Palace Resort - Myrtle Beach

Everything was great

When we first arrived, our oceanfront angle view room had a view of the neighboring hotel and a sliver of ocean. When we called the front desk, they immediately cut us keys to look at other rooms, though. The room we ended up with was a side view of straight down the beach and it was amazing. The only other complaint I oculd come with is we would have […] liked a couple more pillows and the front desk didn't have any. Other than those 2 minor inconveniences, our stay was wonderful. The staff was professional and courteous. The room was clean, spacious, and beautiful. The views and convenience were amazing. It was also very nice to have a parking garage attached to the hotel. I hadn't been to Myrtle for 20 years and stayed at the same hotel 20 years ago. I was worried that it would be run down by now, but I was just as pleased with it this time as I was then! Devamı

After reading reviews of this property I was apprehensive but couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. These are privately owned condos that have wonderful ocean views, the staff is extremely helpful and accommodating who will make you feel at home, it's clean and well maintained and one of the tallest buildings in the area so you're looking […] over the other buildings in the area making for unobstructed views. Breakfast is good, a full, hot selection of just about anything you'd want and beach access is simply walking out the back of the building and you're there. Security is good and always visible so you feel safe and parking is in a private parking structure patrolled by security. In my opinion, the rating doesn't do this property justice so give it a try...I did and ended up staying a few extra days because of it. Devamı

the locate was great right on the beach 2.the food was good 3.never been to a resort that check to see how many people are in your room that how many eat breakfast,,uasal the food just put out there for u to get ,1 lady check the #of people the other lady fixed your food 4.the bathroom was very small 4.the balacy was very small 5.the dishes was dirty […] 6.open bag of ice leave in the refreezer 6.make sure if you want seprate rooms to sleep in u strongrly tell them that for the 3 people we share one big room one bed and one couch Devamı

You get what you pay for. This hotel was inexpensive for being right on the ocean. While the room itself wasn't the best I've stayed in, it seemed reasonable for the price and had an excellent view of the ocean and the sunrise. And with two small children, we weren't planning on spending all day in the hotel room anyway. Breakfast was better than most […] free breakfasts I've had, but the hotel does need more elevators. You may spend a couple minutes waiting for one to arrive each time you get on. Parking in the hotel's garage was difficult with my minivan, but was doable, and would be much easier with a smaller car. All in all, I enjoyed my stay. Devamı

Room is a good deal for Myrtle Beach, but be warened: You get what you pay for. The whole hotel spelled musty and was dimly lit. The room is evidently maintained by the owner, not the hotel. The room was ok, but the sofa sagged noticably when it was sat on. When the sofa bed was unfolded, it was was a sagging mess. Hotel needs some serious updating […] . Devamı

A great view over the ocean being on the 22nd floor, however, the room was a bit shabby and in need of a good paint. Kitchen was fitted out with all the necessary essentials. The bed badly needed replaced as we felt we were sleeping on the springs! The breakfsat was well organised and had al you needed to eat. Lots of pools and chairs and easy access […] to beach. The security staff is very harassing. We parked in the same parking lot for 3 days and then got a warning saying it was for high top vehicles and our SUV would be towed which there were NO signs and the officer told us not to worry that nothing would be done about it. the elevator in parking garage didnt work and you had to WALK 5 levels to the main […] entrance. The room service sucked, it was extremely hard to get them there and to receive ANY linens. I WOULD NOT recommend this hotel to anybody Devamı

This hotel was good but they really need better elevator services.......
