My husband and I came into town for a concert in Tulsa. This Broken Arrow location was not far from downtown and easy to get to. We will stay here again. Nice, clean rooms and in a nice area. Neat historic downtown area nearby.

Even though we arrived a day early, the hotel was able to accommodate us. Very courteous and efficient front desk staff, room was very clean and bed very comfortable. Free hot breakfast each morning was a definite plus. Convenient location. Will definitely stay there again and recommend to family and friends.

It was exactly as we expected... except the hair dryer was a bit of a challenge....

Very Clean. Continental Breakfast had a good variety. From out of town but seemed to be in a very nice area. Would stay again.

The only draw back was the confusion about our reservations. They had the wrong name and address, but was obviously our rooms (had two, one a handicapped with first floor if possible). I am not sure whose problem that was, but it was sorted out although we had to take a second floor handicapped which was considerable more walking for my parents. We enjoyed our 2-night stay in Broken Arrow and the Holiday Inn Express. The bed was very comfortable with layered bedding, large room, and upscale furniture more like a higher-priced property like an Embassy. We stayed in a regular King and it could have been a business suite if it had a frig and microwave. Breakfast was just OK - nothing special. […] Pool looked clean and hot tub was in use. Friends stayed at the Hampton Inn for $10 less which was very comparable in style and size but room (especially the bed) was not as high quality. Devamı

Our family loved our stay at this hotel. Then entire facility was clean. Our children loved the indoor pool. The first day we arrived and went to the pool, and bonus...there is an 8-hole miniature golf course just outside the pool area! We enjoyed it very much!

What a great stay!! We really enjoyed this hotel and will stay there again!

Great service and excellent room. Pool and mini-golf were wonderful and the breakfast was good.

really enjoyed the layout of the room having the kids in the bunk beds!! The only few problems we had was of pretty little importance but still annoying as heck! Pool was closed, but luckily was able to use next door hotel pool. Also we used the refrigerator a lot in our room and the adjoining base cabinet door interfered with the fridge door. But would […] def. stay there again! Beds were very comfy (pillows not so much) Very quiet stay, don't know if there were not many others staying or if the walls were thick. Staff was nice as well. My stay here was exceptional. The room was very nice and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Easy access to the freeway. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to others.

This hotel is right on Highway 51 and easy to get into out and out of. The place is in great shape and looks brand new. The staff is friendly and I was very comfortable in my room. The only draw back is that I was by the ice machine, so when someone got ice in the middle of the night, it would wake me up. Not sure why the plumbing in the place is so […] loud either, but it may have been the location of my room on the first floor. I definitely recommend staying here. Devamı

Loved the hotel. The service was excellent, and the accomodations were much better than most. I would definitely stay here, or another Holiday Inn Express again.

This was our second stay at this hotel and we were more than pleased both times. The front desk staff is wondeful -- very friendly and helpful. The one young lady was great at giving up restaurant recommendations of the surrouding area. The room, both times, was very clean and neat. Bed was comfortable. Loved the breakfasts -- food was always fresh […] and had good variety. Only things I didn't like about my stand, and they are minor (nit-picky ;-) ), 1) just like most places with free breakfast, when they run out of an item, you are out of luck. Couldn't always count on having what you wanted. 2) Housekeeping was really great, but perhaps not always consistent - never left the same amount of towels twice, so some days we had enough for everyone and some days we were short one. Again, nothing major and would certainly stay again and recommend the place because overall the hotel is clean, comfortable, great location and wonderful front desk staff! Devamı

I stay at the Holiday inn by Bass Pro in Broken Arrow a lot. I love the location and the people there are great. My room is always spotless and comfortable with plenty of room. My only complaint would be the older 27" tube tv that takes up to much room and looks and sounds bad but for the little amount of time that I watch it I can live with it. The […] breakfast is not bad, the cinnamon danish is awesome, for being a free serve yourself breakfast. Devamı

We enjoyed our stay at this Holiday Inn. The staff was very nice and went out of their way to help us with whatever we needed. The floor was quiet, not alot of noise like some hotels. The bed was comfortable, although I did not like the sheets very much. They were rough feeling and felt a little old. We had a suite and it was very roomy. The shower […] was nice and had good water pressure and stayed warm the whole time! Breakfast was really good and had alot of variety. Even health foods for someone trying to diet. My wife and I had decided to get away for a weekend away from our children and the kids that she works with and when we arrived at the hotel it was nice and we noticed a few kids running the hallway. We went down to the pool and kids all over the place and screaming and yelling. We went back to our room and the kids continued to run and play in the […] hallway. We went down to the desk and they not only took care of the problem but they moved us to another floor and it was a great stay. Devamı

This hotel met and exceed all expectations. I was a solo traveler but I felt like royalty. The business center is small but it defintely met my needs. Tulsa is going through MAJOR road construction, so after a long day working and now enduring a rainstorm while travelling back home from business, what a nice refuge from the "storm". It's a new hotel, very nicely decorated. The front desk clerk on duty was very nice. there were a few good restaurants (other than fast food) from which to choose right […] by the hotel and I topped off the night with ice cream from a local slab creamery in the comfort of my room. This was far and away the best continental breakfast I ever experienced in a hotel. It was really a full sitdown breakfast including bacon and eggs.

It was everything we expected. Staff was very courteous and helpful. We'll make a point to stay there again when in the area.
