Great value for money... provided everything we needed - nice pool and gym.... good breakfast. option of buying continental breakfast or full irish breakfast is a great idea - esp for us vegetarians. also children's breakfast cheaper - which again is great as my children eat little for breakfast. The welcome from the receptionist was a glad to meet you welcome. Her courtesy and welcome exceeded most welcomes experienced in many hotels. The room was comfortable, clean and warm. Galway Limerick and many other places to visit like the Cliffs of Moher, Bunratty, and most places are less than an hours drive. Ennis is a wonderful friendly town with […] narrow streets and some lovely boutiques for shopping, restaurants such as Brogans, The Town hall, for fine food. I found a real gem of a shop in Parnell street, Jimmy Brohans which is your traditional hardware shop and well worth a visit to see the man make sales. Overall a very enjoyable visit, a good hotel, and friendly Irish people. Devamı

I stayed in one of the triple rooms which was very comfortable and large enough to fit three adults. The front reception staff were very friendly and helpful and ensured we were very comfortable in our rooms. The hotel is fairly basic but is very clean and easy to find (with a car). I would definitely recommend this hotel and will be staying here again […] when I come back to Ennis. Devamı

both my wife 15 year old daughter really enjoyed our 5 night stay in the West County and would not hesitate to recommend it to friends or family

We enjoyed our stay here, although the restaurant service was very poor. Order was missing a few items and when we highlighted this they still were not brought out. When we highlighted at payment I felt they could have been a little more helpful. This happened twice on our stay (once in bar and once in restaurant). The staff in the bar were more he […] lpful. The decor was a bit dated and the carpet felt "tacky". The staff were very helpful and pleasant though. I wouldnt normally stay at this type of hotel but it was a late booking and all the others were either fully booked or out of my price range. IMy room was on the ground floor, it was a family room, that was the only option given to me and on the sunday […] morning, kids were running up and down the hall at 7am! I wouldnt mind the price I paid and the room if breakfast was included in the price. if i was brought there on a romantic weekend i would not be impressed. Devamı

Very run down, some parts worse than other parts in the hotel, room was clean enough, very good rate but wouldn't want to pay any more. Go early if you want breakfast! as they ran out.

GETTING THERE Got a ilttle lost at first, but found the hotel stored in the Sat Nav. If we didn't have Sat Nav, to get there might have been a bit more tricky. Better directions/address on website would be useful. CHECK-IN Parked up in the spacious car park, check-in very easy and quick. Staff all very friendly and it felt like they knew who we were […] before we'd even spent the night there! POOL & SPA Pool and spa facilities are free for hotel guests which was a massive bonus as we expected to pay for it. But make sure you take a swimming cap with you - can be purchased there but are a little expensive. FOOD Breakfast is expensive, but the bar and restaurants and great value for money. The dishes are filling and you won't go hungry from just ordering a main course. All the food we had was delicious and made to an excellent standard. VALUE Can book family rooms which is ideal for 5 people, and very cheap. But don't let cost put you off - this hotel doesn't sacrifice standards. TOURISM Not much to do near the hotel but if you have a car it's very easy to travel about. Coast line is 40mins away, Shannon Airport 40 mins and other places to visit all within 30-50mins drive. Loads to see and do. RECOMMENDATION Recommend it to anyone going to staying in County Clare, and would definately go again! Great family enironment or as a venue for a wedding. Devamı

Excellent hotel for the money. Staff is very courteous. Breakfast for my stay was extra but well worth it. Would highly recommend the family rooms for parents+kids. Worked very well for us.

breakfast was not included, but sold as a bed and breakfast. the pool and fitness facilities were not available to us, despite being an advertised amenity. the room was moldy.

We booked a large family room and after a mix up were promptly allocated the room we payed for. The heat on the third floor was stifling even though we left the window wide open all night. Not the quietest hotels with people passing in the corridors and someone knocking at 6am as they passed. This is a pretty crummy place but not quite the "Bates motel" I expected. The public spaces and our room were shabby and in need of renovation - old carpets, old furniture, broken buttons in the elevator, etc. But we were only there for one night on our way to Shannon airport and for that purpose it was ok, not to mention a very good deal. The sheets, […] duvets and bathroom were all clean, and the mattress felt relatively new and comfortable. The staff behind the desk and in the dining rooms were pleasant, though we didn't eat there. The dining room where breakfast was served looked pretty nice, though we thought breakfast was expensive (10 euros pp as of this writing). The location was further from town than I'd hoped - a 10 minute walk according to the desk. So we did not get to see Ennis, as I'd hoped, on our limited time left. Devamı

Room was comfortable, wi fi available which was good. TV had a number of channels. Good value for money. Only negative was the staff were not overly friendly, it was adequate but not above and beyond.

This hotel difinitely doesn't deserve a rating of 3 stars, 2 stars might be pushing it. I had two rooms and they both smelled of must. The bathroom looked like something from one of those DIY disaster programs on the TV. This used to be an excellent hotel 15 years ago but it's really gone downhill. It needs a total re-vamp. The hotel is ok ,But i wouldn't use it agina myseft,We have a family room for 3 adults,but one of the single bed was so small ,the bath itseft was so small ,when we shower ,we keep hitting the wall ,we eat in their restaurants 3 times ,I think they over price for the service we got.( it was very poor ),But the food was ok,

Accueil sympa, chambre plutot pas mal et assez propre ainsi que la salle de bain, mais pour moi, le gros point faible c'est la tuyauterie; Robinet qui goutte et wc qui se remplit treès lentement.
