Very nice hotel. Only problem I had was that I requested a crib on Hotel.coms reservation site and it wasn't there when we arrived. When I called down to get one-she said we would have to wait until the shifts changed so she could leave front desk to find one. They also told us the indoor pool was open until 11 pm but they turned out a bunch of the […] pool lights around 10:10 so my teenagers returned early from the pool. Devamı

Newer hotel with nice and big rooms (suites), and is conveniently located right off the Hwy.

My 3 kids and I stayed 2 nights and LOVED it! Everything was tastefully decorated and well maintained. The complimentary breakfast was delicious, and the pool and hot tub were so much fun! We could have stayed MUCH longer. They also accomodated our small dog with no problem. Definitely very family friendly and safe. We will stay there again!

The people who work and manage this hotel do everything they can to try to help you to have a wonderful stay. It was excellent.

I stay in hotel room on average about 150 nights a year, and this is only the second time I have actually left a hotel. The exterior and desk help was fine, but the minute I got to my room I could not stop itching and sneezing. Either there was an animal in this room or a cleaning product they use I was allergic too. The living room area was large but […] the carpet was stained, furniture was stained and worn. Bed had a spider under the covers and obvious hair on both the pillow and sheets. Bathroom only had a roll in style shower. I finally just got my stuff and left and drove back to Houston......there was no way I could stay in this room. I dropped my key back at the front desk and told them I could not stay in that room. They just told me they couldn't refund my money since I had paid through Hotels.com. I found it interesting that they didn't even question why I was leaving after only checking in less than an hour earlier. Will never use this hotel or the chain again. Extremely disappointed. Devamı

I travel to Plano several times a year and have stayed at several different hotels in the area. The Staybridge on Silverglen is now my new favorite. The complimentary breakfast (everyday) and evening (M-Th only) buffet, though not 5-star restaurant fare, is still extremely convenient and is adequate and makes the value of the hotel per night a fantastic […] deal for when you don't want to spend extra time/money for meals, especially when traveling with kids. The location is great, if you have to workout during your stay, there's a huge fitness center in the same parking lot as the hotel. The Central Market is located next door and was also a great place to get fresh food already prepared or ready to prepare in your room's kitchen area. There is an eat in cafe there and they even had live music on Saturday. Several fast food restaurants were located within the block: Sonic, McDonald's, Arby's to name a few, as well as at least one other local restaurant. And if Central Market isn't your gig, Walmart and Sam's Club are across the street. Easy access to the tollway and not far from I-75. Highly recommend this hotel. Devamı

We had a suite with a separate bedroom. We were able to sleep alittle later both mornings while kids played and watched TV. With the bedroom door shut, husand was able to take a long nap in a very comfortable bed. Kids had a great time in pool and basketball court. Will definitely stay there again.

This is not a luxury hotel, however, it is very nice, clean,and includes a light dinner and breakfast bar in the price. The price was very reasonable. This was my second stay and if in town again, I'll stay there again.

We selected this hotel due to the close proximity to UT-Dallas as we were attending a campus tour event the following morning. We were very pleased with everything about the hotel. The only thing to watch out for was that their breakfast on Saturday did not begin until 7:30 AM. Otherwise, I would recommend this hotel and will definitely stay there  […] again. Devamı

The only issue I had was the business or computer access area. There were to many young unattended children playing computer games and I was unable to get access to flight information needed for the following day and also, the printer was out of order. I feel children should be accompanied by an adult and access should not be for computer games. Otherwise, […] we had a wonderful stay. Devamı
