This is a well situated hotel with nice rooms. Unfortunately we encountered a number of technical problems which proved very frustrating. The plug-in internet in the room did not work, after some troubleshooting the reception let us use another vacant room so we could access the internet. The electronic key-card worked well for our room door but […] did not open the laundry room, another trip to the reception... There was no hot water on the first day, another trip to the reception.... There was no plug in the kitchette sink, we had to use a piece of plastic bag to keep the water from draining while we did dishes. And finally, the reception is not always open so good luck getting help with your problems if they are closed. These little problems add up and eventually make a stay very unpleasant. Positives: the reception staff is very friendly and the rooms are very clean and well appointed. The car parking is very good and reasonably priced at 8 euros per day. Devamı

The location of this hotel is definitely a plus and a minus. Conveniently close to the train station, which on the flip side means inconveniently close to the trains. You could even clearly hear every announcement from the station... Also, the internet in the room didn't work, but they allowed us access to another room to check email, which mitigated […] some of the inconvenience. Devamı

We enjoyed our stay, the staff were very helpful. My only concern was that the lobby was closed when we arrived Sunday afternoon so we had to wait a couple of hours to check in.

Ikzelf ben rolstoelgebruiker en het hotel is heel goed aangepast. Alleen mag het bed hoger en armleuningen in de douchestoel zouden de veiligheid verhogen. Super relaxt de stad kunnen bezoeken!

Hotel gelegen in een aangename buurt: op vijf minuten van het treinstation, tien minuten van het Centre Pompidou en twintig minuutjes van het historisch stadscentrum. Het hotel is tamelijk nieuw. De inrichting van hotel en kamer is hedendaags en best gezeliig. Ontvangst was vriendelijk. De kamers zeker in orde: proper, ruim genoeg, alle benodigdheden […] aanwezig (ook in de keuken). Enige minpunt is misschien het vroege uitchecktijdstip (10 uur), terwijl op hotels.com stond aangeduid dat deze om 12 uur was. Devamı

Das Residhome Metz Lorraine ist ein Geheimtipp, vor allem wenn man geschäftlich hier ist ! Structure viellissante. Mal entretenue (rideaux de douche moisis). Pas ou peu de service. Peiti déjeuner à la limite du grotesque (Fromage = vache kiri). Aucun effort est fait pour vous sentir bien. Ca ne peut pas être un 3 étoiles.Plus un foyer pour jeune travailleur qu'un hotel.

Hôtel récent, excellent service, parking bon marché, bien centré.

Accueil parfait. Confort très bon. Bien insonorisé. Mais au niveau de la centrale de réservation, pas de bonne volonté pour régler les difficultés (accueil après 10h00). Et aussi rideau de douche moisi et tringle de rideau de douche fragile.

Das Hotel scheint Komfort anzubieten, aber dann stellt es sich heraus: TV und Fernsprecher sind kaputt, es gibt kein ordentliches Bett, in der Küche keine Kaffeemaschine, kein Toaster, kein Wasserkocher. Möbel wie aus Sperrgut: ohne Teppich, die Sofa gekleckert.

Résidence hotelière très bien agencée. Qualité et confort au rendez-vous. Petit déjeuner copieux et varié

Fine hotel with parking area and 5 min walk from main station. BUT - the reception is closed in the night, and on some other times at day. The telephone support to reception didnt work. Please be aware!!!!

Apparthotel très propre. Le studio que j'ai eu était très confortable. Il est tout équipé avec un énorme placard mural. La kitchenette est très fonctionnelle ainsi que la salle de bain. Mes seuls regrets sont dans l'espèce de canapé lit pas confortable du tout (à cause d'un matelas pas assez épais) et d'une connexion internet filaire. Ça, c'est limite […] grotesque à l'heure de la démocratisation du wifi. Enfin le petit déjeuner pourrait proposer plus de choix et un plateau pour mettre les différentes choses. Var på InterRail og pris var viktigste faktor og i Metz er det ikke akkurat overflod av hosteller, så da vi fant billig hotell slo vi til uten å sjekke ut noe mer. Stort rom, romslig bad pluss kjøkkenkrok. Sovesofa, men den var meget komfortabel å sove på. Togstasjonen og sentrum av gågater er bare noen minutters gange unna.
