Even before we (myself and my two teens) arrived, the hotel revealed its true character as an absolute gem. The concierge made dinner reservations and recommendations while we were still in NY. Throughout our stay, the entire staff was wonderful-helpful and going above and beyond expectations. The view from the room was beautiful, the location perfect […] for both the old and new city and having a haman in the hotel was a great addition!!. The hotel is a perfect location to most of the major sites in Istanbul and right next to public transit for the sites further away. The staff is truly amazing with their hospitality and they went above and beyond to help whenever they could. This is now my Istanbul hotel.

Adjacent to Topkapi and easy walk to tram and to major historical sites (Sirkeci district). Staff was extremely helpful in arranging transportation from airport and to port and providing concierge service. We enjoyed dinners at several of their affiliated restaurants and would strongly recommend them. Fitness Center equipment is limited and older. Very […] good breakfast which was included in our rate. Very good location and excelleent service from the hotel's staff. However, I cannot give a 5 for Appearance of hotel. Needs some maintenance and materials used in rooms and public areas are on the cheap side.

Our second stay in this hotel was as pleasant as the first. Superb location and value. Near public transportation, e.g. streetcars and ferries which will take you everywhere you want to go for 1.75 TL.The best Turkish/European/American breakfast buffet possible. Good for tourists not carrying too many bags. Not so good for business. Management cares a lot for it's guests. If paying myself I would go back. Great location to see main attractions in one day!

The hotel and rooms were just right meeting my expectations. I read many complains about room size, but for those preferring old Ottoman style and stay in the old city, there should be none, since they are all not as big as in Taxim. The hotel staff is good and nothing was during my stay what I could not be satisfied with.

Never written a review before. Doubt I will again. Have stayed many many hotels all over the world. This is the best service ever received in a hotel.

Sirkechi Konak is like one of those places not everyone knows about, and that's a good thing! For if everyone knew, they would ruin the place. The hotel has an excellent location, right next to a bustling marketplace for all things Turkish, and within a 60 second walk to the tram station. Several historic sites such as the Topkapi palace, Haghia Sophia, […] the Archeology Museum and the Blue Mosque are at a short waking distance. We stayed at Sirkechi Konak for a whole week, and every single member of the hotel staff was focused on making our stay comfortable. The guest relations officers were very forthcoming in helping us plan our daily activities. One of them even went to the city center to pick up concert tickets for us! There is an elaborate breakfast buffet, and they also do a complimentary tea at 5 pm for hotel guests. The room was a little small, but I think that's the case with most hotels in the area. There is 24 hour room service, which is very prompt. The view from the roof top restaurant is very nice. There is free wifi everywhere in the hotel. The whole atmosphere of the hotel is cordial and relaxed. They noticed from the registration information that it was my wife's birthday on our third day there, and they gave her a birthday present! They also had gifts for us at check out! Who does that! Overall, one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had. Definitely recommended. Devamı

This hotel is easily located to all the great sites in the Sultanhamet area. But the best part about our stay was the service. Our guest relations coordinator helped plan our sightseeing, made sure we could have high tea at the hotel, made us dinner reservations at great spots and also gave us departing gifts. We really were treated very well.

The Sirkeci Konak hotel is very centrally situated in the Sultanahmet area. It is easy walking distance to the Aya Sophia, Blue Mosque, Topkapi Palace and to the 2 bazaars. Even being in the middle of the bustling area - the hotel rooms are surprisingly quiet. The staff were very polite and helpful - and their service added that nice "boutique" hotel […] touch to our stay. We booked an airport transfer thru the hotel which was an easy, professional service (meeting us outside the arrivals area) - and reasonable at 25 Euros (for 2 pax). That way we also didn't have to explain to a taxi driver where we were staying - but could sit back and enjoy the (safe) comfortable ride. Devamı

We loved the Sikeci Konak hotel and would definitely stay there again. Great location, wonderful, friendly staff who couldn't do enough for us. Highly reccommended!

We stayed one night in the hotel when we were passing through Istanbul. It really is a great bolthole, so convenient to everything and the room was clean, comfortable and had good sized wardrobes. Would recommend it to any first time visitors to Istanbul.

