Overall great experience for a vacation for keeping kids busy...but for grandparents it could be tiring! Lots of activities for all ages...the pre-schoolers loved the Cub Club and kid's slide area; the pre-teen loved MagiQuest and the majority of the slides. The wave pool was awesome for all! The Paw Pass was a good buy, but would have been better if […] they were offered by age groups. For three kids, we bought two and split things amongst all! The arcade was not what we expected. Machines did not work properly, especially the bowling alley, and we spent more time waiting on an attendant than we did playing. Our room (stayed in a Kid's Camp) was the right size, but there was very little water pressure and all drains ran slow. While you couldn't hear your neighbors on the sides, the clump, clump of feet from the room above us was annoying, especially when trying to sleep. Meals in the bar/grill were expensive, but we ate most meals in our room (brought the food with us). All in all, we would do it again. Devamı

The hotel, waterpark and all the activities were great but the customer service at the shops and restaurant were anything but satisfying!! We felt like we were an inconvenience to the workers. Definietly not what i expected or thought we deserved!!

The Great Wolf Lodge in Mason, Oh was clean and well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful, and there is something to do for all ages, children and adults alike. Great fun for all. The temperature in the waterpark was great, just wish the water was a little warmer.We will be back.

Very pleased w/ the variety AND TASTE of the food! Something to serve all types of preferences and budgets.

i have stayed here many times ..this year was bad the noise was really bad. this was the first year i booked with hotels.com and maybe they gave me a bad location because i did not book with them but..it was not as nice as we are used to and i asked front desk how to get a quiet room in the future...dont know who to blame...great wolf or hotles.com […] but this is the first year I used them..and first time i have had this problem Devamı

This is my third year in a row going to Great Wolf Lodge. I have a 2 and a 4 year old and they absolutely LOVE this place. I am quite a fan as well. There is plenty of things to do for their age and the good news as they get older there will still be plenty of things for them to do!! We will definitely be back! Happy customer!

Great Wolf Lodge was awesome, while we were there. My husband had a heart attack while we were at the hotel. Our children were so disappointed that they did not get to enjoy their visit the way we had originally planned. We all had to leave the water park and go to the hospital and did not get to stay and enjoy the day of our departure. We would love […] to return again in the future but with all in good health. Stayed one night and had a wonderful time. Celebrated my 50th birthday with the family. Very vomfortable room with nice beds. Had a lot of fun at the water park. Ate supper at the restaurant. Great menu selection, reasonable prices and the food was great! Fantastic time with the family. Everything is there you will need, even a Starbucks. We never left […] the place until it was time to check out. We even stayed after checkout and continued to swim in the water park. The only down side was the twenty minute wait in line to check-in but the staff was friendly and helpful. Devamı

The only things wrong were the long waits for the best slides and the price.

This is an excellent choice for family fun. Kids and grown-ups alike can have lots of good clean fun here. We stayed here as a special treat for our daughter and we ended up having as much fun(or more) as she did. Wish we had planned for a longer stay!

This hotel was fantastic. In our group were 2 adults, four teens and a 10 yr. old and we stayed in a Kid cabin suite that slept all of us with plenty of room. All suites have a balcony, which was great. Ours overlooked the outdoor pool. On site amenities are plentiful and although this hotel is pricey, it was well worth it. Admission to the waterpark […] is free for every guest and is good for the whole stay, even the whole day after check out. We stayed just one night after visiting Kings Island and the hotel was so much fun that we're skipping Kings Island next time and heading straight to the hotel for the trip! Rooms are very clean and staff is very friendly. The lifeguards are the best trained lifeguards I have ever seen. Food on site is great, there are different restaurants to choose from, including bars in the waterpark and at the pool. There are also restaurants just outside the hotel as well. Check-in is easy and streamlined, even with all the people checking in and out. Nothing at all bad to say. Can't wait until next time. Devamı

I really like our stay at Great Wolf Lodge. I have kid ranging in ages from 9-18 and there was something for all of them. They loved the trip and we plan to return next year.

Great place to take kids. Little pricey, Watch their site sometimes their rates are cheaper direct. This second Great Wolf have stayed at and loved both times except come on parents have respect for quite hours and don't disrespect the others below you tht are trying to sleep. Friday we checked in as a family mom, dad, and 2 boys. We did the water park all day went on all the water slides and had a great time as a family,. Saturday we went back to the water park at 10.00 am when it opened ,before we had to check out for 11.00am and my youngest son wasn't allowed to go on sertain rides due to height requirements, evewn though […] the day before he went on ALL the slides by himself. I talked to the waterpark supervisor and she asked who measured him, my son replyed all the staff, the supervisor asked there names, while you know as well as I know the lifeguards change positions every so often and from noon til 10.00 they probably change shifts as well. We were only in the water park for 30 - 40 minutes before we needed to check out, and I couldn't see what the big deal was. I being the parent would have taken responsiblity for him, since all day he was on them, Not very happy with the customer service in the waterpark, the hotel staff was great. Devamı

Hotel staff was very friendly! Kids loved the waterpark.

We really enjoyed our stay here and will come again. We shared a room with another family (total of 4 adults and 2 kids in the room) and there was plenty of space for everyone. The suite with divided half wall was perfect. The lodge is very family friendly and has several extras like the evening story time for kids and the kids spa.

