The hotel is modern and classy, from the moment you walk in you can tell it is a quality hotel. The rooms are amazing, although the glass doors to the bathroom could cause embarrassment for a new couple. The only negative about the hotel is the location, it is about a 10min walk to the metro / midi station and although we had no issues (even walking […] at night), you dont feel as comfortable as you do in other areas. This may be a perception and we got a taxi from the centre of Brussells for about 7Euro's so not a major issue. Devamı

When i first saw the hotel and its surroundings i got disappointed. But the rooms are perfect. roomy and stylish.

We loved the hotel and their team. I recommend the use of their navette to pick you up from your Eurostar or Thallys arrival as the area is not great. Ask for a room with an inner court view - a lot quieter- the aircon works great and the beds are nice and comfortable. 2nd time I have stayed here - the decor is curious enough to provide stories when you get back to the office! - and it feels special staying there - not like any other hotel.. Its so close to the station that Eurostar is very accessible and they run a car service there as well. breakfast was excellent too.

I stayed at the Be Manos hotel over 3 nights for my birthday, and was surprised to find such a gem of a hotel. From check-in to checkout, I honestly have to say that I had a mostly great experience. I say "mostly" great because there were a few things I thought they really could improve on. First, the pros: -Complimentary pick up and drop off to the […] Eurostar/Midi Station; -Huge, very spacious rooms, especially for European standards; -Room was very clean, bed was extra comfy, and bathroom (also huge) felt like my own private spa; -Great friendly service (some exceptions; I explore this in cons); -Within easy reach of most major attractions; -Close (like 10 minutes walking distance) to Midi/Eurostar Station; -Great complimentary breakfast buffet with a selection of hot and cold items to choose from; -Free WiFi. The cons: -Although most staff were amazing, there were one or two who really make you feel as if they're only being nice to you because you're a paying guest (and thus paying their wages). They tried so hard to hide it that it made it all the more obvious; -The location in places is a bit on the shady side of town, if you turn down the wrong streets. Lots of rundown/boarded up buildings, shady characters, etc. As a man, I didn't feel unsafe walking about at night on my own, but I was definitely on my guard. It's definitely worth springing for a cab if you're coming back very late at night, instead of walking, just to be safe; -There was no complimentary water, which for a five star hotel should really be an added. The minibar water, at 4 euros a pop, was quite expensive; -The hotel restaurant was ridiculously expensive for the limited selection on offer. The room service menu wasn't much more helpful. Sometimes, after a late night out, you just want a burger and chips, not some dressed-up, over priced "canape du boeuf and frites" crap. All in all, I would stay here again. This hotel is a great value. It has the feel of a boutique hotel with nice (very nice) rooms, good wi-fi and extremely (and I want to emphasize extremely) professional and helpful staff. Just before I checked in my backpack (with lots of valuables including my passport) was stolen. The hotel manager that night and all the managers I had the pleasure […] of interacting with were extremely helpful well beyond what is reasonable to expect. They helped file my report and extended my reservation and they all knew who the "idiot" (my view) who had lost the passport was. Very nice modern clean hotel, friendly staff and great for pick up from station.. would definitely use agin when coming to Brussels

Keine Kette - hier arbeiten die Menschen gerne. Ein Hotel mit sehr viel Charme und tollen Ideen. Bestes Bett ever! Wenn es woanders gelegen wäre, wäre es mein Favorit. Ärgerlich: Ich habe um 50% mehr gezahlt (8 Tage vor Anreise) als es am Tag der Anreise gekostet hätte.

