This is a great Hotel. For starters almost all of the staff speak english. The hotel has a range of different kinds of cuisines with 4 different restaurants on premises. rooms are spacious and always spotless. They value their return customers and its the perfect place for a meeting. This was the last hotel stay of our 3-week trek through China, and the one glaring deficiency of this hotel is its tap water - it stinks, and tastes horrible even after boiling. We were not able to wash above our shoulders for the 3 nights we spent there. To add insult to injury, the bottled water was available only in small bottles and the staff does […] not make it easy to get . . .As a rule, tap water in China is not drinkable but this was just horrible. It would cost but pennies a day to install a filtration system . . . We stayed in the executive club, which made the stay more acceptable - the views from the 38th floor are breathtaking. This is an outstanding hotel in a great location. on the river, next to the subway and the best hotel spa anywhere. rooms are outstanding and the breakfast is terrific. On the downside evening meals are just average, and not worthwhile and my major gripe is the internet. For a hotel of this standard wifi should work everywhere and free. Hotel is near to financial districts & bund. But for family holiday especially with young kids, prepared to change subway transport for popular shopping areas and even other tourist spots. The shanghai aquarium is near to the hotel. That is one extra good point and executive room is spacious for family. Hotel room is excellent with spa bath, separate […] shower room and tv in bathroom. The hotel is very nice. It is a bit pricey, but I think it was worth it. I upgraded to the Executive Room, which added a lot. And I recommend doing this (free internet, use of the lounge with free beverages and happy hour and free breakfast). The location is a bit boring, though. But you can walk to the Oriental Pearl Tower which has some restaurants […] nearby, etc. Devamı

The services in Eton Hotel is superb and excellent. Locations very accessible to tourist sites and infront of mtr and bus and taxis.Very satisfied during my stay.Will stay again in the future.

I stayed in the executive floor, where the amenities were excellent and the view of Pudong was breath-taking. I highly recommend this hotel over most major chains.

Located directly across the street from the metro makes this business district locale accessible to all of Shanghai. Ask for a room ending in 01 - 15 and you will face the Bund. Gym and Spa are great. Awesome 1/2 Olympic pool and hot tub. Staff are friendly and helpful. Concierge is not as knowledgeable as they should be. Can you offer free internet service to your guests?

Hotel was as expected and I would recommend to anyone. Only problem was when we needed to extend number of days at hotel. They would not recognized the hotels.com rate. They wanted full rate and would not budge. They also would not permit us to use the hotel phone to call hotel.com to extend booking. We were forced to go on line and rebook at a higher […] rate. I have stayed in some of the nicest hotels in Shanghai and my stay at the Eton was comparable to those other experiences. The only slight drawback is that the hotel is about 2 miles or more away from any good restaurants or shopping. There are other hotels which are just as nice and closer to these areas yet, I discovered, that they were much more expensive. […] If I had the opportunity, and the price was right, I would definetely stay at the Eton again. Better than I expected. Everything was great. Spacious and beautiful rooms.

The Hotel is elegant with very comfortable beds/pillows. The room was very clean and we loved the television in the bathroom with the remote. We were not sure whether to tip the porter or not , however, as we had heard this could be viewed as an insult. Storage space for clothes is in the form of wardrobes only - no drawers. Toiletries, bathrobes, bottles […] of water are provided free of charge. The 6 lifts were a delight to use and very quick. The restaurant was very bright with a good selection of items, and excellent service - at breakfast. The Concierge were very happy to help and will write down location places in Chinese for you to give to taxi drivers. Access to the internet on Floor 4 at the business centre was expensive at £1 per minute. The gym and pool looked inviting although we did not use them as out sightseeing all day. Travel by Metro is quick, convenient, and cheap and there are 3 exit points across the road from The Eton - Exit 1 is the nearest across the road - the station name is Pudong Avenue). Devamı

I must say after spending many years staying at different International brand hotels - I was a little nervous when I realised i was booked into the Eton... Albeit onto there Executive Level. However from the moment we arrived and were directed to the 28th floor check in, the entire stay was a very pleasant surprise. The Eton hotel ticked every box for […] me and I would certainly recommend the little extra needed to reserve an exec floor room, which was very spacious and superbly equipped...Well done the Eton and I will definitely be returning... One of the most luxurious hotels I have stayed at anywhere. I loved the large open room, and the bed was so comfortable I slept like a baby.

