"Great place to stay in Hagerstown"
I can't say enough about how wonderful the staff was, particularly Stephanie. They went out of their way to help me everytime I asked for something. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable, quiet and fully stocked w/all the amenities I could have wanted - too bad I was only there 1 night. "Great Stay in Hagerstown"
The staff at this hotel could NOT have been nicer or more helpful. The room was large, very comfortable and very quiet. I will definitely stay here again when I'm in the area.

I took my Fiancee their for his birthday and when we walked into the hotel, we were in aww. The room was gorgeous! Everything was so clean and comfortable. It definitely made me feel like I was at home in luxury. The bed was sooooo comfortable. The location was perfect; in the heart of everything. "Very comfortable"
Very good hotel experience. All the staff was pleasant and helpful. The bed was just like home; slept like a baby! Continental breakfast; was excellent. Would definitely stay at another Hilton hotel; in fact it would be my preference.

"Homewood Suites by Hilton - Hagerstown, MD"
Our 2nd stay here. Stayed 2 nights both times. Even though we had many other choices in the area, we came back here. We were not disappointed. The rooms are large and neat. Service very good. Very convenient location. Will likely stay here again when we are passing through.
"Really friendly staff"
basically, it was a standard suite hotel, but the staff we're really friendly (printing directions to local activity and giving us a tray to take breakfast upstairs).

I've traveled alot in my life and stayed in over 1000 hotels. This place ranks in the top 10..next to some of the 5 star hotels Good staff in this hotel and in Hagerrstown ! We look forward to coming back Probably the best deal for the price.. I've ever spent !! We liked it so much ...we stayed another day
"Very nice!"
It was wonderful. The room was very clean and nice. We were a family of 4 ( 2 little girls) in town for a funeral. The pool and hot tub was nice as well. Overall, very satisfied. It is down the street from a mall, but the outlets are not far away. We stayed an extra day because of how nice the room was and the outlets (we went twice).
