Horseshoe Tunica Casino and Hotel - Robinsonville

We enjoyed the stay, but found it somewhat restrictive because there is no local transportation to visit surrounding neighbourhood. One exception is the shuttle that runs from Harah's casino. Our room was on the 2nd floor which we found noisy. Asked for a higher floor when we checked in , but was told there were none available. Asked for a wakeup call, […] but never received it. LONG drive from the interstate to get to the Hotel, and the machines were really tight. Front Desk Rep was not rude; was not friendly; was nothing... she checked us in all in monotone. No customer service skills. Don't think I would stay here again.

This was a stop along the way for me. Didn't gamble but did enjoy a delicious dinner at the steak house and a great breakfast at JB's the next morning. Room was comfy with a huge bath tub. I was looking forward to a long soak in front of the bathroom television but couldn't get the TV to work. THE STAFF WAS VERY FRIENDLY, THE FRIENDLIEST I HAVE SEEN IN A VERY LONG TIME, THE ROOM WAS VERY NICE AND THE PRICE WAS AMAZING, I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE WHO WANTS A VERY NICE PLACE TO STAY WITH GREAT SERVICE.

Even though we reserved a non-smoking room, it still smelled smokey in the room. Our room was on the 2nd floor above the casino so there must not have been good ventilation in the casino. I thought the casino was particularly smokey...more so than Las Vegas casinos. That is the only draw back that I found with this hotel/casino.

Room was very clean ( no smoking) casino was smokey. There was only 2 roulette tables open both days and nights. Lot of people would have played just not enough room at the 2 open tables. Oh well. Would stay again at the horseshoe. Check in was very pleasant.

all was good except they wanted to charge $14 nightly for internet use. I need to check email from work.$14? come on.

This hotel was gorgeous!! The rooms are very spacious. Service was great. We even had an employee name Bobby sing happy birthday to my husband. He had a beautiful voice!! I look forward to staying here again!!!

Our stay at the Horseshoe was a fun and relaxing night away from the chaos of family during the holidays. The room was fancy and very clean. The fantastic price makes driving out to Tunica worth it even if you're not into the casino scene.

Really nice - at a fantastically low price. Convenient upscale, really nice hotel. We'll certainly stay there again.

The people that worked at the hotel made my stay the best of have had at any casino hotel. Thank you!

This hotel was awesome. The casino was awesome. Would definitely recommend this to anyone staying in Tunica. It is right next door to Gold Strike and the Tunica Roadhouse, so you have lots of options for food and gambling.

Check in was fast and staff was friendly. First night the vending machine on our floor was broken but was repaired the next day. Maid left plenty of wash cloths and towels. They were not stingy with the coffee in the room. There were several one cup packets left for making coffee during the day and night. No inside swimming pool. The cafe was expensive […] to have breakfast. May as well dine at the buffet for the price and selection. Devamı

We were able to take advantage of an extremely discounted rate for this hotel. The hotel & room were excellent. We'll certainly check here, when we make plans to go through this area again.

Booked through Kayak/Hotels.com and got an unbelievably low weekday rate. Place far exceeded my expectations. I do not gamble so it was strictly for other reasons. Can't wait to go again.

My husband and I enjoy staying at this hotel. It is next to two other casino hotels (Goldstrike and Roadhouse) which is very convenient. It also has a parking deck behind the casino/hotel. On our most recent stay, we had a very good meal at the Ace High Snack Bar. The rooms have very nice flat panel tv's, but they offer limited channels probably so […] you won't spend much time in the room and instead spend more time gambling (no HBO here). There is a fridge in the room which is a nice plus. The fitness center has good equipment and is well maintained. The rooms are very clean. I wish there was more counter space in the bathroom, but that is really the only negative thing about the room. Devamı

King size room was really nice, and all the staff very friendly and courteous.

