Absolutely fantastic. From the Valet, to the front desk staff, restaurant staff, housekeeping...They all treated me like gold. Only downside for me was the fitness center needs to be upgraded a bit. Love this place.

We loved the design of the room. Bed was comfortable. The suite was really perfect.But you can't turn off the heat/Ac blower fan. It's loud over the bed. If you want the fan off, someone has to come into the room and turn off the breaker in the room and then if you want the blower back on, they have to come back and turn on the breaker. I just learned […] where it is and did it myself. Another thing is that for a 4 star hotel they were unbelievably skimpy on coffee, creamer and sugar. I thought that a hotel/spa would have a good gym, as I have stayed at such places before. The gym was average, with a broken Smith machine. As well, it was strange that the changing rooms for the pool and spa opened into a public hallway where you were in your robe or a towel in front of maintenance workers, employees and fully dressed customers. I was disappointed that in Montreal, where the food is fabulous, that the room service breakfast was of bad quality. The fruit wasn't ripe, the breads were stale, and it was late, with the order not being right. It's almost as though the Hotel forgot that they have the reputation of an incredible food city to uphold. I love this place, but when the Holiday has a better gym, breakfast, skin lotion and free parking, it tells me that the people who make these decisions are thinking only of profit and not of the pride in the city in which their hotel sits. Very close to rue Ste Catherine, Ogilvy Dept Store and of course Bell complex, very good, conformtable place with all amenities..

Overall this is a great hotel. Very easy check-in. Friendly customer service oriented staff. Very clean rooms. However I found the layout of our room a bit off. We chose to stay here based on the square footage- larger than other hotels we considered, as we were travelling with two children. Due to the layout design, the room felt very tight. There […] is a long, narrow corridor/ living area maybe 7-8 feet wide with a pullout sofa . The bedroom was very beautiful, but a small. In all, I had wished they designed their rooms to be open space, not seperate bedroom and living space area. You would have more feeling of the 495 sf. space. They did make good use of their space however with clever storage, etc. They furnishings were very nice and comfortable and the room felt very clean. They bathroom was also very nice, generously sized and well lit. Ultimately, we had chosen this hotel for the pool, which was very well maintainted and featured an outdoor hottub--- which we enjoyed in the snow. There was a great view of the city here, too. The restaurant is also very good. Overall, I would recommend this hotel. Very clean with good amenitites and good location, which to me is the most important. Devamı

A beautiful hotel, and ideally situated. Very modern and clean, with great facilities. Our only complaint is that the shower (which was huge and we loved that) leaked all over the floor. The drain couldn't handle the volume of water (perhaps it was draining slowly?) so the entire bathroom floor got slippery. We asked the hotel management to inspect […] the drain. Good location, nice room. My only complaint is that I expected the suite to be slightly bigger. The bathroom was disproportionately large compared with the room. Otherwise, it was a very nice hotel. The indoor pool is also very nice and kid friendly.

Thoroughly enjoyed Le Crystal - a very spacious suite (pull out sofa bed for our 2 children & separately enclosed bedroom w/ extremely comfortable king bed, a large bathroom, and useful kitchenette with free Nespresso & tea. My girlfriend and I really loved the hotel. The room was exceptionally clean, and the amenities were very nice. I used two of the mini-bottles of liquor for some nightcaps on the last evening before bed, and although they provided a price list, I was informed in the morning upon checking out that they were 'on the house'. This was a nice touch, and […] was appreciated - thank you. Overall, I rate the Hotel Le Crystal Montreal as a lovely place to stay. My only small quibble was that the shower temperature was set at 38C as the max, which seemed a little lukewarm to us. Still, this wasn't a dealbreaker or anything - just an observation that if they choose to have a pre-determined max temp for the shower, it should perhaps be a couple degrees higher. Regardless, the bathroom in particular was very large, and beautiful. It's clear that this hotel was designed with the bathroom to be one of the main 'selling points', which it was. Devamı

That's the place to eat, except breakfast - nothing special and costly. People makes atmosphere in this hotel from maids thru receptionists , waiters and great piano bar pianists.

There were a couple of things I was disappointed with. I thought I was going to have a bathtub with my room and was looking forward to that. The only other complaint I would have would have to do with the fact that I had to be woken up by being phoned to let me know that room service was there with my coffee one of the mornings I was there and the […] room service attendant did not look too happy. Understandable since I had said I wanted it delivered at a certain time and I was not up when he came and knocked on the door so it was an inconvenience for the poor guy, and he was clearly not happy about it. Also, my view was nothing special-building walls. For me, it was okay as there was a YWCA playground and I love the sound of children playing and if I happened to be in my room at the time they were out I enjoyed that and seeing them all bundled up-adorable. But, the view definitely did not go with the chic style of the room and other visitors might not like it. The staff was especially friendly and helpful. And the room was perfectly cleaned. The bed was fabulous!!! Once the light was out, so was I. Incredible bed. I want it for my own! Only thing I did not care about was the TV since I don't really watch it at home. And although I was disappointed at not having a bathtub, I loved the shower. All in all, I thought it was great. Devamı

The room was lovely. We were new to Montreal and wanted some restaurant recommendations. The front office staff worked endlessly to secure reservations for us most nights, and always came through with updates on our reservations. The spa staff was delightful, and the valets always worked hard to find us a cab, even in the pouring rain. If I'm ever back […] in Montreal, I would love to stay here again. Devamı

The rooms were spacious and tranquil suites. However, a kitchenette without a nearby market or grocery store is somewhat useless and the hotel food is very overpriced and not cry good. Staff were kind, room cleaners responsive to requests. location is charmless.

in a word, FANTASTIC. Hotel was in the business district but close to mass transportation and within walking distance of the info center, shopping and dozens of restaurants. Our suite was large with separate bed room, large bath, very comfortable bed and nice living room area. Although right in the bus. district, we heard no street noise. The rooms are very nice, staff was pleasant but food & beverage lacking. Cafe never opened, bar was tiny and restaurant was always empty.

Very nice, well kept hotel. Staff were extremely helpful. In our first room the pullout bed couldn't actually be opened all the way due to the TV stand. They moved us to a bigger room which was very nice. The in room safe battery needed replacement and there were no extra blankets so we had to ask for some to be delivered. Other than these few small […] things It was a wonderful place but for that kind of money you would expect the small things to be looked after. Devamı

We really enjoyed our visit to Montreal and overall the hotel was lovely. The food in the restaurant attached.. La Coupole was delicious, the bed was comfy, the spa area looked devine even though we didn't have time to access any of the services. The staff were very friendly. The major issue we had while staying there was that they did not have any […] blankets on hand... One of my friends was very cold at night and had to make do with 4 sets of sheets which we thought was a bit ridiculous. (especially for a hotel) Devamı