Helt okej hotell, frukosten var bra men vi tröttnade efter 10 dagar. Frukostpersonalen var trevliga, men service var lite ansträngd och när något var slut hade de inte direkt bråttom att fylla på, vilket kändes snålt. Kom man sent fick man tyvärr äta det som fanns. Kändes som ett rätt nyöppnat hotell då övrig personal var lite tafatta, men rummen var […] jättebra dock glasdörrar till badrummet så man får inte vara blyg mot den man reser med. Även en liten terass utanför. Städaren kunde ha moppat mer i toaletten, då golvet kändes klibbigt när man gick med tofflor. Området är inte alls bra, så tro inte att du kan ta och sätta dig i kvarteret trots det fanns Metro 3 min bredvid som tar dig snabbt till närliggande stationer. Vi vart närade på att bli rånade när vi gick omkring där. Som helhet, bra trots allt. Förstår verkligen om folk rekommenderar det men jag bor inte där igen. Devamı

Das Hotel ist vorbildlich, die Umgebung muss sich aber noch etwas entwickeln und ist eher für Reiseprofis geeignet... (z.B. 300m von Hotel entfernt bereits von Drogendealer angesprochen worden)

iedereen is heel aardig en behulpzaam. De kamer zag er super verzorgd uit en onze extra wensen, qua bedden waren keurig uitgevoerd. Wel moesten we zelf vragen om extra handoeken e.d ivm 4 personen op de kamer (juniorsuite), maar hier werd wel direct gehoor aan gegeven. 　デザイナーズホテルと呼ぶにふさわしいおしゃれなホテル。黒と白の室内。部屋は広く、天井は高く、快適。ただ、洗面所との間仕切りがスモークガラスで透けて見えるためカップル以外の二人での滞在は辛いと思う。シャンプーなどはエトロ。外国のホテルには珍しくスリッパが置いてあったが、これが鼻緒のあるぞうり形。冬は寒いかもしれないが、夏は気持ちよいと思う。 　レストランは小さめだが、花が緑っぽい白に統一されていて気に入った。朝食は宿泊に含まれている。メニューは特に多くはないが、日替わりのケーキがあってうれしかった。野菜料理がほしかった。 　場所は微妙。タリスで移動するため南駅の近くにしたのだが、やや寂れつつある地区だった。チェックアウト後、車で駅まで送ってくれた。歩いても十分かからないが、荷物があるので助か […] った。 Devamı

Das Hotel liegt nicht ganz perfekt zentral, aber doch fussläufig zu den interessanten Quartiers der Innenstadt. Das Design ist originell, die Dachterasse grosszügig. Restaurant sehr zu empfehlen, auch das Frühstück ist lecker. Zimmer sind schön, zumindest die Juniorsuite recht geräumig, ob man bei funf Sternen noch einen Tick mehr erwarten kann, muß […] letztlich jeder selbst entscheiden. hotel supberbe avec une très belle décoration et un personnel très sympathique. Les prestations sont très bonnes et la cuisine de qualité ainsi que le buffet du petit déjeuner. Bien que l'hôtel soit dans un quartier un peu quelconque et excentré, il faut absolument y séjourner, car justement le coin est calme et en deux stations de tram on se retrouve […] dans le centre. Be Manos is een zeer mooi design hotel dicht bij het centrum van Brussel. De 5 sterren status werd helemaal waar gemaakt met zeer goede bedden, een mooie badkamer een een prachtig ontbijt.

Came by train, 7 minutes walk away from the station this pearl and surprise was found. Great room, nice staff, fine breakfast and I really love the design. Will be back.

Chambre double executive qui doit être utilisée que pour les promos, donc quelques couacs, joints de la porte de douche détériorés et sales, porte donnant sur le balcon cassée, donc balcon inaccessible. L'hôtel nous a très agréablement surpris même si l'on savait ce qui nous attendait : la décoration très design est superbe aussi bien aux étages que sur le toit et dans les chambres Les chambres sont spacieuses, confortables et classes. Les prix littéralement cassés par internet le W-E permettent de s'offrir un séjour romantique dans un hôtel de luxe […] sans se ruiner. Le petit déjeuner buffet est très complet et délicieux. Le personnel a été très sympathique et efficace. L'hôtel est un peu loin des centres d'intérêt mais rien d'insurmontable à pied, au pire un arrêt de métro se trouve à deux pas. Devamı

Très bel hôtel, avec une décoration très design. Nous avions une grande chambre avec un grand lit très confortable.
