Fleming's Deluxe Hotel Frankfurt-City - Frankfurt

Our stay was nice and we enjoyed the hotel. We would stay there again. We ate dinner Tuesday evening on the 7th floor and our waitress provided us very poor service. Several times we had to get up and find her. She was young with long blonde hair. Never gave us her name. Our service in the bar was very good.

We spent 1 night at this hotel. The service and help from the staff was excellent. The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The shower is off center in the room and is 'open plan'. We loved this idea which is unique. Some people might not be comfortable with this at all. The toilet is separate and one can close the door so that it is private. This Hotel exceeded my expectations, comfortable and quiet, yet in perfect busy downtown location for business/shopping. The elevator system here is a tourist attraction in itself, hope they never get rid of it. I had been put off by previous comments about a clear glass shower in the middle of the room, turned out to be the best shower I've used, huge, […] yes glass, but on the wall, discreet yet funky. Everyone at the desk was always friendly, and the entire hotel showed a can do attitude. This was my first trip to Germany, and staff and facilities at this hotel made it a lovely experience. Fantastic location to The Zeil shops and German Christmas market locations.All the linen and shampoos etc were top notch. This place stood out as almost unique. We travelled to Frankfurt to visit the Christmas Markets. I couldn't have envisaged a more superb location for a hotel - directly above a subway train line. The centre where the markets were located was within a few hundred yards from the hotel. Plus, I also discovered that the High Street shopping is fantastic here (a nice surprise but my fiance broke […] me!!! Another matter of course). The hotel itself is modern, very clean and comfortable. I scored it down slightly because we requested a double bed but received 2 single beds pushed together. Being a frequent visitor to Frankfurt I decided to try the Flemming for an overnight I had in Frankfurt. I usually stay in this area of Frankfurt so the location is convenient for me. FIrst of all there is not car access to the hotel so you are literally dropped off at the curb and need to find your way on your own, across a wide plaza and up the stairs, […] luggage included, to the reception. There are no bellmen or hotel staff to greet you and your luggage. The reception is quite small, I understand that the Flemming will be taking over another area of the building to expand the hotel reception and provide for car entrance. The front desk staff was accomodating but not necessarily friendly. I was given a room adjoining the elevators which after spending 30 minutes in the room realized I couldn't stay there. They accomodated with a room adjoining the elevators on the opposite side. I had booked for single occupancy and was given a double bed room which was very, repeat very small. Interesting glass shower jutting out in the room. I am 6'4" so none of the 'small' part really works for me. As it was just for a night I was happy enough however on longer stays I will want to explore other options especially for the price. Devamı

I stayed at Fleming Hotel for one night on a business trip. I arrived very early in the morning and since a room was available, they checked me in right away (and they cleaned the room later in the day while I was out). When I needed to print something, they allowed me to use their printer for free (and gave me a coffee while I was working). The breakfast […] is excellent and highly recommended. The hotel is modern, clean and geometric. A very good hotel, but I'd have to agree with other reviewers that it falls far below anything like five stars. Menu and service at their rooftop restaurant was mediocre. Nice view, but no vegetarian selections at all (they've obviously not arrived in the 21st century yet). The gym is a joke - it was totally […] overheated the day I was there, with just a couple of treadmills and free weights. In other words: unusable. I went outside for a run. Location's ok - the main Frankfurt shopping street, Die Zeil, is very close by. But access to the hotel itself is awkward, and some rooms are very noisy. Overall, it's alright, but I wouldn't stay there again. Devamı

The staff at the front desk were wonderfully helpful and everything was immaculate. I'd absolutely recommend this hotel to others. That said, the restaurant staff were less than terrific. Everyone I encountered in the restaurant was extremely pretentious. The food was incredibly overpriced and quite bland.

The hotel is very nice and in a great location. The only disappoint was all the hidden charges. mini bar=fee movie channel=fee cable=fee parking=fee so i spent a little extra cash. but the internet is FREE...in all i enjoyed myself and had a great time

This hotel was far nicer than i was expecting and was a great price. I highly reccomend it

Hotel was great. Nice rooms. Service was good. The breakfast was nothing special. But the view during the breakfast over the skyline was impressing. Would always come back.

Very close to center town, situated in a rather quiet environment, with a lovely view on the skyline. It has a restaurant on top where you can enjoy the view. Rooms are comfortably desined and very clean. A good deal regarding price/quality!

Hotel in posizione centralissima. camere buone, ma mancano tutti i servizi che ci si aspettano da un Hotel a cinque stella dal costo elevato..(internet point...piscina..sauna..palestra..nel bar, alcuni cocktail non venivano serviti perche´mancava il ghiaccio triturarato!!!

Märkligt hotell med snygg men konstig och opersonlig inredning. Dusch - MITT I RUMMET - mycket märkligt. Bra standard i övrigt men helt charmbefriad personl.
