Çok memnun kaldik. İKi aile için iki ayri odamiz vardı ve birbirine aciliyordu. Kendimizi evde gibi hisstettik. Otel personeli cok sicakkanli ve yardımcıydı. Bebeğimiz ve köpeğimiz için de çok uygundu. Temiz, sıcak ve bakımlı bir yerdi. Otel personeline teşekkürler.

"Wonderful Renassaince!"
The staff was wonderful! The woman at the front desk overheard my husband and I saying it was our weekend away from the kids, and later, when we returned to our room after dinner, there was a lovely note and chocolate covered strawberries! Room was great, staff was great, breakfast was great! All around, it was a wonderful stay!

"loved location, clean, comfortable"
Went for a last minute overnight with my husband and had a terrific getaway!! The hotel is conveniently located close to the Providence Place Mall, wonderful restaurants, and the downtown area. We were able to walk everywhere (mall, dinner at Gracie's, and up to Brown University area/Thayer Street). Our room was very clean and comfortable. Everyone […] working was friendly and helpful. "Renaissance Hotel, Providence"
An excellent hotel. All were very helpful and friendly including the manager. No on site parking but the velets were very efficient. The breakfast buffet is worth it. And the Masonic influence is very interesting and tasteful.

"NIGHT IN THE CITY"
Hotel is nice.customer service was excellent.valet polite ,convenient,easy to use.originally we had room on 1st floor. i wasn't comfortable with that situation.they quickly gave us another lovely room .front desk was very reasonable .enjoyed our stay.

We had booked two rooms. One was for a king and the other two queen size beds as there were to be 3 people in that room. We were given two rooms with kings. when we went to front desk we were told you are not guaranteed your choice when booked on line. "Best in Providence"
Note is large and rooms have either spectacular views or lousy views of an ally!!! Lock in room with a view if you book. You can ask for view of city or capital!! You won't regret it.

The staff of the hotel was both helpful and informative of the city and all it had to offer. Only surprise upon arrival was the $26 a day parking fee.

This Hotel was very convienent to Providence Place Mall , the river walks and the capital district. I would highly recommend The Renaissance, as it was a beutiful hotel, staff was informative and pleasant, overall a great experience. I would definately return.

Great location downtown Providence. Good service in hotel restaurant, front desk and valet service. Clean rooms with quiet A/C!
"Renaissance is good location and nice hotel"
Location is great, decor is fun and funky. Unfortunately, our room was next to the air-conditioning units which were noisy. They did not have any other rooms. The white noise turned out to drown out hallway noise, so it turned out for the better. The $26 per day parking rate offset the reasonable room rate. I wasn't prepared for the extra charge.

Our stay was amazing. Room was beautiful and clean. Staff helpful and friendly. Bar was fun. Walk to everything in the city.
"Thin Walls"
The hotel is beautiful, however the walls are not thick enough to block out any noise. We were able to hear the person in the next room snoring and the couple next door during their amourous interlude. I want to sleep when I am in a hotel and am paying for a comfortable room that is quiet and where I feel I have some privacy.

Hotel was very nice..however, the cost of valet parking your vehicle was a little pricey considering it was in Providence Place Mall parking garage.
"Renaissance Hotel - Simple Easy stay."
This hotel isn't that big but does have most of the things that you need. The only thing that I wish they have is complimentary internet. But maybe that is too much to ask for. Overall, wonderful hotel. They have a big tub and a 70's and modern mixed feeling room. The bathrooms are big and clean. They provide rather nice tooth brush if you ask for it […] but also shower caps, shower gel, shoe polish, Knitting kit. Cheesecake factory is also near by with the train station just at the side. A lovely Hotel overlooking the Park. Only stayed for overnight but we were recommended an excellent Italian restaurant by the hotel staff.The Hotel breakfast was excellent and we both loved the building. Definitely would return if in the area again.

"Great hotel at a great price"
Ami who was at check in pleasantly surprised my wife and I who were celebrating our 40 anniversary with some very nice upgrades. Hotel is in a great location and even the food and bar prices were very resonable. The service was always very pleasant and concerned. Very clean and fresh.
