Fairfield Inn New York LaGuardia Airport/Astoria - Astoria

I enjoyed the location. If you are flying to LAG it is the best place to stay they will pick you up from the airport. The train is maybe 6 blocks but you walk in NY anyway so its not bad. It looks a bit seedy in the neighborhood but you shouldn't walk anywhere alone in the city any ways. The staff is very friendly and helpful they have great walking […] directions. I left my charger and came back 6 hours later and they brought it down to me after checkout! I will stay there again no question! Devamı

Clean tidy room, easy to access helpful staff

This is a delightful hotel in Astoria, convenient to LGA, the neighborhood,restaurants, the businesses etc. The rooms are small but comfortable. The breakfast is great and the staff pleasant and friendly.

The staff was very nice and helpful, the room was a little on the small side but i guess for NY I can't complain, the entire hotel was very nice and clean. The breakfast was OK, I had to reheat the sandwich 3 times to get it to the right temp after following their instructions. Very friendly front desk staff. Great shuttle service to and from airport and the subway. We were just surprised with our room being on the first floor, between the front desk and the breakfast area. It can be noisy at night. Our window view was a wall of another building. Room view and location in hotel floor is one thing that we did not have control […] of when booking through hotels.com. I enjoyed my stay at the Fairfield, Astoria, the room was clean, refr. and micro available, plenty of room, great staff that was helpful with train accommodations on index card (great asset). The shuttle took you to and from the subway station and airport, another great asset when getting around to see the city. They give you restaurant menus where […] you can order take out and it is delivered to your room-- a great plus when you dont want to go out to eat. A mobil gas station 1/2 block where you can get affordable sodas, water and snacks, beer, etc. I would recommend this hotel and I look forward to staying at this location again when I visit New York, ...Wendie from Chicago Devamı

i was very pleased with the service i got in my short stay,the front desk employees were so helpful I could not ask for anything better. rooms were nice and clean breakfast was delightful. two thumbs up!!!

This hotel was not rated all that well so did not know what to expect. I was surprised to find the employees very helpful and friendly. The shuttle service to and from the subway was a plus however it was only a 15 minute safe walk even late at night. The room was large and very clean. It was not noisy at all especially being alongside a busy highway. […] The bed was very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was also very accommodating with Hot and cold breakfast choices. This hotel was perfectly located for my family visits in Queens. On-site parking is a perk. No frills, but no surprises.

Very nice hotel with friendly staff and a shuttle that will take you to the airport, area restaurants, and the NY subway.

We stayed there because we had an early flight out of LGA and they offered a breakfast and regular shuttle services (free) to the airport.. It was perfect for what we needed. The staff were very friendly and provided directions to several resturants within walking distance.

I stayed there 3 nights and really enjoyed the stay. I slept well and the hotel was very clean with excellent maintenance and upkeep.

The room was very clean upon arrival, the airport shuttle as prompt and I was allowed to check-in early. The shuttle from the subway was subpar and on two occassions me and my guest decided to walk. The hotel is located at the second to last stop of the N train. The neighborhood appeared very safe, and as a 20-something female I did walk alone from […] the train station early Friday night and was perfectly fine. My wife and I were coming to Astoria to see our daughter and fiance. The Fairfield was easy access from the BQE, and within walking distance to our daughter. If you need a snack there is a very good deli within two blocks of the hotel. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfast is quite good. And again the accessability is a plus.

Probably the best place to stay if you want to be near Astoria Central. It's a short limo/taxi ride. Liked the accessibility of a free-to-use computer and printer to get our boarding passes. Plan to use this Inn whenever I need to go to Astoria and environs.

This was a great location for me. I was in New York to visit friends in Queens. The only complaint that I could make was that the breakfast area was small. It was packed when I got down and there was no place to sit, but the offerings were good; coffee, cereals, breads/bagels and breakfast sandwiches. Great spot, especially if you drive into the metro area and know your way around the Queens neighborhood and subway system. I've stayed here often and the staff is always very helpful and courteous and the facility is in good condition, clean - nothing fancy, but everything you need. One concern is the way the room prices have suddenly soared. The major […] attraction to this place is its price, compared to hotels in Manhattan and the price bump will soon eliminate that advantage ... it's too bad. Devamı

Everyone was very helpful, the place is clean, and the shuttle runs every half hour. The workout room, however, needs a lot of improvement. Both the stair stepper and treadmill were broken. Otherwise, it was a great stay.

If you are planning to fly out of LaGuardia this hotel is perfect. A free shuttle bus and breakfast were helpful. If you are planning to see the sights in the city the subway is about a 10 minute walk. The shuttle can drop off at the subway but not always available. Airport trips take priority. the staff went out of their way to be of service. the free shuttle service to LGA and the local train station is a big plus for a hotel not in the heart of Manhatten. I'd go back again in a minute!
