"Nice Room, Hot tub not Hot"
Our room was nice, clean and the hot breakfast was particularly good. Unfortunately, the hot tub was just luke warm so we didn't stay in it very long.
It took an hour to check in because my room was not ready.

Great hotel. The lady that maintains the breakfast (Connie?) is so nice and sweet! Look forward to seeing her each year we are there!!

The hotel itself is very nice, but in the 4 nights we were there, the room was only cleaned twice and I had to request that.

The hotel was very nice as was the staff. The only problem we had, was the bed and pillows were horrible. We did not get much sleep at all because the bed and pillows were lumpy and well past their life.

This hotel is very nice for the price. Free breakfast was great! However, if you are in a hot and humid state their air conditioning is not the best.
"Valentines get away"
Wonderful room overlooking vermillion river. Wish they would've had a walkway to get down to the river. But the hottub by the pool was overlooking the river and was quite nice. Visit Ohares' resteraunt while in laffayette. It's my new favorite place. Huge clean raw oysters!
"Angel in the breakfast room"
My wife and I came down after the breakfast buffet was closed. We settled for a coffee and read while the server cleaned. When she learned that we would have liked to have eaten breakfast, she pulled out all the stops on hospitality, reopening the service and otherwise being very sweet company. "Weekend stay"
We stayed for 2 nights for a wedding. It was 1 mile from the event and close to everything in town. Has 2 chain restaurants within walking distance (same parking lot). Room was nice and clean. Staff was very friendly. Good breakfast items. Would stay here again.

Hotel is right on the bayou. Room was clean and comfortable. Great value for the price. Steakhouse located right next door.

"Great Room & View!"
Wonderful room and had a view from our room of the river behind. The grounds were well kept and over all was very clean. Staff was extra helpfull and very friendly.
"Wireless Issues"
I have stayed at this hotel twice, and have had significant problems with their wireless system provided by ZeNet. I worked with the ZeNet help desk, as well as talking with my Corporate Network Administrator, and could never get acceptable service. The overall hotel is great, but I can't go without wireless . . .
"Very Friendly Staff"
I was very pleased with this hotel. Everything was first rate. The room was very nice and the bed was very comfortable. The staff went above and beyond when I called down to ask if they had any pain reliever, the Front Desk Attendant offered me her own. Saved me from a sleepless night. I definitely recommend this place.
