Unfortunately I had a problem in the room I was in on the 1st floor originally (ants) but as soon as I reported it to front desk I was moved to a handicapped room on the second floor. Help in the move was handled in a very professional way by one of the bellhops. It was a delightful ride from then on. Loved the Holiday Inn - Roswell. From arrival to departure we felt welcome, safe and comfortable. The entire hotel was fresh and clean and our room 202 was very clean & comfortable. The price as compared to other hotels along the Alpharetta Autobahn was very reasonable and every contact with Varna (desk receptionist) or any other employee was positive […] and warm. Will gladly choose and recommend this Holiday Inn to others. Great location to everything in the area. Close to area hospital and medical facility - very convenient for early morning procedure. We were doing our annual visit to the family for the holidays. While the friendly welcome on arrival and check-in process went wonderfully well, the rest of the stay was a disappointment. The room was in disrepair: missing artwork taken right off the wall in the bathroom, broken towel bar on the shower door. But the worst was the HVAC in the hotel--the […] hallways were bitter cold, and the system in the room was either too hot or too cold, with no way to modulate the temperature satisfactorily. The night clerk was very gracious in providing extra blankets. There was one day the entire lobby area had a putrid stench. Complements to the front desk, who were extremely professional and polite. But housekeeping and room service made an incredible amount of noise early one morning. Not sure we will be retruiong, when the Best Western right next door has been a better stay for us in te past. The hotel is located in a perfect location for shopping, eating and access to Atlanta. I highly recommend this hotel. Very clean and the staff was very helpful.

I highly recommend this hotel. The staff were all courteous and professional. The room was perfectly clean, and the prices very reasonable. We will definitely stay here again.

The room seemed to be clean and met my expectations

Me and my husband stayed here on our way to Alabama as a quick cheap place to spend the night. We arrived at 2am tired and they had our reservation laying out ready to go. We were in our room within the minute. It was a beautiful clean room with very friendly staff. It was a wonderful experience and I would definitely go back!

I really wasn't sure if this location was to far from where I needed to be. But the surrounding area was great with lots of shopping and restaurant choices, with in minutes of hotel with very little traffic problems. [a rare thing in atlanta area.] I would very much recommend this hotel the staff was very friendly too.

I can only say everything was delightful. Couldn't have been more surprised to find we had a Jr suite. Will absolutely stay there again!

Besides the breakfast not being free, me and my family are very happy to have stayed at this hotel and look forward to staying there again

This was a last minute mid-week booking and I was pleased with the results. The front desk clerk was friendly and efficient. The lobby and halls were clean, quite and well decorated. My room was clean, tastefully decorated with traditional furnishing. The tables and nightstand showed a little bit of wear but it wasn't bad. I really appreciate the fact […] that the linens were soft, all white and washable - very clean. I slept like a baby in that bed. The television had a good picture and adequate programming. The bathroom was clean and large enough for me to move around. The shower had good water pressure. The negatives were that there is no microwave or refrigerator in the room and the traffic outside the hotel is ugly at morning and evening rush hour. This was one of the best HI I have stayed in. It was right around the corner from the venue for my event and had plenty of eateries all around.

Great Hotel

We enjoyed our recent stay at the Holiday Inn- Roswell, GA. The hotel was clean and the beds were comfortable, allowing us to get a good night's rest. It was convenient to the interstate, so that I did not have to become hopelessly lost! We hope to visit again on our annual trip to see the Braves play ball :)

Our stay here was short but nice. We stayed here on a business trip arrived very late unfortunately. When we arrived the front desk person was very kind and had everything ready. Room was very nice and clean. Will gladly stay here again!!!!! :)

Wish there was a microwave and a mini fridge in our room. The hot tub was not clean at all. There were alot of dead worms and spiders floating around. The one lady at check in was not the friendliest when I had asked for a couple of towels for the pool. I must of inconvenienced her when i interrupted her crossword puzzle game she was playing.

This hotel is pretty, staff was courteous. But no free breakfast, not even a hot water option at the complimentary coffee stattion. All guests had to go to 3rd floor for ice--very inconvenient. Ponderous system to log onto the Internet. They need to make this a Holiday Inn Express--it isn't better than an Express and compared to other hotels in the […] area, is not a value. Susan N. Liked having the sink and hair dryer outside the shower area. Did not like to pay $10 for cereal and coffee. All other Holiday Inns I have stayed in had a FREE breakfast buffet.

Stayed overnight w/my wife. Great place, location, atmosphere. Clean and comfortable. Would stay there again. WARNING: No free breakfast! :)

I'd recommend this motel to any who wish for a pleasant, convenient, and relaxing stay. Staff were very helpful and courteous. I will book with them again! JPJ

Overall my time there was fine. However, the woman who checked me in seemed very stressed to be in her role. She never once said hello or greeted me. I used to work as a front desk agent in a hotel and I always greeted the guest. I realize it can be stressful because you're doing a lot of tasks at one time. I then asked for a bucket of ice and she sounded […] like it was going to be a huge task to complete. It's just not a great way to start off a stay. Then, the air conditioner was super loud at night. This hotel is located directly besides two commercial shopping areas. I was worried that my car might be broken into since it wouldn't be unusual for there to be traffic passing in/thru the immediate area at all hours of the night.

Great location in upscale part of town. Lots of restauraunts close by. Room was nice and service was good. I only stayed for 1 night but it was fine.

I think this hotel perhaps used to be another brand and was taken over and slightly renovated for the new Holiday Inn brand. It is NOT your typical Holiday Inn Express as they stress this is a full service hotel. However the "Express" brands are actually very nice and well furnished and modern. This one had room service I believe but I think they should've […] spent more money genuinely updating the rooms like the NEW Holiday Inns. Didn't like the vanity/sink being outside of the bathroom and the bathroom was way outdated and claustrophobic. But for just one night after getting sick on a corporate function the night before it was fine....and the service and attendants were very pleasant. Devamı

My daughter and I attended a funeral after flying in from Atlanta. This Holiday Inn had a delicious free breakfast and was very comfortable. We were disappointed that we didn't get a good sleep due to the disturbing noise in the middle of the night. We had a very nice dinner at a nearby restaurant named Shallots.

Wonderful to have morning drinks and food delivered straight to room. I HATE to go to lobby for my morning nourishment. Great asset!

What a great hotel, and a great rate and value for exceptional quality. They did it right, with clean, beautiful rooms and hotel property. we had a nice stay over the 4th of July weekend.the hotel was quite packed with a little league tournament in town and the concerts @ the verizon ampitheatre.the hotel wasabove expectations when we got there and had a friendly staff with lots of good food and shopping nearby.very nice area and would go back again,much better than spending a weekend […] in the ATL. There was a reception being held at the hotel the night we stayed. You could not hear the reception from the room however, some attendees of the event were very loud in their rooms and hallways late in the evening. The Hotel was very nice, comfortable clean room and a good breakfast (not included).
