Well renovated hotel, very clean. The queen beds were not good for two people, they were not firm. The refrigerator and the air condition made a lot of noice. Beside these, the personel very friendly and good reasonable price for Manhattan.

Very convenient to Chelsea Galleries and High Line. 1 block to subway. Room was clean and sunny. Will definately stay at hotel again if rate is competitive.

The hotel staff was very friendly. Great location with street parking for FREE on the weekends (if you can find a spot). I would definitely stay here again.

The room was very clean and actually larger than most hotel rooms in New York, if you care about that sort of thing. Hotel staff was nice and allowed me to check in early, which was a huge convenience for me. Neighborhood is great, close to the subway and walking distance to everything. My family stayed at the hotel for 2 nights, very comfortable, close to the Macys on 34th street, the only negative is the elevator was very slow and small

The beds were VERY comfortable. The hotel was clean, staff was friendly and helpful. The only problem that we had was the heat. There was no low or automatic off setting working. We had to open the window and keep turning the heat on and off.

The hotel is conveniently located near subway lines in the middle of the Flower District. The street is a little gritty but I, along with my teenage daughter, felt perfectly safe walking around during the day and early evening. My wife and I came up for the weekend and overall enjoyed our stay at this hotel. IT was very clean and ideally located near MSG and the train/bus stops into the city. The room wasnt very big but that wasnt a big deal being that we only slept in the room. One negative was that the heater sounded like the furnace from the Christmas Story. Super comfy beds. It's in Chelsea but on the cusp of flatiron district with it's shopping, restaurants, etc. Lots of stuff to do in walking distance.

Our stay at this hotel was enjoyable. My only complaint is that the sheets are skimpy - small for the beds - and they kept slipping off. A relatively minor thing but, when you're having to deal with it every night, a nagging one. Overall the staff was pleasant and helpful. The neighborhood was fine and convenient to trains.

You can't beat this hotel - location, price, comfort - while staying in NYC. It's off the main street so you don't get a lot of road noise, which is great. The hotel itself is pretty comfortable, while being at the lower end of the Hilton chain. I didn't eat at the hotel, so I can't comment on that part. We've stayed on the upper-West side in previous visits to NYC, but after staying at the Hilton Garden Inn, we definitely would return. Rooms were clean, not spectacular. No closet, but there is a hutch to hang clothes and place shoes. Only time we needed service, we asked for an extra blanket. Within 3 minutes, it was at our door. Friendly staff. Reserved a non-smoking room at this hotel overnight via hotels.com after watching a broadway show. There are only 2 elevators in this hotel and they are slow. Was given a smoking room with no explanation on the highest floor - realized it was a smoking room when i went in after waiting for the elevator for 20 mins. Was told hotels.com reservation is […] not guaranteed non smoking. Severely allergic to cigarette smoke odor, very unhappy, did not sleep a wink that night - will never stay at this hotel again. Nothing negative to say about this hotel. Very clean and friendly staff. On weekends you can park anywhere in front of the hotel, which is a great perk in NYC!

The room was clean, the beds were comfortable and the location was convenient to Times Square. We even found street parking was free on the weekends which was another bonus. We arrived a couple hours early and just checked our bags in until we were able to grab our key. My toddler had fun at the hotel too. It was just perfect for an overnight tourist […] trip to NYC. This is a nice hotel in a good area. Easy walking distance to subway.

Convenient location, courteous staff, nice decor. Heater/ thermostat in room didn't function very well, noisy and difficult to control temperature. Otherwise a nice place to stay.

The hotel was ok overall. There was what sounded like an alarm near by that kept going off which kept me awake for the better part of the night. If u are not a light sleeper then it won't be an issue. Rooms are small but that is to be expected since you are in manhattan. The people in the room next to me decided one night to constantly slam their door […] but they stopped after I knocked on their door and spoke to them. Overall decent place and close to everything. The hotel is fine, very clean, we found it convenient to get around as there are two subway lines within a block or two. The service was excellent. Very friendly. Good breakfasts, lots of choice. Small rooms. Saying it was adequate only because we usually stay at a higher end hotel, but for New Years in NYC, this was just right budget.

The room was fine. We got a room on a lower floor and it was very noisy.

The overall experience is very good, a very clean hotel, because I am not familiar with the average pricing of Hotels in NYC, but still think the price might be a little too high for the size of the room. But room is very clean, and people in the Hotel are very helpful and nice. HOWEVER, one thing I feel VERY UPSET about is the fact that the cleaning […] people throw away everything!!!! Whenever I live in Hotels, cleaning people throw the garbage in trash cans, or obvious empty snack bags!!! But why would you throw away the things I placed on the table???why would you even throw away the brand new gift boxes??why would you throw away the receipts putting together on the table???? They may look trash to you, but you CANNOT!!! throw away whatever you want!!!! The room is small, where should I place them???? I call the room service and they asked me to left a message with the cleaning service. nobody came and explain where my stuff went and no one said a word on that....Very upset about this....But the overall stay was nice. will go back again and tell the cleaning people not to throw anything except those in trash can!!! as is the trend these days, the halls and room were quite small, but everything was clean, the lobby was very nice, and the staff very friendly. There's a subway stop a block away, and a Five Guys around the corner.

Everything was great at the Hilton Garden Inn Chelsea, convenience, the breakfast, location, etc. However we booked thru Hotels.com a non smoking room and when we arrived the desk clerk told us our room was non smoking, and that there was different floor for smoking. When we got to the room it smelled like smoking. We had to go out, so didnt have time […] to dwell on it. But the next morning I asked again and was informed that this was a smoking room. This was upsetting. They would not switch us claiming no more rooms and saying a non smoking room isnt a guarantee. Devamı

Got a great discount on this hotel through this site -excellent rate for a Hilton. The location was great - just a few blocks from Penn Station and a block either way to a subway stop. The hotel was perfectly located. It is in a very happening area of New York City. Based on the foot traffic and vehicle traffic, it is located in the floral district of the city. Perfect if you need some last minute flowers. Walking distance to restaurants and shops, especially Madison Square Garden which was the reason of my visit. I definitely recommend […] this hotel! We enjoyed our stay at Hilton Inn/Chelsea. It was located in the Garden district, so when walking to the subway or to uptown, we enjoyed looking at all they great flowers and plants in the stores, beautiful. This was convenient to the subway, either at the end of the block, or 2 blocks away, walking distance to Macy's, Madison Square Garden, Penn Station, […] all-in-all, very convenient. Not a big room, but when in NYC you don't spend much time in the room anyway. We enjoyed the Happy Hour drinks. Very friendly staff, they welcomed us back home everytime we came back in! Devamı
