Comfort Suites - Mobile

I loved my stay at this hotel. The kids enjoyed swimming in the pool.

Will stay here again!

Basic stuff OK, but we got our van broken into on night 2 and the manager was hesitant to be any help (for instance, we had to ask 3 times for a vacuum & broom to pick up shattered glass). Same manager was not customer-satisfaction oriented on check-out day.

Great place to stay. Only thing I didnt have I think is necessary is a vent in the bathroom. Steams up and very hot when using shower!!!

The hotel and room were in great condition and the staff was professional and friendly. The location is very convenient to restaurants, shopping, and HWY. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Kids loved the pool. Great location to everything. Prompt about having a room ready when we arrived. Stayed on first floor, very loud above us. Overall a good stay.

This hotel is a good hotel. The rooms are quite nice. The disappointing thing about my stay had nothing to do with the quality of the room. However I asked for adjoining rooms when I made the reservations using the main reservation number for this hotel chain. This would have been extra helpful because I had not only my child but several other minors […] as well. Not only did I not get the two adjoining rooms that I was promised - they told me when I arrrived that they do not even have adjoining rooms. My protesting very nicely but persistently to the hotel desk clerk did not matter. He was not even able to give me the rooms next to each other. The rooms were down a ways from each other and on opposite sides of the hallway. Here is a case when even getting it in writing at this hotel did not help. I was very disappointed by this.... Overall the hotel was okay. Had a room with 2 double beds and one of the beds did not appear to be freshly made hence I ask for and was given fresh linen to which I made the bed. The water did not get hot enough in the shower. Also the television did not have volume on several of the stations including ABC.

Nice place, clean rooms, desk clerk was a bit rude and appeared disintrested, took 20 minutes to replenish the eggs in the middle of the breakfast time. Suites DO NOT have kitchen facilities or any silver or dishes which I was looking for when I am staying for a week at a time. Good value for the price.

Room was very clean. Staff was pleasant. Good showers. Breakfast better than average. I will definitely stay here again.

Stayed at the Comfort Suites while in Mobile for the Go Daddy Bowl. The hotel was clean, quiet and close to all the activities. We will for sure stay there the next time we are in town.

I took my husband to Mobile, AL for his birthday to have dinner at the Shed and the Comfort Suites turned out to be better than we expected! I would recommend this hotel.

Great breakfast bar - comfortable - found items in the refrigerator from a previous tenant or would have given cleanliness a 5....

First visit to a Comfort Suites. I guess if there is a couch with a sitting area than a "room" is called a suite. The TV, however, was in front of the bed so it was difficult to watch from the couch. Location is ok, the breakfast was ok. I could not get myself to try the "round" bacon. Otherwise, clean and comfortable hotel with an indoor pool. Good […] room, not suite, for the price. Devamı

Great housekeeping service. Front desk could use some friendly manners. We were never greeted the entire time of our stay by ANYBODY from front desk. Not a friendly crew that they have at the front.

The hotel was ok for, but a little pricey for its type. It was clean and quiet, but stuffy, bathroom had some visible wear. Plus the front desk clerks were not to friendly. We stayed three days two nights at the hotel and not once was our room serviced by maids. There was no "do not disturb" sign up, they just didn't come to our room. When I asked for […] more towels at the front desk because we had no more clean ones, the front desk clerk only gave me two saying they were out of any more clean ones. Convenient location, but not clean. Hallways smelled and room smelled. Fortunately the window opened so I kept the window open the entire stay which meant that I had to listen to road noise all night. Carpet was stained and leftover food still in the refrigerator from a prior guest.

Great place to stay. Just need better pillows or bring your own.

The hotel was very nice. Room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was good in the morning. The only thing I wasn't really happy about is that we had called to have baby beds set up and were told that they would be in the room. But at check-in, we were just handed 2 pack-n-plays. Cons: Front desk person not rude but not friendly...gave pizza deliverer hard time. Pillows were small and not quite comfortable. Plus I was assigned a room for disabled, without a bathtub. Upon entering the room, there was an apple juice in the refrigerator (from the previous guest), a used wash cloth haning on the shower curtain rod, and the garbage in the bathroom had not been emptied. The room overall was not as clean as it should have been either.

was overall satisfied w/ the hotel. my kids loved the heated indoor pool. the housekeeping and maintenance staff were friendly, however all of the front desk clerks were not. i asked for a crib/playpen for my 1yr old daughter to sleep in and my husband had to go get it from another floor after several hours. we have to come to this area often due to […] Dr. appts and the only reason we would stay at this hotel again would be b/c of the cleanliness, conveinence of location to my husband's Dr. appt, and the indoor pool. the Wi-Fi is extremely SLOW and has a poor signal. This hotel is conveniently located near both local mall and I-65--convenient to get to nearly any location in Mobile. The bed was as comfortable as any I have slept in for a long time! We only had one gripe when we checked into our room. The area with complimentary shampoo, soap, etc, also had mouthwash--the bottle there was half-empty...
