The hotel was the worst possible that I have ever experienced. Old, hard bed that had stains on it, old TV that did not have the capability of hooking up a dvd player. I understand the hotel is suppose to function as a studio, but that is a studio I would not ever stay in.

Out of the way location (located in a business park). Hotel was pretty shabby inside and the fan on the refrigerator in the kitchenette made so much racket that it had to be unplugged each night or it would wake you up every 20-30 minutes when it kicked in. Stayed at a nicer hotel down the street (Hampton Inn) for the next two days at 25% less cost […] . Devamı

The entrance and lobby were very uninviting. Trash barrell in front overflowing - entrance doors filthy with handprints - elevator dirty. First room lights and ac did not work. Was moved immediately - that room was fine. It would take very little to make the place more inviting - just like buying a house -first impressions are lasting.

If you are a smoker and travel with big dogs, this is your place. The stairwells are littered with ashes and butts. Smoke-free isn't guaranteed - it filters through the bath fan vent. Good experience no problems

Nice quiet location close to my business destination. Within minutes drive to restaurants/ mall. Hotel was under some renovation at the time of my stay July 14th, 2011. My room was clean with microwave, fridge and 2 burner stovetop. TV was an old tube type. Bed was cheap and hard. Had to pay an extra $4.99 or internet access. I wanted for nothing when staying at this hotel (except a body guard). Staff was top notch. When I asked why i needed to provide my driver's license i received the reply "becuase of all the illegals and drug traffickers". If you are not looking for anything fancy and budget is more important than comfort, this place is fine. Two gripes: TV remote didn't work properly. This hotel is fairly new. Clean and functional. But you may have trouble actually finding it! It's tucked away in an office park. A GPS is helpful! Because the hotel is designed for longer term visitors, the staffing is minimal at times.

The employees where very nice and professional. The location is great. HOWEVER, I requested a NON Smoking Room.... The Smell of Smoke in the elevators, hallways and in my room was terrible like an OLD smoking louge in an airport. I live in Las Vegas I am unsed to some smoke smell in the casinos and restaurants, but this was worse.... I kept the windows […] open 24/7 to get rid of the smoke smell. Since I was on the freeway side of the building the noise was bad. With ear plugs the traffic noise was more tolerable than the cigarette smoke smell.... Unless the owners do something positive about the smoke smell, such as smoke eaters, Ozone generators or exhaust fans (maybe all three), I will not be back to this property... Devamı

Upon arriving we had problems finding anyone staff to check us in. The hotel was in a rather poor condition with dirty carpets and a foul smell in the room but it was reasonably cheap so maybe we didn't pay for more luxury. The location is a bit off and you would need a car to get to this place.

The television was smaller than a 20" and these days we want bigger screens. There was no vending machine for soda or snacks. We did have a kitchenette so maybe that is why these amenites are lacking at the hotel. I did very much enjoy the landscaping, grounds and the area the hotel resides in. Very convenient to shopping and events in the Twin Cities area. Easy acess and egress from the hotel to major freeways. Would recomend this facility to my friends and family.

I read the reviews for economic motels in or around downtown minneapolis and selected this one since none of the reviews cited bugs, moldy bathrooms or non-congenial staff. My wife and I found the room to be spacious, very clean and though we didn't use it, a tidy, functional kitchenette. Everything is as you'd hope it would be. P.S. you'll need your passkey to gain admittance after 11 pm so if you plan on catching a show as your reason for being in town, stop and check in before going out for the night. Devamı

This is my second time staying at this hotel. It's a great hotel with a very affordable price. The rooms are clean, staff are friendly, location is decent, and each room has its own little kitchen with pots, pans, and dishes. The only thing I didn't like about this hotel was that the beds were very hard and they creak every time you move. Also, I didn't […] like the soft water. Every time I wash my hands or showered, I always get that slippery feeling like the soap is still there. Soft water always makes it harder to rinse off soap. Devamı

The bed was hard and noisy. The Air Conditioner made to much noise. The Kitchen had Ants. When I checked in the first room had not been cleaned. The people who were stay above were heavy walkers. Too much noise from other joining rooms. I would stay again only because of the price and having a kitchen also.

I work in the area every other weekend. This staff actually remembers me from visit to visit and treats me like a family member. They go out of their way to make sure I have everything I need. The kitchenette was great. I didn't have to eat out for every meal, and I was able to prepare nutritous food. You might want to bring non-stick pots/pans though […] or some cooking spray. And watch the toaster; it tends to burn the bread. Devamı

Hotel was OK, powerful airfreshner smell in room, charge for internet,charge for coffee, no cont. breakfast, bathroom fan very loud and did not work.

Considering the price you pay, the rooms are outstanding. My favorite feature was the kitchen area complete with dishes. It was a very comfortable room, and I can't believe it was so inexpensive.

I've stayed at many ExtendedStay before, because I love the kitchenette studios. It's your home away from home. In specific, this ExtendedStay location was superb. The attendants who worked at the front desk were super nice and friendly. Each time I passed the lobby, they would greet me by my name or ask me how my stay's going. Fire alarm went off at 7:30 AM. Hotel staff stated, " Oh. It's only the fire alarm." They didn't seem to have any idea what to do.
