We arrived and there were thousands and thousands of rooms empty, and two taken. Literally, thousands of empty rooms, and actually TWO taken. Nonetheless, we were given a room on the 6th floor, around a corner, and the longest walk away from the elevator, passing easily 25 rooms in the process. Was it to give us a great view? Nope. Who knows why it […] was. When we arrived the outside door was open to our room and the bed had been stripped; no towels either. What's that? There are half a dozen restaurants and a few coffee shops? Nope, everything was completely and entirely closed. There was nothing open, a complete ghost town. And probably someone should have told us that when we booked the resort that it was closed. There was still loads of snow on the ground, but I guess they had closed 4 days prior. Why are they still renting rooms then? Our favorite part was when a suitcase fell over in the elevator and hit the emergency call button........ and it took EIGHT minutes for it to ring through one answering service to another answering service to another before a person came on and we could tell them it was an accident. Outside a loud recording played for hours and hours about someone who and tresspassed. LOUD recording, in a variety of languages, shouting out at no one that the "authorities had been called" (Naturally, we never saw any authorities arrive.) It's a gorgeous property, but don't book it without calling and asking what is and isn't open. Devamı

Fraser Crossing is a nice clean comfortable place to stay while enjoying the Winterpark ski area. It's an easy walk to the village and the lifts.

The hotel/condo was perfect. We checked in with the front desk early and they called us directly once our room was ready for early check-in. Very clean and the view and location is right on the slopes. The Bed was not as comfortable as wished but after sitting in the outdoor hot tub we were to tired to care. You can request a late check-out for $25 […] for every two extra hours after 10am highly recommend requesting that the night before. Will be be back to stay again...... Devamı

the only thing bad/negative about our stay was the pullout couch had a few blood stains on it and what was pretty gross. Location is great, close to shops and town. They have a shuttle service that runs most of the night that is very convenient too.

Things you should know: *absolutely cannot check-in before 4PM *checkout time is 10AM *Parking is $14 per day, or you can park "up the hill" (if you can find a spot) for FREE, but will need to take a shuttle or free gondola up to your car *as these are condos, not sure ice machines or vending machines are available or whether they even had them, but […] ask at check-in *be prepared to do some walking. Overall, very good accomodations. Only provided maid service twice a week so that was a bit bothersome and had to ration soap and towels accordingly. Salt water hot tub on site was excellent and it was a very short walk - 2 minutes- to the slopes.

This hotel was amazing, as was our skiing experience. The only area where I feel there could be improvement was with the noise level in the hotel. The walls are very thin and all the doors slamming throughout the hotel was not ideal. That being said, the amenities and surrounding shops were incredible.

We had a wonderful time staying and skiing in Winter Park. We stayed for two nights in Founders Point, and had great ski conditions and beautiful snow. The Condos are newer and nicely furnished. Our unit had a very nice kitchenette, and there are plenty of good places to eat in the Winter Park Village. If you have booked here, don't be disappointed […] by the negative reviews. This is a very nice place to stay and a short distance from the lifts; although, I did not consider it to be ski in/ski out because you do have to walk across the street and about 2-3 blocks to the Zepher lift. There are wagons all over to haul your ski stuff which is really nice. My only suggestion to WP Resort is to pay closer attention to cleaning the bathtubs and showers. I was a little nervouse to take a bath in our unit because the tub was not sparking clean. We did enjoy the hot tub, and we are looking forward to staying here again next year. Had our 5 year anniversary here and could not have been more pleased. We were upgraded to a better room for free, they fixed our fireplace immediately when it wasn't working. Awesome hotel with excellent customer service. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a good place to stay in winter park!

Nice room, clean, modern, no complaints. I never understood the parking policies so make sure you inquire. A bit expensive for what it is. But hey, that's the cost of sleeping close to the slopes.

Great location, great room. We had a 1-bedroom with a pullout couch, kitchenette, balcony. The bathtub is huge and there were lots of extra towels and toilet paper. Our room overlooked the patio, and the hot tub was frequently busy, but since we were on the top floor the noise wasn't a problem. Liked the lockers for skis. Winter Park resort is a great ski-in/ski-out location with good rental shops and ski school on site. We stayed in the condos across the street from the main hotel. The one bedroom condo was a very good choice - spacious and just a short walk across the street to the ski lifts and restaurants etc. I would recommend the condos and the resort as a whole […] to anybody who is looking for a value for money option offering a fantastic ski area for all levels from beginners to experienced. I lived close to a number of Swiss resorts for years and can recommend Winter Park in Colorado as a no hype effective resort Devamı

