room was nice, could not get it to cool off. ac unit loud, nice place to sleep over not to stay. breakfast too high

The hotel was clean and comfortable. Definitely a good choice for families, but not so much for the business traveler.

The room had a noisy refrigerator near the bed the could not easily be turned off. After awakening at 4, I cold not get back to sleep. Otherwise it was a nice room.

This hotel is close to many shops and restaurants as well as the expressways. The staff is well friendly and and helpful.

it met every expectation for a traveler and not knowing the area, excellent accommadations

The only complaint I had was the room had an odor when we first walked in. The air was off and once we got the air circulating it was better. Also, we were traveling late at night so I called to let the staff know it might be after midnight before we arrived and the gentleman I spoke with didn't seem to be sure if that would be ok. Lastly, upon arrival, […] I was told that our rooms were not paid for; however, that had been done through hotels.com. It all got resolved in the end but the staff seemed a little uninformed. Devamı

The A/C was very loud and hard to sleep. The continental bkfst was supposed to be free and was not. we saw the hotel clerk give coupons to other couples staying for the same time and they received bkfst coupons. If it was a cooked bkfst I would understand paying 6 bucks each but it was not any different that any other hotel with the same bkfst. We had […] no idea it would cost. We don't mind paying even more for a bkfst toorder but cereal, frozen eggs, toast, frozen sausage does not justify paying. Was disappointed with this hotel. Checked in at 8:30pm and stood for five minutes waiting on a desk clerk. Check in clerk was not very friendly and seemed to be out of sorts. The room was very clean and comfortable. Early the next morning I kept hearing a loud voice. It wasn't in the hallway--it was in the next room!! man was just talking on his phone. […] Couldn't believe how thin the walls were for such a nice hotel. It was very irritating. Added the breakfast with the deal. They ran out of food two hours before closing. No bacon or biscuits to be found. Overall for the price I was not happy with this hotel and will not recommend to anyone with all of the other options available in the area. Devamı

The room and hotel were lovely. I was really tickled to see how nice the room was, it exceeded my expectations. The only down side was that we had a king sized bed that was much harder than the one at home; so we did not sleep as well as we would have liked. Other than that the stay was wonderful

This is a great place to stay. Close to Graceland; less than 10 minutes away. Room was extremely nice; felt like I was in a room that is twice the cost of what I paid. The breakfast bar was nice; I would definately add it when booking the room because it is twice as much if you get it once you arrive.

"Great location," "Great Service," "Great atmosphere." The room as well as the hotel was very clean. The staff was friendly.
