The Hotel was very nice, like a home away from home and the complimentary buffet breakfast was amazing...but there are a few things they could do to make it better. the room only had basic cable, so you got 100 channels with nothing good to watch and you couldnt pay to see any on demand shows/movies. also, they couldnt supply a dvd player so if you […] had rented a movie, you couldnt see that either. lastly, you have to pay to park at the hotel. I think they should include the parking with the cost of the room and if parking is limited, then charge customers for additional vehicles (i parked down the street in a residential area). Really liked having the kitchen in the room with all the kitchen supplies. This was convenient for us. The free breakfast was great! We wished we could buy milk in the evening from the front desk snack area, but that's OK.

This hotel had one of the best hot breakfasts I've had at a hotel. Would stay here again.

We stayed at this hotel for a family trip to Universal Studios. It was very clean. Our room smelled brand new. The staff was friendly and the location was very convenient. It took us about 10 minutes to Universal Studios. We will definitely stay there on our next trip!

the room i got 219 seems to be or have some water pipes running constantly behind the walls where the bed is located., or maybe somehow,,the room cannot contain the sounds of vehicles on the freeway next to the hotel. overall.., the place is clean and very close to restaurant and movie theaters. Great place to stay! Very nice!

I stayed at this all suite hotel many times and have been very happy staying there!

Checked in only to find that the pet fee was more than the room. I guess pet friendly was more like double to cost friendly. Will not stay there again if the pet fee is so expensive.

I say at this hotel allot when I'm in Burbank. Its a conforable Sute Hotel for the money next to some nice places to eat. I have tryed other hotels in the area, but I keep going beck to this one when I can!

Good location, clean rooms. I had little interaction with the staff but everything was excellent. $15 for parking though....

Love room conveniences (e.g., kitchen size) and location.

Not as close to places we wanted to go as would have liked but we knew that when we selected. Rooms were spacious, light and clean. Road noise was very minimal. Given we were just off the freeway, that was amazing.

This one is right off Highway I5. Very close to Universal Studio. Even on Sunday we reached to Universal Studio in less than 10 minutes, unbelievable. Also visit to Kodak Theater via local road is less than 20 minutes. Good breakfast, definitely helps when you are with family, and with kids. Only one note, They charge parking fee per night. We planned a trip to Universal Studio's. This hotel was approx. 5 miles away. We arrived around 9:00pm, had dinner next door at Black Angus. Reception was great, our room was excellent, pool stays open until 11:00! From our window you could see the 101 freeway traffic, but we had no noise. We def. would stay again!

After almost 22 hours of travel time, it was a welcome surprise to arrive at the Residence Inn Burbank. The staff were friendly and courteous, the room was warm and bright, well equipped, clean and had a few little extra touches that made the difference. I felt instantly at home there - only wish I could have stayed more than one night. I've been staying at another hotel in Burbank when I come to the office every 6-8 weeks, usually for a period of a 7-9 days but this trip I decided to try the Residence Inn. I got a one bedroom suite with kitchen area and seperate lounge/desk area to the bedroom for cheaper than the one bedroom at the other hotel. Despite being next to the freeway and […] being a notoriously light sleeper, I slept very very well and comfortably. Free internet is always good! The reception staff here were excellent and I was very impressed. The included breakfast buffet was decent also. Good gym which I used (ahem twice) and pool area which I didn't. All in all I was very happy here. It's not 5-star luxury but it's comfortable, very well maintained and very convenient if you need to be in this area. This will be my hotel of choice for when coming to LA/Burbank. Devamı

We stayed at the Residence Inn while visiting Southern CA. The staff is wonderful, the hotel is very clean and free breakfast was delicious. We will definitely stay there in the future.

Its not really a hotel. Its a clean, nice room with kitchinette...Nice location though once section is too close to the highway

Verry friendly staff in the reception. Clean and fresh rooms, all five rooms we booked had a nice "kitchen corner". Earlier years we alway stayed in Holiday inn next door, but that is from now changed to Residence inn by Marriot.

Very pricey, but needed to be near family. It was very nice, but couldn't afford it very often.

Very comfortable stay. No problems and everything was as promised.

Courteous and helpful fellow at front desk. Clean, comfortable, breakfast choices were good, would definitely stay again and would recommend to friends and family.

Close to restaurants (walking distance); very clean rooms and hotel; swimming pool is nice; we travel with our kids often and this is the only hotel I'll pick in this area because it is so nice to have the sofa bed and a full kitchen

Stayed here while visiting family and was so impressed. The room offered everything I needed, the lobby is inviting, impressive pool area, and nice touches like the fruit water in the lobby all day. I would highly recommend this hotel. Felt like a more expensive hotel experience.

Had a room that faced the freeway and could hear traffic noise all night. Hotel was in great shape and checking in was easy. Free breakfast was very good. Was double charged for parking but didnt know it till returned home and was charged to my card.