If/when we return to Shanghai, we will definitely stay at The Eton Hotel. - Great hotel location for business and pleasure, safe, comfortable, helpful staff and the pool/spa are wonderful after a long day of work and touring.

The Eton Hotel provided an outstanding Shanghai business/World Expo stay. From the airport, I suggest MagLev and then cab to hotel. ($14ish) Hotel staff were Extremely helpful, loved being near the Pudong River for evening walks and will return for the spa/pool. Great location for business.

My wife and I spent 5 nights at this hotel, and we loved it. For about $45 more, we stayed on the executive floor, which provides for full buffet breakfast, non-alcoholic drinks all day long, munchies for the afternoon and early evening. Each hotel staff we interacted with was very courteous, from the person at the front desk, the concierge, to bellman […] and waitress at the restaurant. The hotel is across the street from the Pudong Avenue subway station. Going to or from the airport is also quite convenient. You can either do it by taxi (about Y160), or a combination of taxi and maglev (about Y70 per person), both about 40 minutes with no traffic. Highly recommended. Devamı

Excellent hotel, top-rate service, good restaurants and extremely clean.. The immediate area is not the best but only a 15 minute walk to downtown Pudong. Also, the subway station is right across the street. I would definately stay here again.

good price, had a room with very nice view to the city light - amazing during the day or night look outside from windows. Price is good too

I had chosen the this hotel as a result of it being highly regarded both with Hotels.com and Trip Advisor.com and that there was a deal on at the time of my visit on 19 Feb. Only staying for 1 night it is difficult to comment on all facilities at the hotel, but first impressions were good and no faults were noted.

Quality of rooms exellent,a little distance from Shanghai downtown,facilities very good.

浦東地区に位置する出張に便利なホテル。フロントの対応、部屋の清掃、朝食バッフェともに満足度は高いです。2回目の滞在でしたが、今回も快適に過ごせました。なお、高層階部分がホテルになっているので、部屋の位置次第では上海の夜景等が綺麗に見えます。また、シャトルバスが金融街まで出ている（平日の朝、2本のみ）ので便利でした。

まず、なんといっても駅の目の前にあって、大変便利です。 それと、お風呂がガラス張りなので部屋から丸見えで、外窓もすべてガラスになっているので夜景を見ながらお風呂に入れいてカップルにお勧めです。 上海に行く際は、また利用しようと思います。

ビジネスの中心地にも近く、部屋は清潔でアメニティーも充実してるし、満足しました。上海出張時は定宿にすることにきめました。

上海には何度も行っていますが、今まで宿泊した4っ星ホテルのなかで、一番、おすすめのホテルです。 利便性、コストパフォーマンス、清潔さ、どれをとっても、一番でした。 また利用します。

Das Hotel liegt praktisch gelegen ggü einer UBahn-Station. Aber auch in Gehnähe gibt es so manches zu erkunden (Aussichtsplatform im Shanghai World Financial Center, Promenade ggü vom Bund). Das ETON Hotel in Shanghai hält, was man als westlicher Tourist von einem 5-Sterne Hotel erwartet. Großzügig gestaltete modern ausgestattet Zimmer, auf Wunsch und bei Verfügbarkeit mit einem atemberaubenden Blick auf die Skyline von Pudong und den Fluß. Excellente Restaurantqualität nach westlichem Standard mit lokaler und internationaler Küche zu […] fairen Preisen. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, das auch noch meistens gut Englisch spricht. Die ruhige Lage des Hotels im Stadtteil Pudong ist etwas ausserhalb der typischen Touristen-Gebiete. Bis zum Shanghai World Finance Center oder dem Orient-Pearl Tower sind es ca. 15 Minuten Fußweg. Angesichts der in China extrem niedrigen Kosten für Taxifahrten oder der direkt vor dem Hotel befindlichen Metro-Station sind auch alle anderen Ziele in der Stadt einfach und schnell erreichbar. Allerdings stockt der Verkehr in der Stadt öfters, wodurch eine vermeintlich kurze Taxifahrt auch gern einmal zu einer Geduldsprobe werden kann. Die Alternative "Metro" hat dann allerdings mit den chinatypischen Menschenmassen zu kämpfen... In Summe ist das ETON Hotel in jeder Hinsicht zu empfehlen - ich werde es definitiv bei meinem nächsten Shanghai-Aufenthalt wieder wählen! Devamı