The best part about this hotel is the staff. They are very helpful and really put a lot of genuine effort into making your stay comfortable, pleasant and making sure you get the most out of Istanbul. Lets be clear, it isn't the poshest hotel in Istanbul, the rooms are on the smaller size but reasonable and well appointed, the hotel has everything you […] need, from a small pool and spa to free internet. If you want to stay in a nice hotel where you feel welcome and at home this is the spot, if its your honeymoon and you want to splurge there are better options in town. The location is very good, close to the sites but just far enough removed that you are spared the crush of tourists. Accueil très chaleureux par un personnel souriant , stylé et attentif. Bonne table aux 2 restaurants de l'hôtel et dans les 2 autres restaurants partenaires. Bain turc, sauna et piscine bien agréable.. Adresse idéale pour un long WE à Istambul. Véritable recherche d'excellence. Bravo la Turquie!

abbiamo trovato un'ottima accoglienza, ospitalità e sistemazione nelle camere. Abbiamo cenato in albergo la prima sera veramente ad un livello alto.

まずチェックインの際ウェルカムドリンクを飲みながらコンシェルジュが街や観光の説明をしてくれた事がよかったです。またサービスもよく部屋もきれい、清潔で、朝食もボリュームたっぷり。 無料の水が部屋においてあり、助かりました。 また帰り際にはお土産までくれて、スタッフ総出でお見送り。サービスの質に大変気を使っているホテルだと思いました。 ただハマムが・・。 ピーリングマッサージをお願いしたのですが、腰タオル一枚のみまとった男性マッサージ師によるマッサージで、おまけに女性はほとんど全裸状態にならなくてはならず、かなり恥ずかしいです。 ハマムがどういうものか知らずに行った私も勉強不足だったのですが、もしこのホテルのハマムでマッサージを受けられる場合はマッサージ師が女性か男性か確認したほうがベターだと思 […] います。 Devamı

l 'hotel ne paye pas de mine de l 'exterieur perdu au milieu des ruelles de la " Porte du Serail", mais quel acceuil, un personnel trés attentionné et un emplacement hors pair pour profiter au maximun du vieil Istanbul et le tramway à 2 pas pour aller au delà de la corne d'or. Nous y retournerons sans hésiter.

Excellent accueil. Personnel charmant. c'est un hôtel que je recommande. Très proche des sites historiques. Situation idéale. La terrasse et le spa sont très agréables.

Estupendo hotel, muy bien situado con un personal excelente, siempre pendiente de tu comodidad. Bonito y céntrico, cuenta con una piscina interior y un hamman que vienen muy bien para relajarse tras un día de caminata. Habitaciones acogedoras y baño con jacuzzi. Buen desayuno.

Από την πρώτη στιγμή το προσωπικό μας υποδέχτηκε με πολύ ζεστασιά . Μας εδωσαν πολλα tips (που να μαμε, να φαμε κλπ). Το πρωινό ειναι πολυ καλο και πλούσιο! Περάσαμε φανταστικά...Μπράβο στο Sirkeci Konak.

Ein zentral und doch ruhig gelegenes Hotel. Die bekanntesten Sehenswürdigkeiten sind in kurzer Zeit zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Hotelpersonal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Küche ist gut. In diesem Stadtteil gibt es unzählige Möglichkeiten außerhalb des Hotels zu essen. Die Ausstattung der Zimmer entspricht der Beschreibung im Internet. Allerdings […] sollte man darauf achten, ein Zimmmer zur Straße zu bekommen, sonst schaut man nur auf den Hinterhof, auf Dächer und die Klimaanlagen der Nachbarn. Vom Hotel wird Transfer vom und zum Flughafen angeboten. Wir hatten den Transfer von Deutschland aus bestellt und wurden pünktlich abgeholt. Devamı

Un hôtel de charme proche de tous les sites touristiques. Le personnel est accueillant, la chambre parfaite, et la piscine en sous-sol idéale dans les périodes de chaleur. Un très bon rapport qualité-prix.

まず到着するとレセプションでウエルカムドリンク、 帰るときにもまたうれしいサプライズがあります。 従業員もフレンドリーです。 観光スポットにも比較的近くてすべて歩いて巡りました。 ただひとつ残念だったのはテレビが映らなかったことです。それを除けば言うことなしです。
