"Stay some where else"
This hotel was horrible!!! The maids never came to clean our room and it took all day for fresh towels
"Rooms"
We were not at all pleased with the room assigned when we first checked in. Requested to be next door to the room assigned to our children, instead were at least five rooms down. Told that there was no other rooms available, we accepted the room assigned but requested to be moved the next day. Were informed that the next day they could put us next door […] to our children. First night room had no air conditioning, but was given a fan. First night room was stuffy and smelled. Moved the next night but not to the room promised(even though it was available and still not next to our children). Eventually got the room promised that was next door to our children. Hotel staff very friendly and accommodating but was still displeased since we had made reservations a good deal in advance that we should have been given rooms promised and requested. Devamı

"hotel close to Sea World San Antonio"
Service and facility were great. Staff very friendly and helpful. Indoor heated pool was awesome! Special request for locating our rooms near each other was accommodated efficiently and with grace. We'll go back!
"Great location"
We have stayed here a couple times. Always very nice staff, good breakfast, love love love the beds, so comfy. But this time our room had trash on the table and the ironing borad and iron were out. I just couldn't help but think someone had been in the room so we had the sheets changed. But probably will stay again
"Nice hotel, easy location"
Had no problems at all.
Room was comfortable and clean.
The hotel was a bit further away from what it says it is to Sea World, but all in all it was an excellent stay. We really enjoyed the breakfast and cleanliness of the hotel. I would deffinitely stay at this hotel again when in San Antonio.

Great hotel and location, but the only drawback was the slow as molasses elevator! and the only elevator for the hotel, so we shared it with other guests and the cleaning staff
"good hotel for the price"
Room was clean. Indoor pool and hot tub were fine. Closed one day and the person at the front desk didn't know why but quickly checked for us and it reopened shortly after. Breakfast was ok. Eating area was nice and spacious. Fresh fruit was left out for guests to enjoy which was nice after a long day out. Soda machines were not located on every floor […] and the one on our floor was empty. Hotel had a coin- laundry with one washer and dryer but worked fine.Location was good. Within walking distance to Texas Road House and a movie theater. Overall for the price, it was a good hotel and we would stay again. Devamı

"Great Hotel but Hard to Find"
Once I arrived at the hotel I was very pleased with the ammenities. The indoor pool and spa is great! I don't know about the "close to SeaWorld" billing. It's probably only 10 miles away but it is not on the same highway as SeaWorld so you have to drive through a residential neighborhood to get there. Also, it is not easily visible off of 410. All in […] All, it took me an hour to find the place which, after a long day at SeaWorld, was highly frustrating. Devamı
"Holiday Inn Express Great/Bad location"
The hotel was decent, for the price, very close to sea world which was a plus but also right across the street from a movie theatre. This was a plus and a negative, a plus because we did have easy access to the theatre but a minus because it is obviously a hang out for teens on the weekend. This caused lots of traffic on Friday and Saturday nigh, teens […] walking in the street and driving cars very recklously. The rooms were ok, no major complaints other than never having enough towels but the front desk was always promte in providing them when requested. My entire family was very happy and thoroughly enjoyed our stay after a long, full day at Sea World. The hotel was a bit farther than the 4.9 miles advertised near Sea World - it was closer to 9 miles away. everything was great about our stay. the room was nice and spacious, the food was good, and the personnel were friendly and very helpful.

The hotel was very nice and clean upon my arrival, but once i got into the room it was dirty, the bathroom had a ring in the tub, and hair. The floor looked like it had not been cleaned in weeks. The hot water did not get hot at all. The water in the hot tub was warm but not hot. The staff at the hotel were wonderful, they were very helpful and frindly. […] The breakfest buffet was very nice, with pleanty of different foods. Overall i would not recommend this hotel, and i will not be staying there again. "Did not meet expectations"
I stayed at this hotel for 3 days....On the internet it looked nice. When I walked in, I still thought I had made the right choice but once I got into the room, it all changed. As soon as I opened the door, I saw a ponytail holder on the floor. The rooms are Very small, the walls are written on and the paint is chipping. I had a room with 2 beds, one […] bed had an extra blue cover the other didn't. When they came in to clean the rooms, they didn't change the sheets and I know this because my toddler accidentally made a pen mark on them. When we went down to relax in the pool after a long day, we couldn't because the pool water was FREEZING!! Oh and there is only 1 elevator for the whole hotel to use and its a long wait before you can even get on, especially during breakfast hours. Overall, i would not recommend this hotel, especially if you have young ones wanting to get in the pool. The only good thing I can say about my stay is that the breakfast was good. Devamı

"Nice Hotel"
We were in town for Airforce BMT graduation. The location was easy access to Lackland Airforce Base, about a 15 minute drive. The breakfast was very nice with lots of choices.

Indoor swimming pool - Freezing water temperature, couldn’t stand more the 5 minutes. Swimming pool and area – Minimal lighting. Outdoor deck – Very poor craftmanship, limited seating. Elevators – Super slow and always over crowded. Bathroom – Dirty and worn caulking in shower area. Showerhead useless. Breakfast – Limited seating, over crowded. Room […] – Outdoor lamp pole right outside room. Light came through shade when closed, just like daytime. TV would auto shutoff every hour, had to restart manually each time. This hotel is has easy access to the freeway and plenty of restaurants nearby. Very convenient to get to and front the airport if you are on business.

el personal del hotel no esta preparado para recibir a tanta gente a desayunar el sabado tuvimos que esperar mas de media hora para que se desocupara una mesa aaaa pero eso si para las 9.20 quitaron todo y ademas habia muy poca comida, 20 minutos de espera para un omelet :(
El internet no servia para nada, falta un poco de mantenimiento en el hotel.
