Royale Palms Condos - Myrtle Beach

I had some issues which I was not please with: 1) my first night there was no face cloth in the bathroom. I notified housekeep, they said I was on a wait list for face clothes because they ran out. Did not get one until the next day. 2} second day, i got locked out of my room becasue, I was told, battery died in door lock, took the several hoursfor […] maintence to figure that out. 3) after paying, I had trouble getting on to the internet service, very frustrating. So I did not enjoy my stay as well as I should have because these thing took away from my time. The hotel did give me free breakfast and did not charge me for the internet service after I complained. Very nice and clean, excellent location.

We were staying at the royal palms for a spring baseball trip so decided to get a two room ocean front condo in case our son decided to stay with us. Upon coming into our room, we called our son and told him we had enough room for the whole team! Gorgeous views, wonderful service, tons of space and wonderfully helpful and courteous staff. Great hotel right on the beach. Highly recomended!

We loved our stay here. The moment we arrived....beautiful! The Hilton attached is gorgeous. The service was exceptional. We took advantage of the shuttle service both nights to local restaurants for dinner. The drivers were very helpful in recommending places to dine. Our room was beautiful and we had a nice view from our balcony. Beach right out the […] back door and just a beautiful place to be. We played tennis at the nearby sports facility and enjoyed that as well. We will definitely be going back....only for longer next time! Devamı

Excellent service and accommodations

This resort, which is a part of the Hilton right next door (& connected), is beautiful & perfect. First class all the way. The pool was fantastic & you can also use the pool & other amenities at the Hilton. We had a free breakfast buffet every day of our stay at The Amalfi restaurant in the Hilton & it was fabulous. Hotel was fine. We left something of minor value in the room and could not get hotel to respond to our calls to check lost and found. Customer service could be upgraded.

This place is pure perfection. Always quiet, clean, and well-maintained. A great place to relax.

Pros: large resort w/ variety of pools, restaurants, etc; convenient location at north end of Myrtle, so not quite so crazy; best of both worlds, with pool decks offering full view of ocean. Cons: charges $9.95/day for wireless Internet service; "oceanview" rooms may have a small sliver of an ocean view, and only from the balcony, not from the room […] itself My husband is a beach addict, while I'm more of a pool girl, so the close proximity of the resort to the beach allowed us to both enjoy our ideal vacations. I could see him swimming in the ocean while I ordered frozen drinks from the pool bar and read my book from a lounge chair by the pool/hot tub. The only reason I may not return is the wireless Internet charge. In a time when free wireless is pretty much the norm, I found this to be very frustrating. Devamı

OMG! They need to upgrade the pictures on this site for this hotel...the hotel is like 100% better than the photos! It took our breath away! For anyone that wants to feel like 'the rich and famous' should stay at this hotel!

Such a good stay. The room was fantastic and breakfast was awesome! Good vacation for a couple!

Spent a long weekend here by myself, and it was great! Lots to do on/around property, and an on-demand shuttle to a number of locations. Convenience of a condo (fridge, balcony/ w/ oceian view, microwave, some dishes, and a sink) but convenience of a hotel....I'll be back!

Rooms are very nice and comfortable.

This condo was amazing. Brand new!!! This was my first time in Myrtle Beach and I heard that North Myrtle Beach was much more quiet, which is what I was looking for. The Condo was spacious. We had an ocean view from the side on the 22nd floor (24 floors in total). King bed, very nice size frig, micro and sink (silverware and bowls/cups were there are […] well). My wife and I were very pleased when our room was cleaned (we were on the condo side, so we did not expect cleaning sevice like at the hotel) Our two biggest complaints were not a huge deal, but it's the reason I did not give it a full 5 stars. One, there was only three elevators for 24 floors with about 12 separate condos on each floor. At check in time, there was a ridiculous line just to get into the elevator...slightly annoying. The only other complaint I had was that if you wanted to onto the beach, you had to pay a lot of money each day to rent chairs. This however is not the condos fault as it is a rule for that county. Other than that, the condo was wonderful and we would definately go back next summer. Devamı

Klasse! Einfach nur Klasse, vom Personal über das Frühstück bis hin zu unserem Appartment war es einfach ein Klasse-Hotel. Absolut zu empfehlen, jederzeit gerne wieder!
