the electric was not very sound, too many mosquitoes in the room.too far out of the way,not good parking accomidations

Quality of hotel service not at all satisfing Quality of the food not at all satisfing and the tables so dirty. No TV in the room Surrounding neighbourhood is in middle no where no shopes no nothing would never recommend it to anyone

The hotel is very far from town, the room is below averge. No TV in the room. I would not stay in this hotel again.

Very far from the airport not as mentioned in the advert, the reception area was a total disgrace, had a lot of luggage and they gave me a room on the 2 nd floor and lift wasn't working!, the bathroom is no standard at all. Worst hotel experience ever!

The hotel does not have a great deal around it but if you just want to relax on the beach or by either of the two pools then it is a good choice. The staff especially the Animation team and reception were very helpful and nice. The hotel has things to do to keep you busy such as archery, massages, mini golf, quad bikes and camel rides. I felt the food […] was quite nice....and good value! The hotel does have a club but there were not too many guest while I was there so it was not very busy. You can easily get a taxi to a more lively area at nights....just make sure you get an average price from the reception so you do not get rip off by taxi's! Which happens where ever you go I suppose! with the Jasmine revolution just concluded Tourists have yet to 'flock' back to Tunisia. By far best "quality/price" score of our trip (and we travelled throughout Tunisia). The outdoor pool was too cold for our taste in March but the indoor heated pool and gym were great.

We were very happy with the service and the character of this hotel. The best part was the price, as we had a bargain in winter! The down side was that, as the internet was only available in the lobby, it was FREEZING cold! Once we worked out ohow to pump up the air con in the room, we were comfortable enough at night.

very pleasant hotel, quiet with a nice beach near, and animals at the back. lots of paths to stroll around with the kid. nice pools eventhough we did not use them (November trip). the breakfast was surprisingly good with fresh dairy, eggs, bread and tunisan pastries. room quite big with nice mosaic-like fixtures (zellige), and sun exposure. also, good […] price. would recommend if you want a quiet, relaxing stay and some space. personel tres accuillant, etat correct part rapport au prix payé.

les chambre son bien nettoyer par rapor a ske raconte les gens par contre je nes pa eu locazze de manger au restaurant le personel et tres cool

Malgré un accueil sympathique, les chambres n'étaient pas chauffées, le chauffage en panne et l'hôtel très excentré

Hôtel offrant un rapport qualité/prix imbattable en basse saison. Personnel accueillant, chambre grande et propre. Petit déjeuner correct et possibilité de demi-pension. Bien sûr, l'hôtel est sûrement plus agréable en été car il est situé à Gammarth près de la plage et que ces hôtels de bord de mer ont toujours un côté assez triste en hiver.

Hotel Avec personnel très gentil Et serviable

globalement satisfaisant excepté le petit déjeuner matinal ( payé), qui n'a pas été servi, avant le départ et ce malgré les promesses faites la veille par la réception.

La chambre n'est pas confortable du tout , pas tres bien chauffee , avec des couvertures legers et tres anciens . Il lui manque aussi les coussins , la douche manque le schampoing , le savon sur le lavabo etait tres mauvais , Le petit dej contient le strict minimum avec du pain pas frais voila,

hotel agréable mais vraiment pour une courte durée.

Service sympa.Autour l'hotel très grave.Poubelles et cetera.Chambre assez sympa.Salle de bain très salle.Une femme de chambre pour 29 chambres.En plus sous payer.(150 euros par mois pour 6 jours par semaine) J'ai quand meme passer un temps sympa parce que le personnel très sympa.

La chambre pas tres bien propre, le personnel non professionnel, le petit déjeuner que de la misère et les taxis devant l'hotel vous font le chantage. etc...etc..etc..

Hotel correct a tout point de vue. Il a été difficile a trouver car mal signalé

Pourtant je connaissais cet hotel où je me suis rendu plusieurs fois il y a quelques années, mais là l'état de l'hotel est catastrophique, le niveau du confort est très insuffisant même pour un hotel club et je ne parle même pas de la nourriture, ce fût calamiteux!!! HOTEL LUGUBRE DELABRE SALE LITERIE DOUCHE TOUTE LA CHAMBRE EN MAUVAISE ETAT DRAP MAL LAVE ETC PAR CONTRE PERSONNEL DE RECEPTION TRES GENTIL

Nous avons été tous les deux globalement très satisfaits. Mais d'abord: Le ménage est fait mais la proporeté de la chambre laisse tout de même à désirer...balayage bof...insectes volants non enlevés! C'est dommage qu'en cette période l'hôtel manquait de client, plus de monde aurait permis plus d'animation notament le soir puisqu'il y a une scène extérieure […] réservée aux spectacles. De plus, l'hôtel est un peu loin du centre ville pour aller visiter mais des taxis sont à notre disposition à la sortie de l'hôtel. Et le meilleur pour la fin! Les repas au restaurant furent très bien préparés avec un buffet très bien présenté. Nous avons apprécié la gentillesse et efficacité du service hôtelier. Une grande piscine avec en plus des tobogans pour les petits et les grands! Nous avons aussi profité des services que propose l'hôtel c'est à dire salle de sport, massages, balade sur la plage en dromadaire et jeux aquatiques à la mer à des prix raisonnables. Bonne animation le matin avec le waterpolo! Un très bon séjour! Hôtel très adapté pour les jeunes !!! On y retournera sûrement! Devamı

Personnel professionnel et accueillant .Séjour idéal pour se reposer quand il y a peu de clients. On peut regretter l'éloignement de l 'hôtel par rapport aux différents sites à visiter . La proximité de la plage est son plus grand atout .
