Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Las Vegas I-215 S Beltway - Las Vegas

The breakfast was good, the staff was very nice, but the pool was TINY compared to the pictures. It was not as close to the strip as I thought and it is near the freeway so the pool was small, not relaxing and very near by the airport so it was loud.

We had a nice time; it was cold in Las Vegas-but the hotel was very comfortable and warm.

While this hotel was not that convenienct to my daughter's home, glad we picked it. Kind of in an odd location, but quiet as mostly businesses are around it. It was very clean, the room appropriate and clean (just need upgraded tvs!) and the hotel staff were exceptional. Very helpful and the morning breakfast buffet was veryinviting for a freebie, and […] wish we could have partaken, but we had a breakfast engagement. My wife and I stayed at this hotel for two nights in November. We have stayed here before and enjoyed our enough that we returned, I am not sure in the future. We went out to dinner with family members and returned about 9:00 pm. There was not one single parking space in the entire lot. The handicapped parking was full with cars that did not have handicapped […] permits. I am handicapped and have trouble walking extended distances. I parked in the hotel loading area and started into the lobby, at that point I saw a young lady run out of the pub that is in front of the hotel, and go to one of the cars parked in the handicapped spaces. She removed something from the car and ran back into the pub. I went into the hotel and talked to the night manager about parking problem and the illegal use of the handicapped spaces. He said there was nothing that he could do about the problem. I asked if he could notify the police about illegal parking and he said that he couldn't do that. I told him that I was going to leave my car in the hotel loading area. He said he thought that it might be OK but that I would have to move it later that night. BAD answer. Devamı

I stay here all the time, it's close to everything when I come to Vegas for business. It's in a great location and has a cool bar & grill next door. Would totally recommend this hotel to anyone.

This hotel is very clean, nice location in north L.V. The breakfast buffet was 3/10. Powered eggs.......really not much more than a continental breakfast with sausage. Our main problem was the size of the double queen suite. We had 4 adults in this room which would have felt pretty cozy for two. Very tiny kitchen area with a 2 person couch in a super […] small living area. For the price this hotel is way over priced. I would not stay here again. Great Hotel without the congestion of the strip. The strip is about 10 min drive.

Clean...friendly....quiet...FREE b-fast...CLOSE to absolutely everything... Perfect place to stay in Vegas w/o all the strip traffic...

Checked into our sauna (our room). After about an hour of waiting for the air to kick in, we called the front desk and were told to turn it off completely and open a window as the a/c unit must be frozen. Another half hour later when we turned it back on, it still spewed out HOT air. Called front desk and was told he was busy with guests and would call […] back. Not wanting to stay in that heat any longer, I went down to the front desk. Since there is ONLY 1 PERSON WORKING at the hotel -- the desk clerk -- he had to put a sign up saying he would be right back if any other guests needed assistance, and he headed off to the ONLY room left in the hotel so we could make sure the a/c was working in that room. After seeing that it was working great, he went up to my room with me to see the state of my a/c situation. It was so hot when I opened the door that he didn't want to go inside but then did to confirm just how hot it was. I was happy that he could experience what we had been for the two hours since we checked in so he knew that we weren't just "complainers." The next day, we tried to use the pool. Granted it is hot in Vegas and you would like the pool to be refreshing, but this pool was so cold you could not comfortably get in it. It was ridiculous. And the uncomfortable pool chairs and towels that were about two feet by one foot in size? Come on! But one of the things that make me most angry is the misleading photos of the swimming pool. They must have been shot with a fish eye lens because that swimming pool is nowhere near the size that is depicted in those photos. I don't think people should be misled into staying at a hotel! And one person working alone in this hotel? What a safety hazard. If there was any type of emergency, there is no way this desk clerk could have evacuated the hotel and dealt with everything else that goes along with that. How horrible for this hotel chain to put people in that position. These things make my decision easy to NEVER STAY IN Devamı

I was impressed with the check in process, price and the room, however as someone whose schedule can be changed at a moment's notice due to business needs I would not recommend using this hotel. I had originally scheduled for one night but was required to stay another day and was told by the desk clerk that I could only book another night if I booked […] two nights. They would not allow me to book only one more night. I was told by the desk clerk that they had to leave the room available for tours. I was forced to check out and book at another hotel. I was pretty disappointed and frustrated as this meant time away from doing business in order for me to pack up and move. I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone who might need some flexibility. I had left some personal items in the room, I called 10 minutes after checking out and alert the Front Desk clerk, he proceed to inform me that the room was not serviced yet but he was going to follow up and make sure the items were left at the Front Desk for me to pick up later. I called back 3 hours later and he told me the room had not been cleaned […] yet. I called later in the afternoon and was informed the maid had cleaned the room and trashed my stuff. I couldn't believe it!!! I was also informed that by the time I first called he room was already cleaned and items trashed!! I called 10 minutes after checking out!! and if that was the case way wasn't I informed?? I called the General Manager and complained he asked me to give him 24 hours to get back to me with an explanation, it has been 48 hours and he still has not call me yet. I had left 2 additional messages for him. THIS HOTEL SUCKS!!!! Devamı

The Hotel was very clean and the clerks were friendly and professional. I need it restaurant menus as well as a bottle of water and I had to go down from the 4th floor to the front desk to get it(very inconvenient) Also the breakfast features powder eggs instead f the real thing

Don't go to this hotel. Overpriced....

Great location and great staff and the facility was excellent. Not far from the city bus line to go to the Las Vegas strip and 2 miles from the Wal mart and a mall.

I stayed only one night here on a business trip. It was very convenient for the area(s) I was working. I was especially happy to find a variety of restaurants and a Starbucks across the street. The hotel must be brand new, so is in excellent condition. I was a little put out to have been placed in a disabled-access suite, but it wasn't a big deal and […] I wasn't going to fuss over one night. I was also a little frustrated that I was refused a printed receipt, being told that it had been e-mailed to me. Even if that is the case, I think the hotel should be able to offer a print out upon request. Otherwise, though, I found the staff to be courteous and the facility to be clean and comfortable. This hotel is extremely nice for what we paid. It was very convenient to shops, restaurants and the highway. It is also 15 to 20 minutes from the Las Vegas strip. The surrounding area is all newly built. The Hotel seemed newly built and in great shape. The room was very clean and comfortable. The complementary breakfast was even better than we expected. […] We had options of hot (eggs & beacon, toast, etc.) and cold (cereal, fruit, bagels, etc.). There was plenty of coffee and Juice too. The hotel staff was very polite and professional. They mad us feel extra special. The free Wifi was very nice and unexpected. Over all, I would defiantly recommend this hotel to family and friends. The next time I am in Las Vegas and I will defiantly stay here! My advice… Give this hotel a try. You will not be disappointed. Devamı

This hotel was great!! The price you pay for what you get is even better compared to most. The hotel staff was extremely friendly and professional. The room was extremely clean and the entire hotel seemed new or recently built. The complementary morning breakfast was better than expected with both hot (eggs & bacon, toast, etc.) and cold (cereal, bagels, […] etc.) food choices. The surrounding area was all new development and there are plenty shops and restaurants near by. This hotel has a convenient location to the highway, shopping centers and restaurants. Hi, The hotel clerk gave me a room #419 with the best view of the entire strip I have ever had...so I thank him again. The hotel is good overall and clean which is nice. The breakfast goes above and beyond in my opinion with more than enough to choose from and the staff was very very nice and accommodating.
