Wonderful hotel friedly staff. Will stay here again.

Great location by Yorktown Mall. Also easy access to highway to go Downtown Chicago. Staff was very accommodating and helpful. Would definitely recommend for a nights stay!

Hotel was fine. Just our bathroom door was broken/stuck. Not a big deal. Otherwise hotel was great! Loved the room, checked in and out really fast with no issues. Bed was comfortable and the bathroom was huge! Shower with 2 shower heads and huge bathtub! Great place, close to everything

I travel to Chicago quite a bit and when I stay out of the immediate Chicago area I always stay here. I have 2 large dogs and it's a great place for them. They treat you and your pup very nice! This is one of the few hotels where they will accept your pet and provide very nice service. They provided my pets their own special beds( since I had forgotten […] to bring theirs) and the pups loved it. The staff was very nice and very helpful. The room was very comfortable and clean. I've stayed at other hotels but I really enjoy this one simply because it just feels nice to stay there. The shops around the area are nice but the traffic can be a bit congested while trying to get to the hotel. Otherwise it's great. parking is free indoor and outdoor. Room service is about average. The food is good, not great nor bad but just ok. Good enough to enjoy a nice dinner. I honestly don't have any complaints, The highway to get to chicago is 2 minutes away( off of highland rd I believe), so it's easy to get to the city. I will always stay here as long as I have my pups.I've stayed here probably about 24 times out of the year every year. I'm very happy with the Westin. The staff were very helpful and the hotel room its self was amazing. The parking available for our stay was also a perk. Probably the best hotel i have stayed in the Mid-West.

The hotel was very nice, a little pricey for the neighborhood but overall it was clean and the staff was very accommodating. Two things to be aware of......if you have to book a consecutive stay make sure they link the dates together and remind the housekeeping and mini bar staff that you are staying thru.....we left my mother's corsage in the mini […] bar along with some leftovers and came back to find out they were thrown out even though the room was occupied and our clothes and toiletries were left in the room, DUH!!!!! I also got billed for internet that was included in my stay so I'm having to take the time to get the charges off my credit card. It's the little things that you remember for your next stay. Lastly, it's summer and I know I should be tolerant of "youth" groups but do you really need to have the Presidential suite on every floor double as a hospitality suite for the young people? I just think the sales people should be aware that not everyone on the floor is associated with the groups and being on the club level we expect.....quiet......at after 10:00pm and before 7:00am! We were excited to be shown to our "executive" suite only be be very disappointed by the ugly, dark, dungeon that we were given. Our window looked over the pool, which always was crowded with loud children until 10pm at night. I asked for another suite but none were available. Also, we had access to the "executive club level" for breakfast and snacks. […] Um, what a joke. The snacks were pretty basic and some were plain gross looking and they asked me if I wanted a glass of wine and I said sure and then they told me I had to pay for it (all the other hotels that I have stayed at that have an executive floor never do this...). When my husband went to get us two coffees there in the morning the lady gave him nasty looks for taking coffee out of the room. Now about the lobby, we could hardly navigate our way through it with our stroller because there were bus loads (I mean like 4 or 5 bus loads) of Christian Gospel church groups from Mississippi and they were pretty loud and rowdy and we couldn't wait to get out of this place!!!! Obviously, I expected a lot more from a Westin and would rather make the extra 45 min drive to downtown then stay here. Devamı

excellent! Rooms lovely. Staff very accomadating. conference in the hotel very well laid out and easy to access each speaker.

Our room was situated on the Preferred Floor, but the dog in the room next to ours kept barking and several guests from a wedding were roaming the halls at 3:45 am. I'd suggest having dogs on a separate floor - and wedding party and guests on the same floor. Otherwise, the hotel was clean, convenient and we would stay there again.

The only complaint I have is probably the same complaint I would have for other comparable hotels. When you pay a price in the range these hotels cost, "Why is it you have to pay for internet access"? I can stay at a lower rate lesser hotel and not have to pay for access.

We love everything about this hotel. The work-out room, swimming pool, and sauna room are great. We especially love to their dog stay free policy. For sure this is the hotel for us to stay when we come to Chicago again.

The staff was wonderful getting us checked in quickly. The hotel and the reception ballroom were BEAUTIFUL!!! I loved the room we stayed in. It had a beautiful view of the city. The bed was very comfortable , and the bathroom with the huge glass shower was fabulous!! It was a great experience staying at your property. I would definately stay there again […] and have recommended it to several people already! Thank you for making the weekend even better with your hotel!!! Devamı

I really enjoyed this hotel. I stayed in a junior suite and found the room very clean and spacious. The location is convenient to the Oak Brook mall and restaurants in Oak Brook/Lombard but otherwise, there's not much in the surrounding area. The Heavenly shower was definitely "heavenly"!

Rooms were very comfortable and clean. The only disappointment was that I couldn't stay longer!

Really enjoyed our stay. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Very impressed.

Very nice pool area. Everything was very clean, beds are comfortable.

The hotel is conveniently located near a variety of restaurants. The fitness room is very nice, but get there early as most of the cardio equipment is occupied by 5:30am.