Overall the hotel was fine. Check-in is the worst part. There was a long line but you can by-pass the line and get wristbands for the water park and then return later to check-in. Even at that don't expect your room to be ready even after 4pm. I took a break from the water park to check-in at 5:30. I was able to check-in but my room was not ready, it […] still needed to be quality checked and I was told that I would be called when the room was ready. At 6:30 I decided to check again and was told the room was ready and it was ready at that time although that's 2 1/2 hours after check-in is available. I'm also not sure how great the quality check is because, although the room seemed clean, the coffee pot clearly had not been cleaned and grinds where still in the filter. Devamı

I was expecting a Disney like experience especially after seeing this location on undercover boss. We ran into the same problems as on the show. It was under staffed and the food was horrible for the price that was charged. 50.00 for 5 meals that were comparable to a wopper meal at BK. Five dollars for a 2 liter of coke. There is a difference of convienience […] price and taking advantage of someone. The restraunt was understaffed check in for our friends was a nightmare with a three hour wait. Water park lines were long not due to people but the fact little kids had a hard time carrying the tubes up the long steps. We put on a happy face and enjoyed the park due to family time is more important than money. I sugest staying one night here and leaving. It will save you allot and your experience will be the same any longer will be a waste of time and money but you will be happy going once. They need to lower prices on their food have more activitis for the kids! Disney prices for Chucky Cheese experience minus the water park! Devamı

We arrived on a Friday evening and only stayed one night so didn't do much other than swim and sleep. Lines for slides definitely increased toward evening and were much longer on Saturday. It's definitely not easy keeping track of a large number of kids (total of 9 kids ages 4-9 in our group) at the waterpark but there is not a lot of trouble they can […] get into. Breakfast buffet was good. Overall was a fun experience and would go back again. Would like to stay a couple of days but more than 2 may be a little much without combining other activities (Kings Island is right next door). Devamı

Great place to take the family and get away from winter boredom. The water park and slides were user friendly for all ages.

The food there in the hotel was pricey for a big family. They have two pizza places, one less expensive, Pizza Hut. Unfortunately, you don't have that inform. in the room. The other pizza that you call ahead to place an order for, is expensive and not that great. Nice to have the fridge and the microwave. The hotel is fantastic and the water park delivered loads of fun for our grandson. My only suggestion would be that the waterpark hours could stand to be extended. The park opens at 10 am and closes at 8 pm during the week (closes at 10 pm on weekends). Check-in is 4pm and check-out is 11 am which gives little time to play at the waterpark and have […] a room to go back to. They do, however, allow you to start swimming at 1pm on the day of check-in and stay for the entire day the day of check-out which increased our grandson's time at the park. The draw-back was no room to go back to prior to leaving the park. For the cost of the rooms it would be nice if they opened the waterpark at 8am and closed at 10-11pm every night. Otherwise this was a great experience and we will go back again but will keep the hours of operation in check to maximize "play time". Great Wolf Lodge is a fun get-a-way for the family. The accomadations are nice and there are many resturants close by. The only negative I have is that you cannot take your own food and drinks into the waterpark. You must purchase food there to eat in the waterpark area. It was otherwise very nice.

Great hotel for kids, everyone loved the on-site indoor waterpark. Room wasnt very different from middle of the road brands except for bunk beds for the kids. Did have a nice large mini fridge. Our room was a very long walk to the lobby. On-site pizza was good with Pizza Hut and Hotel brand both good. I would stay again for the watrepark fun.

My wife and I took are two children, 5 and 2, to Great Wolf Lodge for their birthday present from us. The we had a wonderful time and there were plenty of activites for both kids. I would like to see a discount for multiple nights stayed.

My kids always love this Hotel, this time the visit was only me ( daddy) and my 5 yr old daughter. the water park was exciting, and she spent several hours wandering all over the hotel with me, to become a Master Magi.... yes she found all of the "runes" in one day! She defeated the dragon ( no easy task) and had a WONDERFUL TRIP.

Third year in a row we have stayed here. Awesome as usual. Rooms are clean and comfortable and the waterpark is fabulous. My kids love it!

Wow! What a great mini vacation! Walking into the lobby we were immediately impressed by the themed decorations. The front desk staff was cheerful and quick, and we were able to check-in to our room early. They provided us with a magnetic bracelet that served as our pass to the water park and our room key. Though it was a little annoying to have to […] wear a bracelet, it was nice not to worry about locking ourselves out of the room. We booked a basic room with a fireplace and were surprised at how spacious it was. It was very clean and had very high ceilings, though I suspect that was because we were on the ground floor. There are LOTS of activities for the family, from the water park, to a playroom with crafts that are appropriate for toddlers through kindergarten aged children, to an arcade for the older kids. There is also an interactive game/scavenger hunt, though participating is a little expensive. The hotel is close enough to walk to Kings Island and avoid having to pay for parking, though we didn't realize this until we were leaving the park. The hotel restaurant was OK. Very friendly service but a little over priced. Unfortunately, there aren't a lot of other nice places to eat nearby. Don't waste your money on the hotel's breakfast buffet. That cost us as much as dinner at the restaurant the night before. Check out the Pizza Hut-to-go option on the 1st floor for breakfast instead. And be sure to bring your kids to the read aloud every night around the Clock Tower. Devamı

This was the best stay at any hotel ever. Kids loved it wife loved it and i loved it hard to say any more than that. Excellent staff and amenities close to all the important stuff.Will definately go again and again.

Great for our 7, 5 and 4 year olds. Also bigger waterslides for the more adventurous! Family hot tub was a great temp for kids, but the wave pool could have been a few degrees warmer! Overall, very nice, large hotel, all the amenities you need, and a few restaurants just around the corner.

My family loved staying at this lodge. The indoor waterpark was awesome with all the water slides and also activities for the smaller children. Our room was very clean and location was perfect. I would highly recommend a stay at this lodge.
