Merhabalar, ilk defa bu otelde konakladım. Otele geç giriş (00:30) yaptığım halde yaklaşık 20 dakika beklemek zorunda kaldım nedeni ise resepsiyonun ödemeyi görememesi idi :(((. I have stayed many hotel in Istanbul But WOW is the best so far.Staff speak perfect engilish ,(that would help a lot) also Breakfast was amazing. I would stay again with out any problem.

I only stayed one night in this hotel and my experience is over all OK. The only big disappointment was the bed. The bed was lumpy and very uncomfortable. So were the pillows. I am not a light sleeper but the bed was so bed it was very hard even for me to fall asleep.

Very good beds, best I've had in Europe, polite staff and efficient check in. would happily return

This is one of the greatest hotels for someone who travels for business and paying a short visit. Location is close to the airport. Access to metro station available within 500m of hotel, which can take you to most of the istanbul tourist attractions like Sultan Ahmed in 45 min for cost of just 4 YTL. The 5 star WOW Hotel was a perfect location because I had a 5:30 am flight and wanted to be as near as possible to the airport the morning I departed. The staff were very accommodating especially when I had trouble with the lights in my room due to a faulty card-light mechanism. The staff came immediately to help me. My only discomfort was the bed...I […] found it rather hard-but that is just a personal preference. Because of the remote location there are no restaurants within walking distance and therefore the quality level of the food is not so good in the hotel because there is no alternative and they seem to know .

If you're in Istanbul for a a day or two, this would probably be one of the better hotel options. I read a few contradicting reviews but I personally was pleasantly surprised over the room qualities (very spacious, clean, great views etc). There are plenty of spa and dining options at the hotel, and the breakfust buffet (which is included in the price) […] was yummy! near to Istanbul Exhibiton Center and Subway Station. Subway work for 7 days 24 hours. but far from downtown. subway 30 mins to downtown and taksim square.

Had reserved a triple room and was surprised (and very dissapointed) to find two decent beds and a COT! which was lumpy and very uncomfortable. Other than that and a rather snooty waiter in the dining room, it was just fine for what was needed - a clean hotel near the airport for an early flight. I had received an injury on our vacation in Turkey. Part of our itinerary involved staying one night in Istanbul before returning to the states. This is a nice hotel. My only complaint is having to order ice from room service, and having it come in little uncovered buckets. We arrived late and left early, so the shuttle was not operating.

A perfectly acceptable airport hotel. There is some confusion here---there is a four start WOW and a five star WOW right next to each other. Other than there star ratings there seems to be no other distinction. A five star hotel in Turkey is not a 5 star hotel elsewhere....they have a seven star system. We stayed on business in the area. The staff were very helpful and attentive, and the location was very close to the airport (our taxi driver was visibly disappointed!) Not the nicest location - Yesilkoy is nicer, the views aren't that great, but it avoids the traffic and the health club was a nice place to hang out. A very comfortable stay.

Convenient location to IST Airport, clean with friendly staff. Airport service available to IST approx every1/2 hour, otherwise taxi cost approx 5 YLT +Tip. There is a Train (Istanbul - Airport) stop close by although I have not used the train. I frequently stay overnight at the WOW Hotel to catch connecting flight, I have not tried the breakfast as […] I typically leave before the serving starts. The pool and sauna are nice on the top floor (15th ?) with a nice view of the airport and over the city. I have visited the hotel just to have a massage if I have a several hours in between flights, after a 10 hr Flight from the US a swim in the pool and a 1/2 hour massage is very relaxing. I will continue to use the hotel for overnight stays as long as service and cleanliness remain the same. If I were visiting Istanbul city for a few days I would stay closer to the city. Devamı

This is the hotel you need to stay at if you need to be close to the airport. Excellent service, good restaurant.

Hotel service is perfect and the hotel was very nice. The area is about 5 minutes from the airport and there is really nothing in walking distance. Everything requires a shuttle, bus, or taxi.