We had a great time. We booked this hotel for its location to the slopes as we have 2 young kids we are teaching to ski. Winter Park has wagons available for free to carry kids and / or gear. You can get a wagon just accross the street and it make it very easy for getting the kids around. You do have to pay extra ($14 per night) for covered parking […] which was great for unloading. There is free parking but it is not close. It is up near the Vintage Resort Hotel which is just a short walk and then the free gondola ride to the parking lot. Devamı

You'd think a new building would have sound proof walls. Not so here. We could hear normal conversation and snoring. So much for a pleasant stay. The front desk help; wasn't. My 10 year old niece has a better attitude and skills to help people check in!

My girlfriend and I have stayed at this property 4 times now and really love staying here. It is a brief walk to the village and ski lifts. It has a great outdoor patio with fireplaces, gas grills, pool/hot tub and a great view. The rooms are spacious, clean an have all the amenities home.

The hotel is at the base of Winter Park and is ski in/ski out. Hotel has main floor lockers for ski equipment, so you do not have to take to your room. We had a 1 bedroom studio in Founders Pointe. It was perfect for 2 people. There is a very convenient shuttle bus (ask at front desk for pickup) that will take you in to the town and to the nearby town […] with a grocery store (recommend going there for any groceries needed). The hotel was much more than I expected. Nice large, clean rooms with all the facilities you would need. The ski locker room was well organised with plenty of room.

The hotel was conveniently located next to the slopes and our room boasted great amenities. Having waited long to be able to check in, it was extremely disappointing to find that our room, which looked great on the surface, had an atrocious and intolerable smell and stains on the floor that were not taken care of. We tried to make the best of it and […] requested a somewhat later check out (having waited so long to check in) to find the response to be "no". Nice enough hotel and condos. Our 2bdrm was huge which was great, but decorating was a bit stark/bland. Problems with the plumbing in our unit, but staff was good to work with. Location is awesome for skiing, especially for those with kids in ski school.

Couldn't figure out how to get the fireplace going, but other than that the hotel was really clean and quiet. The rooms are big. The matress was really good...never slept this good in a hotel. Definetly would stay again.

If you can get one of the rooms with the door opening directly onto the oversized jacuzzi with the fireplace & mountain views it is even better! Lots of space in the room, and convenient kitchen. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Great experience. All around excellent quality. Only inconvenience is the check-in desk is not intuitively located. It's not at the hotel's front or back or side. And there is no obvious sign. You'll have to guess where it is...

Extremely clean & roomy - great value for what we paid. Seems like a brand-new hotel, although we have no idea when it was built. Secured garage parking definitely a plus. The only problem was a periodic noise in one bedroom wall that sounded like clanking water pipes. Will definitely stay here again, just not in that room.

Our stay was very nice. We had read other guest reviews in advance of our stay and knew that you had to check in at the Zepher Lodge across the street. The condo was located right across from the main ski area village, which was very convenient.

Beautiful hotel,very hard to find the check in,parking and room confusing. Room was awesome,very nicely decorated.The balcony door would not lock and there is no safe,which made us very uneasy.The thermostat is located in the living space so the bedroom boiled as the kitchen stayed a pleasant 68 degrees, we had to open the windows and there was a party […] above us until 4am. The TRAIN comes through town a few times a night and blows his horn,if your windows are open its loud.The floor registers hiss and pop every time they turn on.It made for a no sleep night for the entire family. Nice hotel, convenient to the WInter Park resort and not too far from town. Shuttle service was great, very easy to use (just call and they will pick you up anywhere in town). Staying on the 3rd floor lets you walk out to the hot tub, fireplace and grill patio. Check in is across the street, late check in time (4:00) and early check out time (10:00 […] am) is inconvenient. Room was nice, not very big but adequate, included a kitchen and fridge which was great. They don' t have daily maid service which was fine with us, but may not be OK with everyone. Devamı

Very nice rooms! We had a one-bedroom with a kitchenette which was great with our 2 boys. The hot tub is huge and covered parking garage which is free in the summer was a bonus. You're right on the Winter Park Resort property which was also very nice! Would definitely stay here again!!

First of all, the directions from the map were wrong. Hotels website doesn't state you check in at a different resort. And worse of all there is no air conditioning. And although it is cool at night a loud train passes all the time. In the winter this probably a great place... .not so great in the summer and for late check in.

Need to have airconditioning as room was warm and stuffy. But otherwise it was a very comfortable and nice room.
