LISTED IN HOTELS.COM AT 2.4 MILES, WHICH WAS REALLY 24 MILES-BUT THAT WOULD OF STILL BEEN OK BUT WITH TRAFFIC IT TOOK 1.5 HRS

very comfortable and clean ,would recommend it to friends

If you can get passed the airplanes flying over head every 30 minutes then then room was pretty nice. The hotel Has inside restaurant and bar, pool and hot tub. The sauna was out of order which was a bummer and we had to use the stairs once because the elevator didn't come down. The hotel had fitness room but one treadmill wasn't working properly so […] m!y husband had To get off so I could get on. The hotel charged $25.00 to my card to put on hold in case of extras like movies without telling us, we found out when we got home. Devamı

Great family place! Kids enjoyed the pool area and game room. Workout area small but equipment was clean and high quality. Room was clean and comfortable. I felt this was a nice place at a good price.

We stayed at this hotel after a Cubs game, wanting to avoid the high prices of downtown. It was a quick trip from the city, and close to Woodfield Mall, IKEA, and Legoland. The breakfast buffet (extra charge but included in our rate at hotels.com) was very good, with a selection of fruit, cereal, eggs, pancakes, french toast, sausage, bacon, etc. We were very satisfied with the value of this hotel and would recommend it to others. Great place for the $$. I was expecting a 2nd rate hotel but this place is very nice and clean with great amenities and courteous, helpful staff. I would definintely stay here again.

I enjoyed the room, the bed was big and comfortable. It was relaxing to soak in the hot tub and lay a while in the sauna. It was cleaner and the service was better than expected. I would definitely return.

This place was awesome! The kids loved the ping pong table, arcade room and pool. We loved the sports bar and restaurant.

The service at the hotel was great once I arrived. The description of the services offered included a hotel shuttle with a surcharge. That was part of the reason I selected this hotel. However just prior to my arrival I called to arrange the shuttle and was told it was no longer offered. My surcharge turned into a cab ride that cost about 3 times as […] much. Despite this disappointment the overall service made up for it and the hotel staff were more than accomodating to my needs when I arrived. Devamı

Hotel has been renovated. But hallways still smell like smoke because old carpet wasn't replaced. Pool temp. was held at 84 degrees. A little cold. Most pools are held at 86-87 Internet was VERY BAD! John the manager said they were working on getting it upgraded. But as of 8/15/2011 it's not done yet. Couldn't stay connected and speed was super slow […] when connected. If the internet is important to you don't stay here until it's fixed. Devamı

The hotel was very nice, but the hot water heater was broken and we were not informed until I called the front desk after attempting to take a shower. This would have not been a big deal, but I was staying there because the power was out my house all weekend, so I really needed a good shower. It was noisy is my only complaint. The noise from the pool area carried throughout the hotel

The place was clean and well decorated and it was easy to find. I would stay there again.

Totally satisfied. Need to keep restaurant open longer though.

The website said this hotel was 2.4 miles from my destination in west Chicago when really it was more than 25 miles from it, in the town Itasca. Although I had a little trouble finding the place, because of road construction and I got turned around, once I found the hotel, the service was great and the rooms were very clean and it was actually in a very good neighborhood. It was only about 30 mins or so from Downtown Chicago. One negative is that it didn't have complimentary breakfast. It costs […] between $6-10 depending on what you want to eat. Devamı

The pool area is very nice , my kids loved the facilities and the pool. the only problem was in the hallways{ smells like an ash tray .... Other than that it was wonderful ... Thank you !!!