Stayed there on 30th Dec and 31st Dec for two nights. Subway is just few meters which is handy to go tourist places. Hotel runs free shuttle service to airport and city center. You can request the timetable from them. Rooms are clean and tidy. Swimming pool is on top floor and can have nice view of city. They provided Free buffet lunch of 1st of January […] which is quite good. Breakfast is standard for any hotel of that range. I recommend this hotel to anyone who are visiting Istanbul. Devamı

This is NOT a 5 or 4 star hotel. The carpets were filthy and the clenlyness of the bathroom was terrible. It was ok for Turkey but I would rate it a 3 star.

Turkish Star ratings seem to be a bit lower than the US, so I was glad we booked at a 5 star. The hotel was nice, and in a great location. There were some updates needed however. The club chairs in our room had a bunch of stains on them, and the beds were rock hard. I chose this hotel for its location near the airport and the fact it had a shuttle to the airport. I was not disappointed with the shuttle service. That said, I think that anyone using the hotel should be aware of a few short comings. First, when I arrived I asked the desk clerk to print my boarding pass. Given I was flying Turkish Airlines and I was […] in Turkey this did not seem like an unusual request. I found she had no idea how to do this and I had to walk her through the procedure. I knew how to do it because I had flown to Turkey on Turkish Airlines. Second, I had a separate connecting flight that did not allow me to print the pass until the next morning. When I asked the desk clerk in the morning to print the boarding pass he sent me to the business center that wanted 5 Euros to do the printing. I went back to the desk clerk and demanded he print the pass for me. He did it but surly is a kind way of describing how he interacted with me. Third, I showed up for breakfast at 6:30, which is the time it was supposed to start. No one was there to give me direction and most of the food had not yet been brought out. The servers finally showed up a little before 7 when they abruptly told me I was sitting in the wrong area of the dining room. Besides this insight they were not particularly friendly or helpful. Great hotel. Free shuttle to town and to airport. Could be a little more regular. Had excellent service at reception and good english spoken. Must try the Hamman and a Turkish bath & massage in the Spa. Rooms large & well equipped. Expensive but excellent food at the restaurant. Full brealfast with a lot of variety.

Pleasant enough room and a cordial and helpful staff, but the air-conditioning failed during the night, the food was expensive and very mediocre,the view from the window was dis-spiriting...I'd recommend it only for convenience if you have an early morning flightand

I've been to couple WOW hotels, including WOW Kremlin. They all share the same problem. Very low quality service albeit being a 5 star hotel. When I arrived the hotel, I requested a good view, and the manager politely accepted it. Next thing you know, my room is looking towards a construction site. They have a pool at top, however you can not casually […] use it since they want you to cover your hair[ No romantic swimming] The only thing that was good about the hotel was the breakfast, however don't go there at the opening time(6am), since most food will be ready until 730am... Ich habe ein Nichtraucherzimmer bestellt. Im Zimmer wurde zuvor geraucht; der Racuchgeschmak wurde mit einem "Parfum" überdeckt. Ein Nicvhtraucher stört das! Im Zimmer war es zu warm. Die Waschlappen und Handtücher wurden nicht ersetzt. Das Internet ist sehr langsam Dieses hotel verdient keine 5 Sterne!

First we get a smokers room. Second room got a fire place outside. Spooky! Not a Five star hotel, after Tunel residence the gap in quality was huge. Max ***.

Not a 5 star hotel by any standard. Breakfast was average, mouldy fruit, poor table service, big selection of bread but thats about all...Check your minibar on arrival, items missing which the hotel will try to make you pay for, very expensive mini bar all items marked up 1000% of local price - No Joking. Even more expensive room service menu. Close […] to the airport but nothing else, a small shopping mall wthin walking distance but all but one restaurant closed over the weekend. I would only stay at this hotel for convienience to the airport. No shuttle bus between airport and hotel as previously indicated, shuttle service between Hotel and Istanbul departs twice daily so you need to plan your trip downtown or pay for a taxi, Istanbul taxi drivers will try to charge you a flat rate double the metered fee and extra for baggage. Windows in room do not open. No baby crib in the room afterpreviously requesting and confirming with hotel. Will not be staying here again. Devamı
