The hotel and its room were very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and the service was very good. Very close to the city centre.

The hotel is clean and nice, the double room we had was a bit on the small side and it is a bit sterile as there are very little decorations or anything to make it more cosy. There was no bathtub which was a minus to my wife. the hotel bar is cool with very good and capable bartenders, the restaurant we did not try but it looks nice. The elevators is […] fun with different kind of music themes. The breakfast is abundant with everything you could ask for and many home made marmalade and things. However the area is to small so there is a lot of waiting and it is just too busy too be comfortable for a long nice weekend breakfast. The waiting time for omelets was 25 minutes ! And it is just too busy and crowded to be a nice experience even if the food is good. I would get a room without breakfast if possible and go out for breakfast. Devamı

We arrived at 1pm to see if there may be a room ready for us. The receptionist made it clear that we were early and that check in could not be guaranteed before 3 pm. Not very helpful! She further offered us to place our luggage in the luggage room before checking with housekeeping if they had a room for us. After getting rid of our luggage she gave […] them a call only to find out that a room in fact was available ha ha So she had gone to great length to make our check in as unpleasant as possible by saying we were to early and fording us to dispose of our luggage only to find that we now had to take it out again. I had expected a better and more service minded approach! Room very average and quite small with few features such as no safety box, slippers, towels etc! Breakfast was a nightmare and can only be described as a battle field in terms of both getting a table, food and newspaper. Devamı

Excellent quality, moderate price. Nice rooms, good beds, fine arts. Incredible breakfast, the best I've ever seen or eaten. Good staff. Worth visiting!

Great hotel with great staff and breakfast. Close to Arlanda Express from Airport. Only semi-negative is location if you like to walk to sights. Is fine if you get a bus/subway card. Sometimes a little hectic around the reception because they seem to get a lot of tours

Ok location, rooms are clean, service was fine. The breakfast buffe is quite good. It is a bit annoying to know that there is a pool and a gym in the top floor but they are not included in the price. The hotel however markets itself as if it were, and it is not until you ask at the lobby that you find out you have to pay 20 Euros to access it. Nice modern hotel close to the Central Station and the city center. The hangar-like breakfast room was gloomy, but the breakfast was fine!

Nice hotel, good location, nice design. Small room but ok. Breakfastroom like eating at a school, not very nice atmosphere. However breakfast was good.

The hotel was comfortable, the staff friendly all at a very affordable price. It is just five minutes away from the beginning of the main shopping area and in easy walking distance of most of the major sights in central Stockholm

No complaints other than breakfast time is a bit of a free for all and food needs to be replenished more frequently. Get to breakfast early!

The bed did not have a down duvet or down pillows - only cheap foam. The mattress was grossly uncomfortable (I have arthritis in my lumbar spine & hip), and I got up early just to get out of bed. The desk chair was grossly uncomfortable. I had to out pillows from the bed on it to be able to remain seated for more than 15 minutes. The room only had […] a tiny stall shower - no tub. My aching back & hip could have used a hot soak after sleeping in taht bed and sitting at that desk! I would have expected much better for the premium price. Devamı

I stayed here with my 4 year old daughter. It's a great a hotel, the pool is nice and warm (although we had to pay almost $40 to use it which was a surprise). The spa/pool bar looked cool and a great place to hang for the evening. The wireless internet was great and easy to use. Beds comfortable. It only has a shower, so my daughter did not like that […] (likes bathtubs). Great view of the city and square. Only 1 block to walk to the Arlanda Express which takes you to/from the airport in 20 min. Nice breakfast with lots of choices, although crowded. I would stay there again. Devamı

A modernist monolith just north of the central station, the Clarion Sign is Stockholm's largest hotel and has the pros of cons one would expect from that. Slick and efficient or impersonal and dull? We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. The rooms are not very big, but there is enough space for everything. The bathroom very clean with great water pressure. The staff is very helpful, answers all the questions with genuine smile and has lots of info on all the sights. En helt otrolig hotellupplevelse, med en otrolig fantastisk frukostbuffé. Vad ni än gör ändra inte på denna frukostbuffé!!. Hotellet är en pärla, putsa och sköt om den lika fint i fortsättningen också.

Centralt läge och bra service. Restaurangen besöktes med vänner. God mat men ganska dyrt. Rummen helt OK.

Det enda negativa är möjligen att man som gäst inte kunde bada bastu någonstans utan att betala för SPA. Vi tilldelades en ganska litet rum. Men för övrigt lämnar hotellet inget att önska. Trevlig personal och fantastisk frukost!! Ingrid och Johan, Örebro

Mycket bra läge. Inte särskilt lyhört. Kallt och lite för torr luft på rummet vilket drar ned betyget. Bra frukostbuffé. Vi bodde där med ett spädbarn och det fungerade mycket bra.

Jättebra hotell, lite rörigt i lobbyn. Alldeles för underdimensionerad matsal så till frukosten var dom tvungna att sätta upp ett extra frukostbord i bankettsalen. Det var ett bra extrabord men tappade lite av charmen och blev mer som frukost på ett vandrarhem om ändå med stort urval. Dörren in till badrummet/toaletten var fiffigt uttänkt där man kunde […] välja att stänga för hela badrummet eller bara för toaletten, dörren var dock i frostat glas och dom borde lagt på ett lager till för den var mer genomskinlig än inte. Blev inte jättetrevligt att låta någon annan vara i badrummet när man själv var på toaletten då den personen ser exakt vad man gör där inne. Dörrknoppen var dessutom ett hål... Saknades påsar i papperskorgarna. Rent och fräscht, sängarna sköna, panoramafönster ut. Devamı

mycket trevlig och kompetent personal. När vi bad om en inte så självklar tjänst, såg man inte det som något besvär utan hjälpte snabbt och enkelt till med det. Superfräsch och varierande frukost.

Bra service och perfekta rum (städat och bekvämt) nära till "allt"

Snyggt, coolt hotel med fräscha rum. Men det känns att det har blivit för populärt. Personalen anstränger sig inte lika bra som sist vi var här för ca sex månader sedan. Restaurangen Aquavit är bra men motsvarar inte prislappen.

Fin beliggenhet, rett ved jernbanestasjonen / Arlanda Ekspress. Hyggelig resepsjonist og rom med flott utsikt. Rengjøringen var akseptabel, men ikke noe mer enn det (støv og lo på badet). Sengen var god, men putene var enorme og ikke så behagelige. Badet hadde store vinduer ut mot selve rommet (et rom i rommet), og dette er litt weird når man skal […] på toalettet, eller dusje, da andre har fritt innsyn fra sengen. Etter flytoget fra Arlanda til sentralbanestasjonen var det bare å ta til venstre og en kort tur (250 m) så var man fremme. Benyttet oss av Spa. Fikk trene og en tur i bassenget på taket, topp!! Spiste et helt fantastisk måltid i restauranten ved lobby, hvor servicen var topp. Meget godt fornøyd.

Läget på hotellet är toppen, frukosten mycket god dock är rummens standard inte i nivå med hotellets klassning. Samt att spa-avdelningen inte ingår i grundpriset - utbudet är inte prisvärt (vintertid)
