The girl in the food service was overwhelmed. When she asked for a desk managers help this one stood around just wondering what to do instead of doing anything. Never going here again. Girl working the food counter should be the manager. Clearly more capable.

I stayed here for 3 nights and could not ask for anything better everytime I visit San Antonio this will be my Hotel. Staff was wonderful as well as amenities room was clean and comfortable.

Hotel was clean service was great!! Walls r thin.. Could hear the tv from the next room walking on the room upstairs.. The shower in the room was a handicap shower n would of been fine but the whole floor was covered with water by the time we finished our shower!!

Hotel is smoke free. However, I have a problem with staff who want to smoke by the front door and/or covered driveway. I'm sure there is somewhere in the back where they can smoke. Very clean and well maintained. Was shocked ti find out it was several years old. Traffic still an issue with construction on nearby freeway. Only issue was at checkout, hotel had charged me for the room, after it had already been paid for through my Expedia booking.

I chose a 4 on the quality of the staff and their service as we only had check in and check out service of our rooms. We never had to call for an extra service or use the amenities. The rooms were immaculate, very nice and comfortable. The only downside we experienced was the none of the local restaurants would deliver to the hotel as we were wore out […] after dealing with the freeway construction and detours! (Frazzled more like it!) There are restaurants close by, but by time you deal with the construction detours - it's mayhem to get to them. However, just the hotel itself A+. Would stay here again. Courtyard met our needs during our stay in San Antonio. There were a few annoyances, which would not keep us from staying there again. First, I called ahead to have them put a couple of champagne flutes in our room, and he said they didn't have any. So we carefully packaged our own flutes in our luggage and brought them with us. After our first night […] stay, our flutes were gone. The housekeeping manager told me they had taken our flutes, thinking they belonged to the hotel. Apparently they DO have champagne flutes. It wasn't too much of a hassle, though. Our flutes were returned quickly, washed and ready to use again! Second, the only way to get a snack or drink is to go down to the "market" in the lobby. I don't really care for that. Finally, the room had a refrigerator, but it was not plugged in. We came back the room the first night with some chocolate covered strawberries, and I had to pull it out and plug it in myself. I understand not running a refrigerator in between guests, but come on, at least plug it in when someone books the room. Devamı

I arrived at 9 PM to check in with my 3 small children. I was shocked to find that the room had only 1 bed. The hotel was sold out so there was no chance of any room changes. The service clerk found a sister hotel that worked out just fine.

I checked in really late, about 2:30am and requested a late check-out which the hotel host approved. I enjoyed my stay, everyone seemed friendly.

When I first got to my room everything looked great. When I took off my shoes the floor was damp as if it had just been shampooed. When I turned on the AC it was loud. When I went to bed the room above me had a giant who walk on his/her heels and kept me awake for most of the night. Not a good stay.

The hotel it self was great along with the room. My family and I had a problem with the customer service at check in time and breakfast. When I was checking in the host was on the phone never spoke, made eye contact, said I will be with you or nothing. This conversation lasted about 8-10 mins. When the guy got off the phone she did say nothing he just […] looked at me and I had to tell him I wanted to check in. At breakfast time I had a problem bring my food back to the room like my 10 other guess that had booked 5 rooms, and my kids. Everyone went to get food came by should my husband and I and we said wow nice. Went to get our food the guy said it's free so you can not take it to your room eat here. I explained who came down and who gave the the to-go box (him) then went to desk and they told him I could take the food to the room. I am not sure why he told use but it was very rude and disrespectful. I like to spend my money and for a family trip to go back over something silly was very upsetting to my husband and I. This older man was very rude and mad because we wanted to take the food to our room I dont know if I was to fat to take out or what but I did not like the customer service, but the hotel was nice. We would have stayed or hold 3 day but after that we just went to the Drury plaza river walk. Customer Service was grat money well spent Devamı

Enjoyed are stay. Only a couple of things I wasn't happy with. Rooms were very clean and nice but the walls are VERY thin. We heard everything going on up and down the halls and I'm sure the people staying in the room above us must have had horses in there as the noise of them clomping around was BAD. Breakfast Buffet was very good. Except on Sunday, I had to engage the front desk to assist the one person in charge of seating, getting drinks, cleaning the tables and ensuring the buffet was refreshed with food. He was overwhelmed. Once they started helping him, the fruit trays were full, the warm dishes and the bread was restocked and the tables were […] cleaned. I enjoyed my stay however I have to rate the service as fair - only because there was always only one person working the front desk or answering the phones when I came by or called. Oftentimes she was desperately trying to multi-task to take care of everyone the best she could but it was challenging. Because of the lean staff on hand, I would have to […] second request items (towels and a working iron) and wait for long periods of time to receive them. Stayed only 2 nights but room was comfortable and clean. Our stay was very enjoyable. Indoor pool was great. Exercise room was adequate.

As far as the rooms and the hotel itself, they were nice and clean. One thing that I found outrageous was the housekeeper coming and tap on the door around 9am and then using the key card to enter the room, as this was 3 hours prior to checkout! This really broke my rest, other than that it was a nice clean and quiet environment.

This is a great location for the price. The area has awesome eating locales, bars and attractions near by. Clean rooms, nicely appointed and very comfrotable beds. Definitely would stay again. Only issue is they need more up front parking and luggage carts......

over all it was good, I didnt like that the restaraunt closed at 9:30, breakfast goes on until 10:30-11:00 at least. Cleanliness of rooms was pretty good.

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and service was excellent. The pool was well-maintained and the hot tub was just right. My wife and daughter both enjoyed our stay. Just 20 minutes from the River walk and a half hour or so from Seaworld, location was good. I would stay here again.

Loved the location. Few minuses, I arrived after checkout and my room was not ready. The bar closed too early and when the bar was open, the bartender was never around. Lastly, reserve a room on the top floor, the walls were so thin I could hear the guest over me stomping all night, so that made it hard to rest.

Everything was good. My only minor gripe was no half and half for the complimentary coffee. Next time I'm staying at the Hyatt across the highway because they offer free continental breakfasts.

The bed I realize will never be the same for everyone but for us with our backs it was not as comfortable as we would like. The sofa has seen better days as the cushions were wore out and when you sat down the hard wood on the frame was hitting your legs. Television was fine but none of the station numbers ever matched up with the TV guide so we made […] our own TV guide so that we would not have to channel surf so much to find what we wanted to watch. I loved this Courtyard! It might be because I have really low expectations of Courtyards or it might be because I was in a really good mood but I had a terrific stay. Very clean, very friendly staff, wonderful amenities. It is in the northern part of San Antonio and caters to business travel, something I greatly appreciate.

It was BIG regret that I didn't make reservations earlier to stay here. Once here, I regret that I didn't stay long enough. That staff was SUPER friendly & helpful. I do plan to stay ere again!! This was a very pretty hotel. Very nice and clean and loved the area. The only problem was the noise. You can hear everything and we couldn't sleep very well. We called the front desk to complain, the noisy neighbors stopped for a bit, but started back up. This hotel has four floors. There is a pedestrian crossing near the hotel with a very loud beeping. I clearly heard it from my room all night. If you are unlucky and end up in a room near that noise, you may need earplugs or something. The hotel itself is very nice.
