By US standards, the check-in was smooth, rooms were spacious, staff extremely helpful, not much regarding view from the balcony, but rooms were big and bathrooms were huge. Not a bad walk to the ancient palace/city, easy to find unlike B&Bs or hotels within the palace/city best price in town for value. Great location - really easy to find (literally on main road in to Split) and within 10-15mins walk of Split old town. Staff a bit poor - had to wait to check in for 10 mins whilst receptionist finished a personal call. Restaurant waitor very unattentive and I had to keep going to find him to get things like salt, more drinks, his attention to order […] meals and to get the bill. Restaurant food was very good (although there were only three or four couples in the restaurant). Outside eating area is on a very busy and noisy street. Our room was in a seperate block, which was well back from the road and so very quiet. Room quality was ok (tv, air-con were fine), however no complimentary bottled water, electronic room key, hair dryer, mini bar, sewing kit, shower/tub combination (shower only) or slippers as stated when booking on this website (hotels.com). In adition, bathroom door didn't fit so couldn't close it more than half way, preventing privacy and smells and steam from coming into room. Toilet seat also broken. Reported problem but staff didn't seem bothered... Breakfast was great. If it were a 3* hotel priced to match, it would be good, but as a 4* hotel it was a bit poor. Devamı

This hotel is about 10-15 minutes walk from the harbour and town centre. It is near the bus station for the trip to Trogir. My room was in the 3 star annex at the back and it was fine. The free internet worked well. Breakfast wasn't bad at all. As there was only one person on the reception desk there was sometimes a bit of a wait to get attention, otherwise […] no problems. Devamı

This hotel is very over-rated....by any standard.

The room was very comfortable and the staff were very helpful and accomodating. My one complaint is that it was advertised to include a fitness center and that was a reason for my selecting this hotel - however, they have closed the fitness center.

Really nice hotel - the included breakfast could have been better though. A little pricy too, but overall a really nice hotel.

The hotel was not too far from Dicoletian's Palace and it was very close to the bus station which takes you to and from the airport as well as Trogir. The staff was exceptionally professional and calm. We ate at the restaurant two nights and the food was quite good. I highly recommend the four star rooms here as they were better than any other place […] we stayed in Croatia. Devamı

Svært OK hotell ca 10 min gange fra sentrum. Hotellet hadde god service og det var fint og velholdt både på rom og fellesarealer.

Hotel agréable qui toutefois, ne mérite pas 4 étoiles : chambres dans un 2ème bâtiment sans charme avec un tout petit lit.

Bodde på dette hotellet én natt. Rommet var luftig med store vinduer og rent. Servicen var ok, men heller ikke noe mer. Frokosten var god, bortsett fra en horribel kaffe. Hotellet har en god airport transfer. I vårt tilfelle med en Porsche, så da kan man ikke klage.

Hotellet ligger lite avsides men det är möjligt att gå till centrum om man vill ha lite motion. Personalen på hotellet var väldigt stressade och inte särskilt hjälpsamma, kan bero på att hotellet var fullbelagt men då borde man väl ta in ytterligare personal? Rummet som vi fick var första våningen ut mot gatan som tyvärr var hårt trafikerad vilket var […] väldigt störande. Devamı

Hotellet innfrir ikke det man forventer ut i fra beskrivelsen og bildene. Både bygningen og rommene minner mer om et 2* hotell. Dette gjør at hotellet er svært dyrt i forhold til hva man får.

El hotel está situado a 10' andando del centro histórico y tiene la gran facilidad del garaje gratuito y cómodo la única pega que hemos encontrado es que al reservar por "oferta" en páginas ( les ha pasado a más amigos)...te asignan la habitación en el anexo (catalogado con ***) y aunque la habitación está bien, llegar a ellas es incómodo pq no hay […] ascensor y es un buen tramo de escaleras que con las maletas se hace penoso. I spent three nights at Hotel Art in Split, Croatia. I made the reservation with hotels.com and I actually thought that I thereby booked a room in the hotels 4-star section but when I arrived I've got a room in their 3-star section called Hotel Depandensa. I was able to use all the services of the 4-star section including the breakfast wich was magnificent. […] It takes about ten minutes to walk in to the old town (center) of split. Devamı

Art Hotel er et ok alternativ. Kanskje flere av de ansatte kunne trenge et "smilekurs".

Mycket fint hotell, rena och snygga rum, närhet till köpcenter och gamla stadsdelen.

Hotellet ligger nært sentrum og shopping senter. De har fått flyplass transfer og det er positivt. Frokosten er god.

Hotellet i seg selv var helt nytt og kjempefint. Men, de som satt i resepsjonen var sure og ødela litt for totalinntrykket. 15 min. spasertur til gamlebyen og hovedhavna i sentrum. Veldig greit å finne med bil. Lukket parkering rett bak hotellet.

Un hotel perfecto para hacer la visita a Split. a diez minutos caminando del centro historico.

Nice and service-minded staff, an okay breakfast, and well-kept rooms. However, we found nothing above the average of a 3-star hotel, so the rating is rather curious.

Tok taxi fra flyplass inn til hotellet. Jeg var der kl 9,45 og rom var alerede klart,bra. På denne tiden av året med +37 grader er man helt avhengig av at airconditjon virker og på mitt rom var det perfekt. Hotellet liger 15 min gange fra gamlebyen og ca.20 min til strandområde. Noe som er passe stykke ifra.Hotellet ligger nær en hovedgate,men støyen […] var ikke skjenerende. Bra frokost og middag. Prøvde også SPA, OK Fornøyd med opphold selv om jeg neste gang tar litt senere på året. Devamı

Grei gåavstand til sentrum, ikke mye trafikkstøy, Hyggelig hotell.

My wife and I are very pleased with the service of the hotel staff. the breakfast is excellent, the rooms are very nice and clean. room fascilities like a fridge and airconditioner made our stay alot more comfortable. bathroom has a shower posibility as well as a bathtub and also an anti-slip mat for the safety in the bathroom when showering. its located […] about 10 minutes walk from anywhere in the city, from the beach and from the centres, old part of the city, bus station,trainstation and most of the tourist places. the staff is very helpful with information, and to help you find your way about in the city. except for the price, which is a bit more expencive than many of the other hotels, we can surely recommend this hotel to anyone that wants a pleasant stay in Split.