The bad thing was the bed, my husband did not get any rest, he said the bed was lumpy and hard. Housekeeping was great, the employees were all very nice...Horseshoe just needs to invest in new beds!

Great staff, and great buffet. I will say the shower had a hair in it along with mildew around the soap dish. Other than that the experiance was ok.

comfortable, clean, and well maintained. very comfortable bed and chair. only thing i didn't like is that when i got out of the elevator it was a very long walk to my room. another plus is that security is always watching the elevators on the lobby {ground} floor. on days that i didn't want housekeeping i hung the do not disturb sign on the door and […] was not disturbed. not so everywhere. all in all a good place to stay. short walk to 2 other casinos. friendly dealers in all 3 casinos. The hotel room was very nice except for the thin, thin walls. You could not only hear the people in the hallway but you could hear the neighbors (talking, sneezing) in the rooms next to you! If you are a soft sleeper, it might not work out so well for you.

The hotel was awesome. Very clean, bed oh so comfortable, great appearance. One of the best hotels that I have ever stayed in. Flat screen tv in the bathroom, in the small living area and in the part where the bed was located. Just awesome and clean and comfortable...but. I did not appreciate the fact that they did not have free wi-fi or wireless internet. […] You had to pay to use this service. I didn't use it until 4:00 p.m. and the time was over at 11:59 p.m. that night. The time did not actually include 24 hours from the time you began to use the internet but 24 hours in a day. So if you used it at 10:59 p.m. you would only be using it for 1 hour. What a joke. In 2011 this is ludicrous. In the smaller hotels wi-fi and breakfast are free (go figure). There was no microwave in the room however one would have been brought up to your room for an extra charge. If these are two things that won't change your mind about a great clean and comfortable stay, then by all means I recommend this hotel. It was well worth our time. Devamı

The room was very clean. The t.v. in the bathroom did not work, but it was our fault that we did not report it. we were too busy. The only thing I wished is that this suite was actually a two room suite with the couch and t.v. separate from the bedroom. I would stay here again.

Very nice room. Could use a good high dusting though. Bed was extremely comfortable. Only complaint was waking up at 7 am to noisy guests in the hallway. You can hear everything that goes on outside of the room.

Absolutely fantastic the room was huge and cozy and the bathroom had a soaker tub - what a way to totally relax... cant wait to go again. thanks

This hotel was nice and clean. The room was really large and very affordable. You could tell the hotel was a little older but it was a nice place to stay.

Everyone was friendly in halls and elevators. Cleaning staff, security and front desk were all smiles and friendly.

The hotel staff are very hepful and the room was clean elegant and quiet. The tub is huge (no jets). There is a TV even in the bathroom! We had the premium room, pretty inexpensive. Lots of fun. There is a subway (24 hr) down the road if you want a cheap midnight snack at the gas station (HOTEL FOOD WAS $$) and you used your comp tickets up. Buffett […] was good :-). Devamı

Hotel was VERY clean and service GREAT! Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Clean staff got everything we asked for (coffee, extra pillows etc) and was always friendly and smiling. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone going to that area.

I booked my reservation with hotel.com for a birthday stay at HorseShoe Casino in Tunica. I requested a queen bedroom suite w/ jucuzzi. When I got there I was given a room with out a jucuzzi. I immediately contacted guest services and brought the issue to their attention. The guest service representative showed great empathy and corrected the problem […] by transferring my reservations to Rhodehouse and the stay was a beautiful experience. Matter of fact I am getting my first home built and my fiance sketched the floor plan in the queen suite for our bedroom. I had a ball after all!!!! Thanks a million and sorry I forgot the guest service rep name who correct my problem. If possible please lookup my reservations and give her great kudo's. Devamı

Room was very clean and well appointed, staff at all levels was extremely friendly and helpful. Will definitely return to this establishment.

It was very poor on our part that we were able to only stay at this hotel for one night due to trip obligations. Staff and the room were tops. Planning on a return visit later this fall.
