We booked this hotel because we sensed it was closest to terminal & it was across from the Airport Terminal. This feature makes it the Best place to stay for those who have an early departure the following am as we did. The room on 6th floor was clean & quiet very functional. I stayed here as a stop over to Easter Island, and loved it. It is literally just a walk across the street from the airport, and the convenience allowed me to go back and forth from the airport while i was checking my next fligths. Definitely would recommend to all.

You can roll your bags on the airport cart across the street to this hotel! Very neat and clean; free internet, nice bar and restaurant. We had an early flight the next morning, so chose this place for our overnight.

nice place a bit heavy on extras .ordered cheese burger .asked for onion 1400pesos for a few slivers. burger poor jfr

Simply loved this hotel. We arrived at 1am from BA and were able to walk across the street and immediately check into our room. Brand new everything...great computer lounge for checking emails. Everything we needed and more. The hotel staff even gave us free converters for our American plug ins.

Stayed as it gave us easy access to the airport and we had a morning flight. Beware check out is 10 am which we feel defeats the object a little as we had no rush and wanted a lazy start to the trip home having driven in from Argentina. Restaurant was up to standard both for dinner and breakfast. Convenient and quite considering its location.

This hotel is very well-kept and comfortable, and it offers everything you might need, including a hot tub and free internet and computer use. However, it is very expensive, and since it is at the airport, that means it is not close to anything else. Only stay here if you really need to be at the airport, like for very late or very early flights.

food at hotel restaurant was surprisingly great.

No bath plug and synthetic duvet impacted badly on comfort rating; slow service at check-in. Otherwise good.

Having stayed in Santiago centre on other one night stopovers I decided to stay at there airport for ease this time. So glad i did. I could check in and go back to the hotel for a cup of coffee and to use the wifi, brilliant. The rooms were big and spacious. It is a Holiday Inn so the level is as you would expect.

Due to flight connections, I recently spent one night at the Holiday Inn at Santiago Benitez airport. The hotel itself was more than satisfactory - very comfortable, restaurant open late, WiFi, etc. Despite the proximity to the airport, noise levels are not a problem, or perhaps I was just that tired. For passing through Santiago, the location can't […] be beat, and the price is reasonable. If you intend to visit central Santiago or other areas, I would not recommend this hotel, as taxis to and from the airport can be costly. Please be aware that check-out is 10:00am, a bit earlier than other hotels, and that the hotel cannot store luggage for you due to airport security regulations. Devamı

Less than 50 steps from the front door of the airport. Perfect for short stop over and very clean and comfortable..

Breafest was poor as their were no plates, cerial bowls or silver ware. It was impossible to eat your breakfeast properly. One person serving. My rooms AC went down during the night and my room temperature went to 82 degress. My portable clock which travel with me displays temp. I didnt get much sllep that night.

Can't beat this hotel for convenience. The restaurant and bar are a little pricey (as is the hotel itself), but there are good restaurants in the airport within easy walking distance. Regulating the room temperature was somewhat challenging - the room was slightly colder than we would have liked. Everything else was good.

This is a beautiful hotel. Can't beat the convenience when needing to take it easy before a transfer to another location or a rest from a long trip. The hotel restaurant was a bit expensive as well as the price of the rooms here, but you sometimes cannot put a price on convenience and quality. Loved the hotel.

Stayed in this hotel in June 2010. The hotel is a little pricey but you can´t get a better location to the airport. Staff are extremely helpful and I could not find any faults with the service.

Muito boa, bom atendimento, apartamentos confortáveis.

Das ideale Airporthotel schlechthin : Arrival Hall, 50 Meter über die Strasse ( mit Gepäckwagen), und man ist da. Sauber, freundlicher Empfang, unerwartet großzügiges Zimmer, sehr gepflegt. Restaurantbetrieb auch bei Spätankunft noch flexibel, gut. Sehr gut schallisoliert, haben praktisch keinen Fluglärm vernommen. Para quem vai ficar uma noite para sair em voo cedo no dia seguinte, não há melhor opção. São 40 metros de distância da porta do aeroporto. Também pode ser opção para quem está viajando de carro e quer fazer uma parada. O estacionamento está incluído na diária. O restaurante do hotel é muito bom. Tem uma relação preço qualidade que vale à pena. O café […] da manhã também é bem servido e para os mais famintos vale à pena. Uma coisa interessante é que o hotel está em frente ao aeroporto mas o barulho dos aviões não atrapalha em nada. A acústica é perfeita. O restaurante do hotel também é uma ótima opção para quem está esperando voo. É mais confortável e tem muito melhor qualidade que os do aeroporto. Das Hotel liegt direkt gegenüber der Ankunfts- bzw. Abflughalle des Flughafen Santiago de Chile sowie in unmittelbarer Nähe der Zubringerfahrgelegenheiten (Taxis/Bus) zur City. Trotz der Lage am Flugplatz sind die Zimmer absolut ruhig. Der von Hotels.com angebotene Preis lag rund 40% unter dem Tagespreis des Hotels selber (Preisschild am Receptionsschalter). […] Guter Deal! Altamente recomendado para quem chega em Santiago de avião depois do meio da tarde e precisa pegar algum vôo no dia seguinte antes do meio-dia. É em frente ao aeroporto, se vai a pé em 2 minutos. Tem um restaurante com comida razoável a preços razoáveis. O chuveiro permite um excelente banho, as camas são ótimas. Los entornos del aeropuerto de Santiago no son bonitos, de eso no cabe duda, pero este hotel debe ser evaluado por la gran calidad de sus instalaciones y la inmejorable ubicación y eso lo cumple a cabalidad

Bom para quem chega e segue viagem,para outros Localidades no nosso caso chegamos de madrugada E o hotel e na frente do aeroporto e seguimos Viagem no dia seguinte para Chilan. Por ser express os quartos Sao bons .Os lencoes Brancos e tb tudo limpo .

Para quem precisa de um hotel proximo do aeroporto este é perfeito. Hotel novo e sua localização diante do aeroproto é espetacular.... Basta atravessar a rua e já esta dentro do hotel.

Nice hotel that should be used if you are using Santiago as the hub for your travel in South America. Excellent airport for that purpose. In case of early departures you are literally "sleeping in the departure area". It is also close enough to Santiago city to allow you to spend some time downtown without stress.

Hotel bastante confortável, foi perfeito para apenas uma noite entre um vôo e outro que saía muito cedo, ele fica exatamente em frente so aeroporto, se pode chegar a pé. A comida foi uma boa surpresa.

Hôtel idéal quand on est en transit, ou quand on arrive très tard : une fois récupéré les bagages, 100 m maximum et vous y êtes! dommage qu'il n'y est pas de consigne à bagages! sinon, propreté irréprochable, par contre petit dejeuner un peu "ordinaire" pour le prix demandé... très bon adresse car tellement tranquille, de plus l'isolation est parfaite […] quand on considère que les avions décollent juste à côté... Es muy práctico el hotel para hacer escalas en Santiago hacia otros destinos de madrugada. Fácil de llegar, buenas las camas, el internet y la atención. Lo recomiendo si es que llega en la noche y se va a la mañana siguiente.
