping did nothing but make the beds.

The employees at this hotel were the nicest we had ever come in contact with at a hotel. The hotel was very nice and clean. The only thing I didn't like was the beds were a little too hard for me. However, the kids loved the beds.

We had a group of 11 (Adults and kids) come in from out of town for an event in Hot Springs. We loved the free cookies at check in. The breakfast in the morning was well stocked. The kids enjoyed the pool. The beds were decent, a little hard for our taste, but most hotel beds are. The walls are thin, we heard the highway all night and others in the […] hallways. The room was clean and had a nice appearance but the bed was too firm and the pillows too soft. The temperature was hard to control. The breakfast was free but the eggs and gravy and sausage were very bland.

OUR RECENT STAY AT H.I.E.&S. WAS AS GOOD AS IT GETS.CHECK-IN TOOK ONLY MINUTES AND THE STAFF WAS VERY COURTEOUS.THE ROOM WAS CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE.THE QUEEN DOUBLE WITH SOFA WAS VERY ROOMY.THE INDOOR POOL AND HOT TUB WERE GREAT.THE BREAKFAST BUFFET WAS GREAT,AS GOOD AS ANY OTHER HOTEL'S BREAKFAST BUFFET. My sister and I had a little get-away from our husbands and kids. Really enjoyed ourselves. The Holiday Inn staff were very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed the breakfast in the mornings before we set out sightseeing. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to see Hot Springs and surrounding area.

This is a good hotel. The best thing about it were the lovely people working there. They are willing to make sure your stay is a good one. I like the hot breakfast. There are not many restaurants for breakfast nearby.

House keeping is really my only complaint. Housekeeping came in the room sometime while we were out and removed all the linens from the room and pulled the trash, but did not take trash from room. Then around 2pm housekeeping knocked on room door to inquire if we needed anything, I asked for them to replace the sheets that they had removed. They never […] returned. At 7pm, I called to the front desk to ask again about the linens, at this point I was told that house keeping was gone for the day. I went to front desk and collected new linens from the clerk. She was very nice and even offered to come and make the bed. The staff for the most part were very nice and helpful. Location was great. I would recommend this to others as a nice place to stay. I would also recommend that mangement take a look at improving housekeeping at this location. Devamı

I actually stayed for two nights with my two kids. We had an excellent stay!! the kids had a blast using the indoor pool and hot tub. I enjoyed having a little fridge and microwave in the room. The morning breakfasts were soooo nice!! There were scrambled eggs, pancakes, hard-boiled eggs, yogurt, cereal, oatmeal, danishes, toast, muffins, bagels, apple […] juice, cranberry juice, orange juice, milk, coffee, and tea. There is a buisness room with computers where you can get on line anytime and a small workout room. The employees are so kind and helpful. There is a Wal-Mart next door and a McDonalds, Wandy's, Dollar Store, Gamestop and gas stations close by. There is one movie theatre in town, also. We feel very blessed that we found this hotel!!
