I have nothing but positive comments regarding our stay at the Hilton Garden Inn. The staff was so pleasant and accomodating for any of our needs, the blow dryer was not working and they immediately delivered one to our room, I do not like feathered pillows and they delivered other nice pillows to our room. They were so pleasant and helpful, the hotel […] was clean and beds were very comfortable. It was a convenient location with lots of shopping and places to eat close by. One of the bed had a lumply bedspread and look like it with not made. Call front desk they came and remade the bed but the bedspread with still lumply.

Clean, quiet hotel. My only complaint is that there is not always anyone at the front desk. In my opinion, the front desk should have an employee there at all times during the day.

A great hotel close to shopping. Rooms were clean, hotel was new, a great time. Breakfast was not included.

If staying in Billings, the Hilton Garden Inn is by far one of the best places to stay. The facility is new, modern, and impecably clean. The staff is friendly, helpful, and available.

The hotel was in a nice location and if it was not for the cleanliness of the room the stay would have been great. On the first day my grandson spilt some of his orange juice on the bed, quite noticable, but the sheets were not changed. My sister, brother-in-law and I stayed only one night here on our four day tour of Montana, North Dakota, and several other states, however we were all extremely pleased with our 2 rooms in the hotel. Everything seemed in like-new condition, the rooms were large, the beds and bathrooms very comfortable and clean. The TV and everything else worked great; […] breakfast was perfect too. Stayed here during August 2011 everything came out Great. Good Breakfast, Friendly service and great parking. Will stay again.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room held two queen-size beds and plenty of space. Everything was neat and clean. I would definitely stay here again.

Our 5 night stay at the hotel was great. It was quiet although the hotel was completely booked. The breakfast was great and they answered any questions and gave us directions at the front desk. We would stay here again on our next trip to Billings.

We were so very pleased with our recent stay at the Hilton. We found all aspects of the hotel to be top notch and the location of the hotel was so convenient to the interstate, restaurants and stores. The hotel is very well maintained and our rooms were very well cleaned and cared for which is a top priority in my book. We will definitely revisit the […] hotel the next time we come to Billings!! No free breakfast available, No hotel security cameras at all.

This hotel would be great for a business traveler. We stayed here because we were able to get a great deal through hotels.com. It is very clean and the hotel was quiet. My only complaint is that the beds are hard.

Hotel had all I needed, would stay again. No frills, just good quality.

Convenient access. Several restaurants nearby. Eacy checkout. Comfortable room. Reasonable and tasty room service food. Pillows all the same.

This is always a great property for me to stay when my business travels bring me to Billings. The staff is always friendly and more than helpful. Jakes around the corner is a favorite for lunch and dinner.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Rooms are clean and the staff very accomadating.

I flew in to Billings late at night and the Hilton airport shuttle came to get me. When I arrived at the hotel they had my keys waiting so I could get right to sleep. It was seemless! Room was clean and had everything I needed. About 15 min from the airport but the nice hotel was worth the drive.

These hotels have super comfortable beds! It was a really nice getaway for us - good coffee in the room as well, fridge, microwave, just everything we could have asked for!

This was probably the nicest and most comfortable hotel we stayed in on our cross country trip. The rooms were spacious and well designed. They also offered a wonderful continental breakfast with fresh cut up fruit,etc at half the price of the full hot breakfast. We learned later that not all HGI's do.

We stayed here for 1 night and I will say it exceeded our expectations. We pass through Billings about once a year and usually stay at a different hotel but I can say that from now on, I will definitly stay at the Hilton Garden inn.

This hotel is close to the zoo. It is also close to a number of dining and shopping locations.

hotel was clean and well laid out. room was comfortable and very clean. one thing i didn't like was the person setting up the breakfast in the morning. all my husband and i were doing was looking to see what they had and the lady started in about how they were not open yet and wouldn't be open until 0700 even though we were told it would be open at […] 0630 by the front desk person when checking in. It is in an excellant location for dining or shopping. The rooms are very comfortable with free wi-fi. The staff was very accomadating and friendly. Would most definitely recommend this hotel

The rooms are new and clean. Customer service was very good and the breakfast, although not included and a little pricey, was fantastic. It is not in the best area as downtown would be a little more ideal for atmosphere and airport access, but it is only ten minutes away. There are many chain restaurants in the area and downtown has a few local places […] and good bars. I looked at the Crown Plaza downtown and liked this hotel much better. Devamı

This was my first Hilton and it will also be my last. The hotel is very nice, with clean rooms and good amenities. My complaint is that this particular hotel was the only one, in my stay of many, that could not, and would not, give me a copy of the folio just because I made the reservation on Hotels.com.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at your Hotel,however we have a few suggestions. How about a FREE CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST like Hotels.com told us we would receive. How about offering lunch and dinner. These things might seem petty but they are not when time is of the essence.
