Hotel Palace Heights - Yeni Delhi

The hotel has a great location in the heart of Connaught Place. The room is a bit small, but the bed is very comfortable. Amenities in the room are great too, especially those in the bathroom. Service level is great. There're welcome drink, fruit and chocolate/cookies. We checked out in the morning, kept our luggage in the hotel and returend at around […] 8 pm. Knowing that we might need a place to wash our face and pack our luggag, the front desk staff offered to give us a room for use before the taxi came. What a caring offer! The restaurant of the hotel is also very nice in terms of food quality and environment. I would recommend this hotel to everyone, in particular those who travel to India for the first time! Devamı

we had a great stay at the Palace Heights hotel. The staff were efficient and welcoming and the room was clean and tidy. the location (inner circle of Connaught Place) made it so easy for us to get around and see the rest of Delhi. totally recommended!

V close to city centre, good rooms, well priced

Travelling alone for the first time in India, the hotel was really helpful and made my first days in India a lot easier. The room was clean and cool with a nice bathroom and bottled water for free. The hotel was nice overall, is in a great location, rates were reasonable, and the rooms are small, but nicely kept up. Hotel service staff was very friendly and helpful. BUT, know going in that there is a giant movie theatre next door to the hotel and, depending on what room you are in, you can hear it faintly through the wall. While this probably […] won't bother most people, just know that it goes on until 1 or 2 in the morning. This was a very nice hotel in central Delhi. In Connaught Place close to sights. Highly recommended - comfortable, but small, very clean rooms.

First time in New Delhi, coming from New York. My room was clean, recently renovated, well air-conditioned and pleasant. Plenty of hot water for showering. Free wifi that worked reliably. An added bonus was that the hotel restaurant served delicious food (albeit at somewhat inflated dinner prices, although breakfast was included at no extra charge). […] The staff were efficient and helpful. The location is very convenient to the Metro. Note that It is near the inner ring of Connaught Place, accessible on the road that goes between D and E blocks. (The google map that hotels.com sent me showed the incorrect location, but I asked someone on the street and was immediately pointed in the right direction.) I would definitely stay here again. Stayed here while in Delhi for work. Very modern rooms that had everything I needed. Internet access was important to me, and when the WiFi had some issues, the front desk let me use a 3G USB dongle to get work done while the WiFi was fixed. AC and hot water in the shower were both great and reliable. Modern keycard system was nice, too. Connaught […] Place is way to touristy for my personal tastes (and there's currently lots of construction going on), but it's a convenient central location if you're going to be all over the city, like I was. I had a really good experience with this hotel. Typically if I were to say an Indian 3-star hotel was "clean" that would mean "relatively clean". This place was genuinely clean, by western standards. The rooms weren't huge but I don't mind that and it was one of the few hotels I stayed in with water that was both hot and ran consistently. However, […] the service here was the real standout for me. The staff were both friendly and professional. I had my phone stolen while out on the evening of my stay and the staff were fanastic; they provided a phone to call internationally to get everything sorted out at home and the rates they charged were very reasonable. Also, when I needed to report this to the police to get a letter for my insurance, one of the guys from the hotel actually came with me to the police station and introduced me to someone and explained the problem to them in Hindi.
