i was completely disappointed and will NEVER stay there again!!!

This hotel is conveniently located off the freeway and next to a large entertainment zone with reliable chain restaurants and a movie theater within walking distance. The rooms were clean and quiet, and the staff was pleasant. I would definitely stay there when I'm in the area.

Only complaint was that the TVs were very old and had a bad picture.

We have stayed at this hotel three times and have enjoyed each stay. The staff has been very helpful, friendly, and courteous. We will continue to stay here when we are visiting the Beaumont area. The hotel is reasonably priced and comfortable. Thank you!

Check was a bit slow. Two rooms/three adults. One of our rooms was actually occupied. I bit scary but they made the change and no other problems. All three us commented on the beds and bedding. Maybe the most comfortable beds, pillows and comforters any of us have enjoyed in a motel (even checked the mattress tag, Serta Hilton Suite Dreams).

Great staff. Will stay again if in the area

continental-style breakfast foods were out, but we were charged $3 for having a glass of orange juice and coffee. no signs are present notifying hotel guests that they will be charged. poor form, hilton.

This was a very friendly, cozy hotel . Check in was extremely quick and easy. And the room was a great value. There was just one thing....the need new t.v.s

Loved the staff....very clean room and hotel!!!! Wonderful place to stay!!!

My family and I stayed at this hotel for our family reunion which was held at another location in Beaumont. The hotel was wonderful; however, it would have been nice to have a bell-hop to help with the luggage. Also absolutely no changes could be made by the hotel because the rooms were booked thru hotels.com, that was an inconvience. We wanted to change […] from double beds to a king and there was no price difference, but still the hotel could not make the change. We had a great time and will stay again. Devamı

The cable television sucked. At least the HBO channel could have played. Other than that I would reccomand this hotel to family and friends.

This is one of the best stays I have ever had. The staff were warm and welcoming and I will plan on staying here anytime I am in Beaumont.

Family use with two double rooms. Reception staff very friendly and when only one of our rooms was ready for use at 3:00PM, they automatically gave us breakfast tickets for the next morning. actually got the second room at 3:15. Beds comfortable and everything clean and neat. Will use again

Pros: Clean hotel, nice pool, nice cool rooms, ample parking and I thought the beds were very comfortable. We are big people and I love having queen beds. Cons: Hotel doesn't offer a Continental breakfast

I stayed at this hotel on August 11. The young lady that checked me in gave me that Texas welcome that I so much remember from when I lived in Texas. She made my day with her friendly Texas hospitality. Thanks

The rooms and staff were great. The queen size bed was as hard as a rock. Had a terrible nights sleep.

The lack of professionalism depicted by the Hilton Garden Inn front desk employees left a sour taste in my husband and I's mouths. The front desk clerks were the rudest I have ever encountered. The cleaning/maintenance workers as well as the cooks were extremely more friendly and helpful. The front desk clerks made a series of errors, because we booked […] our room through a third-party. We were told that we would not receive the same accommodations, although we paid extra for the King Evolution suite with breakfast. My husband had to argue with a clerk just so we could receive our breakfast vouchers. Although the room was beautiful, it hardly compared to a suite, hence granting us LIMITED SPACE for our vacation. On the contrary, pros to your stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Beaumont are (1) convenience to I10, shopping centers, movie theater, and ample restaurants. I expected more out of the Hilton Garden hotel chain, which is why my husband was so willing to pay the extra money. We will NEVER, EVER recommend that anyone stay at the HILTON GARDEN INN BEAUMONT!!! Devamı

THE HOTEL WAS VERY NICE . THE ONLY THING I DID NOT ENJOY THE PERSON THAT WORKS IN THE MORNING BEHINE THE DESK. THE WAS VERY RUDE.

Amenities and Comfort I use 2 laptops when I travel to do work and it is so nice to have 2 outlets to plug those into while I am at the desk. Those 2 outlets were right there on the top of the base of the desk lamp. The desk chair, the most wonderful, most comfortable office chair I have sat in in a very long while. Wanted to buy one but for $900, […] I think I will pass. Lighting-very warm and inviting especially while working at the desk. Bed-very comfortable TV-suprised this chain still has the huge heavy TV's of old. Time to upgrade. AC-can you say Burrrrr? Bath-plenty of towels and space. Greeting-the best, I say, the best greeting I have ever had in all of the stays I have stayed at hotels. The lobby was so inviting, I didn't want to go to my room. This was a pleasure trip even though I had some work to do, but either work, or play, I will be back at this hotel. Devamı

Clean, comfortable, close to the Ford Arena, restaurants are within a short walking distance (Waffle House, Jack in the Box and some nicer ones)

We are making this our main hotel to stay in when we are in beaumont, TX. The hotel was very clean and the employees were great.

This was a nice hotel for the price. We were not in the hotel other than to sleep but when we were at the hotel it was quiet and the staff was very nice.

Very friendly staff, excellent restaurant wait staff, felt very comfortable.

We had booked this hotel just to have a night away from the kids. We left the kids with the grandparents! We chose this hotel because it is new and it seemed nice enough. I have a mold allergy, so older hotels can be a problem. Our choice did not work out so well. Our room was musty. The bathroom had some loose tiles and some peeling paper. It smelled […] of mold. The beds at this hotel are supposed to be comfort controlled with a knob on the side of the mattress. Ours did not work, so the bed felt like sleeping on an underinflated air mattress with foam on top. The hotel was full, so there was no where to switch. We could easily hear our neighbors and the freeway noise, so the room was not so quiet. Devamı

Personally, thought the rooms were too small in comparision to other Garden Inn locations I've enjoyed. Desk employees were not invitingly friendly. A loud party was going on in the hotel, but it did end at a reasonable night hour.

Hotel was not easily accessible. Even though it is right off of interstate 10, it can easily be passed and difficult to get back to.

HC room quite spacious. Staff courteous. Breakfast very nice. Chef very cordial.

They had fresh macadamia nut cookies and a bowl of fruit at the check in desk. There was also hot coffee and tea. The decor is chic. The lobby is spacious and overlooks the pool. The staff are helpful and friendly.

Very comfortable beds

I usually love Hilton Garden Inn hotels, but I was disappointed with this one. The bed was uncormfortable, as well as the pillows. The pantry they have is nice and reasonably priced. I thought that the overall price for the room as too much. We recently stayed at a Holiday Inn Express for less money, and were much more satisfied. My family stayed here and we enjoyed every aspect of it. Very courteous staff, clean rooms and lobby, nothing non-functional, pool was nice and fun for the kids, hot tub was clean and great for us adults. The price is just right and what we expected.
