My stay at the hotel was very enjoyable in that it was near the Colonia Condesa where I have relatives and friends. I also liked being in the Colonia Roma for the Old World feel; there are a series of bronze statues and trees in the middle of the broad and long Alvaro Obregon boulevard. My room was clean and comfortable, and it was a very good value […] for what I paid. I thought the hotel appeared more spiffy and luxurious in the photos than it was in real life. Nevertheless, though, I did enjoy my stay at Hotel Stanza. My room faced the street, but it had double pane glass so the noise was not bothersome. It was a comfortable, clean, quiet hotel. This is a cozy hotel, that has everything you'd expect in a hotel, room service, 24 hour front desk, friendly and professional staff, daily cleaning, air conditioning, etc. The area around there (Colonia Roma) is perfectly safe, and exquisitely charming. Great food, many stores, and great people watching are all within walking distance.

The hotel is very well maintained and located, my only problem was with the receptionist at the time of the check in, he was mean, unprofessional and gave me the first moment of bad imprssion about the whole stay, he charged me for the early check in, and did not give me a receipt. but later I found out that the rest of the staff really nice and with […] a lot better attitude. This very hotel is very affordable, and the location is excellent to move around, if you speak Spanish fluently. It targets North American standards successfully. The lobby is very pleasant. Excellent condition, decent decor, and a friendly staff. Wireless internet worked great. Seemed to be in a nice neighborhood, with a taco stand nearby. Nothing to complain about, except lack of air conditioning. but there was a fan in my closet that made it perfect.

We stayed at the Hotel Stanza over Memorial Day weekend (US holiday). Everything was fine with the hotel except for a few unexpected things: 1) the weather was unusually hot for Mexico City; no AC meant window needed to be open, which invited 2) mosquitoes (also unusual for Mexico City and 3) LOUD live music on Saturday night from a nearby club.

Everyone should know that if you want a room w/ AC for these hot Mexico City nights - you will pay EXTRA! No, it's not on their site, they don't tell you about it, until you request a room with AC. The young man at the front was super unhelpful - won't call a number for me, unless I paid him extra! The staff was not accommodating or even attempted to […] problem solve the issue. To print a document, you pay for the use of THEIR computers and then for the printed copy - there is free WIFI all over D.F.!! The room was decent, but old furniture/carpets, hard beds, and old, rough towels. The gym had a broken treadmill, old bicycle and elliptical machine. Perfectly located in La Roma area with nearby great restaurants and bars. Nice and trendy neighbourhood.

Efficient staff, convenient economic restaurant adjacent to the hotel. Location is fabulous, rooms are comfortable. Rug in a room they showed with AC was terribly stained. The room we ended up staying at was better but wihout AC however it had good ventilation. it is best to ask for rooms away from the large Avenida Alvaro Obregón due to noise. One […] can take a nice walk all the way to downtown, to the National Palace, the Museum of the City, and all the XVII and XVI century buildings; It is also close to the castle of Chapultepc and the Museum of Anthropology (opposite way to downtown) I wish that they could get rid of rugs, and use a bare floor it is better for people with allergies, and also cleaner. excelente relacion costo beneficio, los alrededores estupendos para pasear comer y conocer. excelente elección.

I already knew I would have no air conditioning (in October it didn't matter too much), but I missed a small fridge, especially with so many markets around where I could buy stuff for breakfast. Other than that, the hotel and staff were very nice, and kept my luggage safe when I arrived too early for check-in and there were no empty rooms at the time […] (same when I checked out in the morning and spent the day out). Location is good if you use public transportation -- a Metrobus stop is just a few meters away, and Ninos Heroes subway station is at a few blocks' distance. El hotel muy bueno, los botones excelentes muy amables, realmente casi todo esta excelente, pero ya no volvería al hotel ya que al final te inventan cargos extras para cobrarte de mas, nosotros ya habíamos pagado los ocupantes extras de la habitación lo cual se aclaro a la entrada, y al final en el checkout la persona que nos atendió nos falto al respeto […] diciéndonos mentirosos y tratándonos de mal modo, cuidado si van a este hotel guarden su reservacion para cualquier aclaración. antes se llamaba Hotel parque ensenada esta en proceso de remodelacion espero que la siguiente estancia ya tenga aire acondicionado y le cambien las alfombras.

値段からあまり期待をしていませんでしたが、一人では十分な広さ、清潔さ、スタッフも親切です。レストランもありお勧めです

Está muy bien el hotel para ir de paso o de negocios, muy buena ubicación, el servicio excelente... nada más faltó aire acondicionado en el cuarto. Fuera de eso, perfecto.

La habitación no tenia aire acondicionado, al momento de la reservación no especificaba esa limitante, de lo contrario no lo hubiera reservado. Por las condiciones climatológicas de la ciudad en este momento, se hace necesario el aire acondicionado. fuera de ese detalle las condiciones del hotel son muy buenas.

En general muy bien el hotel, buen precio y servicio, solo que no todas las habitaciones tienen AA como se mencionaba en la pagina, pero buena relacion de Precio-Servicio. Recomendable

podrian mejorar realmente si pusieran aire acondicionado ya que en epoca de calor no se soporta estar en el cuarto, solo en epocas de frio lo recomendaria ya que si esta bien ubicado y limpio.

Servicio muy bueno, el hotel era perfecto para una estancia corta en la ciudad de México, excelente ubicación, a tan solo 4 cuadras de Insurgentes y 8 cuadras de los bares y restarurantes de la condesa. Solo recomendaria que pusieran aire acondicionado en las habitaciones ya que en primavera y verano el calor es muy duro.
