"Good business hotel (mostly)"
A little hard to find, make sure you look up directions. Also, printer was out of toner and they did not have any extra on-site. Other than that, great room, great breakfast, good service, would stay again
"room not ready at check in time"
the only negative was our room wan not ready at checkin time..we wanted to rest before our evening out but due to our room not ready for an hour past check in time we were not able to rest..which was a hardship on my elderly mother..

Had a great stay! Able to do laundry, sit in jaccuzzi, and workout all in hotel. Also wonerful staff and breakfast bar!

The hotel was perfect for a night's stay. Quick check-in and friendly receptionist. The room was comfortable. The bed had many pillows and the bed was already turned down for a good night's rest. Not much noise from the rooms next door. Just the opening and closing of doors.

We really enjoyed our stay at La Quinta, the room was immaculate, and every amenity was included. We also enjoyed the pool and Jacuzzi, it was very refreshing. "Great place for families!"
We stopped off for just one night on our way back from the Kings River. Lovely hotel. The front desk staff was welcoming and courteous. Check in was easy. Our room was clean, well equipped and perfect for our family of four. Outdoor pool area was clean and well maintained. Small workout room available. We loved the complimentary breakfast of not only […] cereal, bagels, yogurt, etc. but also included hot food such as waffles, eggs and sausages. "La Quinta, East Fir Avenue, Fresno, CA"
The room was great and our stay was great...with the exception of the chilly temperature of the room. There's a big gap under the front door which faces the elevator lobby and also the bathroom has a fan that works 24/7. Our heat was escaping faster than the heater could heat the room. I had to place a towel on the front door gap and keep the bathroom […] door closed to keep the heat in. Also, the blankets and comforter were so thin, we could barely sleep due to the cold. I asked for two more blankets for a king sized bed and I received two full sized blankets thinner than a cloth napkin. I'll be bringing my own blankets and comforter next time I stay there. Devamı
"Nice La Quinta"
This hotel is new and completely up to date: blazing wireless, Keurig coffee maker and thermostat-controlled HVAC. Clean and bright, very attentive staff, close to the best shopping center in Fresno. The only downside is that the floor-to-floor sound insulation could be improved (you can hear the maids carts overhead). "As good as it gets in Fresno"
This is a fine hotel. Relatively new, with large comfortable rooms and bathrooms. If you are used to staying in a higher end hotel this may fall short, but I was told that this is as good as it gets in Fresno. The location is great for travel, but not so great for walking. It seems perfectly safe, but the businesses are spread out. If you have a car […] you'll be fine and can find all amenities you needs within a couple minute drive. Would stay here again. Devamı

"Dirty Toilet"
All was good and satisfactory until I decided to take a bath and got a view of under the rim of the toilet . It was pretty disgusting. Then I started noticing other things- It is about time to replace the linens.

"Wonderful"
Extremely clean. Bed was incredibly comfortable and I slept better at this La Quinta than I have ever slept at a hotel. Breakfast was a step above the normal continental breakfast, but nothing outrageous. Still, a definite bargain for the price.

"Great hotel / location"
After driving 8 hours from Utah on way to Yosemite we were tired and check in was fast. Nice room with comfortable beds, nice flat screen TV, friendly staff. Great location - just off Hwy 41. Will stay here next year on out trip.

This is the third time we have used La Quinta Inn to attend family functions in Fresno. Not only is it conveniently placed by a main freeway and shopping center, but the employees can always point you in the right direction. An excellent place to stay if you do0n't need to be in town centre. Just a bit outside, with the advantage of greater tranquility. Rooms comfortable; good breakfast; rates reasonable.
"Nice Hotel, Pet Friendly."
I've stayed here a handful of times because they allow pets. The rooms are nice and spacious and the staff is accommodating. I stayed on a Saturady night and the landscaping people were working at 9pm!! I thought that was quite strange, as they were using their equipment and blower that late at night and it went on for 30 minutes or so.

""Great room for the money""
The room was really nice, it has a 42" LCD HDTV, small fridge, a DVD player, comfortable bed, clean quiet room, great costumer service. This is a all around family oriented hotel. When I'm in the Fresno area this is the hotel I'm going to stay at.
"Great Rooms, Beds, TV"
Rooms were large, spacious, and clean. The Flat Screen TV was great, and with the DVD Player.....nice relaxing evening. The beds were great....best night sleep I have had in a while.

"A Gem"
We pulled up to the La Quinta downtown by mistake. It was very dated, on a busy street, and the lobby smelled of smoke and I stood at the front desk for three minutes before being attended to by a less than friendly staff member. I was relieved to find out that our hotel was not that one. I was thrilled when I entered the La Quinta at the Riverpark. […] Everything was spectacularly clean. The room was quite large and extremely comfortable. The staff demonstrated that they were happy to be there, too. A very full breakfast was available in their large breakfast room. Fresh cookies and apples were in the lobby. Large screen t.v.s were everywhere. This hotel is very quite and well worth the money. Devamı

"Over priced"
The room was in great condition, however, was not worth the price. Either it is a relatiely new building or recently remodeled, so I guess they have to pay for that somehow and the customer picks up the tab. The best thing about it and why we stayed there was for the ability to bring our little dog, Atari, with us. We appreciate that. We were inpressed […] with the complimentary breakfast as well. Devamı
